I was playing around one night and signed up for a trial membership to design some mugs etc, which they then sell on Amazon and give you cut (if you make it that far). I cancelled twice and they still charge my card $97/month - when I emailed them, they said send them a screen shot of when I cancelled (who thought to do that?). Ridiculous. Why do business designing OR even buying their products when this is how they treat "customers?" They can tell from the account that the service was not used after a day or two of playing around "designing". And yet they still feel it is in good integrity to keep the $97/month. I will complain to the credit card, but don't do business with people that run their business this way.

My cups arrived very quickly and in perfect shape. The pictures actually looked better than they did on my phone.
