I requested an invoice be emailed to me as our Accounting Dept. Must mail you a check, and in turn I then receive the remotes. I continue to receive an email asking I order on-line. I do not want to personally have to pay for these. Order never completed and I am out of remotes.
Found the desired product easily. Shipping pricey especially with lowest cost being 2-day priority. Over a week from order to USPS receiving product the 2-day delivery. Product is as advertised and a great price.

Fairly Good but will be more appreciated if instructions come in detail how to add to receivers step by step. Local people sucks as they are greedy. To add they charge $75 each, I have 2 of them to add.
Ordering was very easy and I was impressed. On further searching, I found the same item at Amazon for half the price and I can get free shipping on Amazon. Other than that, I wanted to find out my order status, so I tried to via an email they sent me. Although they took my money as a "guest check-out" since I didn't want an account. However, they wrote that they, "for my convenience" created an account for me in order to check the status of my order... really? If I wanted an account, I would have created one. So, they try to force you to create an account in order to check the status of what you have paid for even if you don't want one... I don't think so. I should have shopped further. They also substituted my item which has been discontinued. I won't know if it works until I try it and they don't accept returns on opened packages! WOW! Your order ID is #*******. A summary of your order is shown below.
They listed a part as "in stock", but my order showed as "Backordered" when I submitted it. I waited 5 days, and there was no change. When I asked what the deal was, they tried to convince me that this fits Google Shopping's definition of "in stock"... like I'm the idiot.

Needless to say, I cancelled the order and tried to find a more reputable source.
I have ordered these same items a number of times with no problems and happy with service and speed of delivery but I guess like everything else the price increase is a no brainer. These are used for residents entering the community, and all who use them have a positive reaction to them, and hopefully they will always be available. Mr. A. P.
It was not easy to locate the brand and model I needed. I did find it and order it eventually. There are not many instructions on how to search the site.
The web site was a little complicated.
I received the mini-gate openers and they are fine. There were not any instructions on how to program them. My neighbor helped me, so I am set.
I have not received the product yet so it is hard to rate. I will spend some time shopping elsewhere in the future as the security is compromised while I wait another 3 to 7 days.
I needed this capacitor the next day, and the lady who answered the phone was very helpful and made sure It shipped that day. This part fit and worked perfectly and my gate was working within 10 minutes. I found this part on other websites but none shipped as fast as Gatehouse Supplies.
Ordered remotes in March. Received message they were not in stock. Didn't hear anything for months about in stock or backorder. Early August checked their site and the remotes were available so I ordered two and received them in two days. About a week later received two more with no explanation. The order number was from the March order. I now have two remotes I don't need. I am sure the return shipping cost makes it not worth return. Can't believe after five months they don't check to make sure you still want the order.
I had it shipped the most economically feasible way based off cost. Product turn around time was 48 hrs after notification of being shipped (FEDEX Ground). It arrived well packed and still 4/5ths still fully frozen. The rest of the product almost the same, but not quite. I vacuum sealed the entire product in portions.
I just received a garage door remote from Gatehouse and am so pleased with the service, speed of delivery and quality of the product that I just ordered another one.
I could not find the remote anywhere and when I called Amber was so helpful.
Thank you, GatehouseSupplies.com!
Wasn't much to it, but it's the second time we've purchased from GateHouse (the first was under someone else's name). Both times, purchase process was quick, efficient, and the product was as promised.
I've ordered from gatehouse three times. Each time I've ordered items listed as "in stock". Every order I have placed I have received a backordered email and that my items are unavailable. I have also ordered with overnight shipping and received them a week and a half later. This company does not care about you or your needs, they only care about getting your sale.
I would highly advise going somewhere else or to a local authorized dealer for the parts that you need.
Web site said, "in stock" but after four business days I called and was told it was on back order for two weeks. I told the gal that I didn't appreciate the misleading info on the web site and was going to see if I could find someone with it actually in stock. Well, right after I hung up I got an email with a tracking number but the number wasn't in the system. Called them and Arnel told me it was actually shipped the day of the order. I pointed out that the order was last Saturday (today is Thursday.) He then said it was shipped today. Really? It shipped three minutes after my phone call? I think they knew I was going to cancel and created the fake shipping info. I'll likely have to call back tomorrow if the number proves to be bogus. If you really need the item you are ordering I would look elsewhere. Also, check shipping cost. The system as I placed the order said it would cost $12.32 and the receipt said $19.96. That is fraud.
I would be wary of ordering from the company again since they charged me a 20% restocking fee for a defective remote. I ordered two different remotes for my garage door opener, both needed to be programed the exact same way with a dip switch but only one would work. I don't think I should have been charged the restocking fee for a defective item.
I did not know what replacement board I needed for my garage door opener. I called and talked to an employee, I gave her the model number of my unit and she told me what board I needed. I told her o needed 2 of them and placed the order, when it arrived, it was incorrect, the web site did not operate correctly and would not allow me to input the correct replacement. I called back and again talked to a person, who was helpful but I was told that since I ordered the wrong part o had to pay all shipping charges and pay up front for the new boards. I told them that it was their mistake not mine. They would have no part of it, I was told that I received the part I ordered and I was responsible the the mistake. My attempt to explain that it was their mistake mot mine fell on deaf ears, so I have paid for shipping 3 times. My parts were back ordered both times so I have waited 3 weeks to get them. Now I am waiting for my refund and hoping I don't get charged a restocking fee,
If you return something there is a 20% restocking fee. What is that for when the company is not out any money.
So not only do you to pay for shipping to get it to you, you have to pay to shipping to have it returned. The part was $65.00 shipping $26 for out and back plus $13 for restocking. I paid $39.00 for a part I never used. How is this good customer service when they are out nothing.
The videos were helpful and the search made me confident in my ability to fix my operator. I really appreciated the the search for finding the parts I needed. I was a little disappointed that it took nearly a week to ship my parts after I ordered them. They were a perfect fit, the instructions were great, and I didn't have to look for a new opener.

I ordered a logic board for my garage door opener. When I received it, the static bag that electronics come in was already open. I put it back in the box and called Gatehouse for a refund because I felt this part was compromised - it was supposed to be brand new. Needless to say they weren't about to give me a refund or exchange it for one that was sealed up. They sent me an email saying this was how the manufacturer was sending the products to them. I called the manufacturer and they said they do not send their products in open static bags to anyone. They offered to exchange it and even pay return shipping. Skip the crooks at Gatehouse and order straight from the manufacturer.
Answer: I think if you know for sure what part number you need and they ship you the correct part (and it works), then you should be fine. Personally, I wouldn't buy anything from them again,
GateHouseSupplies has a rating of 2.7 stars from 471 reviews, indicating that most customers are generally dissatisfied with their purchases. Reviewers dissatisfied with GateHouseSupplies most frequently mention and logic board. GateHouseSupplies ranks 3rd among Garage Door sites.
Hi Thomas, I am so sorry that you had a bad experience and feel that way, we definitely care about our customer and do everything possible to create a great experience. I looked into your order and the machine you have has gone through 4 different revisions so finding a replacement board is definitely challenging
The only way to do it is to match the logic board part number EXACTLY the random letters at the end tell us which board version you need. I think we got you the correct one and we issued you a refund WITHOUT a restocking fee. Please reach out to me directly if I can do anything else for you.
