I bought a necklace for my wife as a Christmas gift. I was kept informed of the status of my order. It was delivered on time and my wife was very pleased with it. I highly recommend their products.
Very cheap necklace at least I had a silver necklace to put the pendant on. Could have shipped it in a jewelry box instead of just throwing it in a bubble envelope. Was it worth 49.99 not really but, my daughter loved it so at least it has one plus. Maybe the other products they offer are better quality but I wouldn't suggest purchasing jewelry from them.
The customized President Trump mugs for my wife and son were truly appreciated. The quality of the mugs were excellent and should last a long time. The website for ordering was simple to use and the order was processed accurately. I will keep this company in mind for future orders.
I ordered a single coffee mug on December 12, for Christmas. At the time I placed the order, it said I would receive my item in 5-8 days.
Got a message on 12/20, with a USPS tracking number. Super! Right on schedule.
Today, almost a week later - USPS still shows as "Waiting for Package".
It is now after Christmas. Item is of no use to me now. Will be canceling order.
(It should also be noted that there is no phone number to contact this company. Emails state at the bottom that live chat is available on the website, but after much searching I was not able to find it. Only contact is by email/postal mail.)
