I ordered a remote control from this Gatehouse remote control site. It turned out my door was too old to use this remote. In order to return it, they said I needed to contact them for a return number and I needed to return it within 30 days. I wrote to them immediately for a return number and I never heard from them. The 30 days have now passed. So essentially they don't take returns but act like they do.
I purchased some dears for my gate with these guys. They were supposed to ship in three days and they never did so I contacted them and they said to wait one or two days. The days past and still no answer, so I contacted them again and they told me I would have to wait for another week. When I told them that it was really urgent and it was taking too long to please help me out the customer service rep was really rude and told me if I wanted She would send me a refund so I replied that I really wanted the part. Instead of working with me she just issued the refund and sent me off.
Everything turned out fine. I got the correct belt and that wasn't easy with other suppliers. I did miss that there were no installation instructions with the belt, specifically how tight it should be adjusted.
Everything seems good so far, just hope I get the right belt
I purchased a $3000 Liftmaster gate controller from Gatehouse. During installation by a local installer, it was discovered that non- Liftmaster brand components had been included in the shipment. The included instructions did not match the Liftmaster system. I was told by Gatehouse for me to call Liftmaster, which was a recorded message stating in essence that a Liftmaster dealer or registered technician would have to call to request any help. Gatehouse refused to help (as a dealer) by calling Liftmaster for the correct instructions. I am forced to call an out of town Liftmaster installer / dealer come on site with the original installer with the correct instructions, which could easily been emailed to Gatehouse or me. Simple solution, but evidently too complicated for Gatehouse to accommodate their customer. Gatehouse prices are not cheaper than other suppliers, and their support after the sale is very frustrating.
Took a week to send wrong remotes refused to pay for return postage. Lied about having right remotes in stock Backordered with out telling me Did not know how to scroll down to read a email, snotty on phone They must get a lot of returns because I got my paypal back in a timely fashion Dennis Delaney
Other reviews were right. We ordered a new motherboard for our gate and they sent us a defective one as confirmed when we troubleshoot with Liftmaster. I asked to exchange for a replacement and they expect us to pay for return shipping even though it was not our fault.
Always a pleasure. Great prices and fast shipping. Website is easy to navigate and pictures are clear which is extremely important to me. When buying online I like to see exactly what I am buying so I can compare it to what it is replacing.
So far you had the parts I need at a great price. If I receive them in two days that would be great too.
Received parts in two days, had garage door opener running again in five. Liftmaster parts fit Craftsman door opener. Didn't even need all of the parts in the kit nor did I have to take the opener completely apart. Replaced the sprocket assembly. Only difficulty was locating the assembly so that there were holes for the chain guard.

Looking forward to receiving my remotes.
Received my remotes today 11/8/19 and it took 5 minutes to program them to my garage door. Tomorrow I will take them to my community lodge to program them the the entry gates. Old remotes with old frequency were not working any more.
Looking forward to receiving my remotes.
My remote case got broken, but remote still worked. I googled and found out that you can replace only case without needing to replace whole remote. I found the gatehouse store and ordered a case for my remote. They shipped it fast and remote case was brand new. I had a good shopping experience and my remote now looks brand new and I also saved money since I not needed to replace my remote with a new one.
Had the right parts to replace broken gears in garage door opener. Delivery was quick and the DIY repair worked the first try. Very happy with the quality of the parts and the quick delivery.
Very helpful. I love the clear explanation on the video's of what to look for, and how to do things! When I got the part, I was able to program it really easy because of the video's that showed me how to do it.

Not what this is related to but I'm sure it was done wonderfully. I hope you have another chance to do it again and again and again and again and again and again and again and again and again and again and again and again and again and again and again and again and again and again and again and again and again and again and again and again and again.
Over the years the Sprocket Gear Assembly on my unit just wore out. Gate House Supplies had the OEM replacement parts needed, including specific instructions, to remove the original Sprocket Gear Assembly with a brand new assembly. I was just about to fork out between $250 - $300 on a new door opener but after searching the internet I found Gate House Supplies. For approximately $50, including shipping, I received the new parts within 3 business days. My original opener is 22 years old but after replacing the Sprocket Gear Assembly I couldn't say this opener won't last another 22. Great OEM replacement parts source, fantastic price and instructional support to guide you through the repair. Thanks Gate House. I know exactly where to go when my 2nd garage door opener fails. It's just a matter of time as it is with anything mechanical.

See above re: entering coding, Swithces on Keychian model are miniaturized--and were initially a little 'sticky", so the initial process took several different trials.
The Hole for attaching to Key chain might be made larger--or configured to allow a less acute angle to insert into caribinder.
I placed an order for a part that is beginning to be hard to find. After scouring several sites showing "backordered" status, I discovered this not-too-sketchy-looking site called GateHouseSupplies with the part "in stock", hooray! I wasn't pleased about paying minimum $12 to ship an item the size of a USB stick, but it was the only site with availability I could find.
I placed an order Thursday night and was charged immediately via Paypal. The following Tuesday evening I received an email telling me that it was backordered and that they would be able to ship it in 6-8 weeks. I cancelled my order immediately due to the poor, outdated inventory management. Who knows if I'll be able to find my part...
Placed my order through Amazon on 17 Oct. On the 30th, still no board for my Liftmaster door opener, so I sent them an email asking if they had shipped it, and if not, when did they expect to ship it. They didn't answer my email, but on the 31st (today), I received a notification from Amazon that its been shipped. Two weeks to get a package out their door and on it's way, pretty dismal shipping speed... hope they send the right board.
To their credit, I hope, and according to their ad on Amazon, they do have the part I need at reasonable price. I'll update if there's good news at the end of this tunnel, 'till then, it's get out to open the garage door manually - - and it's supposed to rain tomorrow: c).

Edit: They did finally send me the correct board and the opener is working fine. I'll see if I can update the review to 2 stars as I didn't get cheated - - just abysmally slow shipping and no explanation for the delay and no response to my email.
My original antenna wasn't working properly. I think the original coax cable was the problem. Ordered this antenna, put it on, and now my signal has improved tremendously!
Following my earlier review, GateHouse Supplies reached out to me and processed a 100% refund, something that should not have been driven by a bad review however have increased my rating to three stars.
I did order an incorrect part, description which was misleading in the Linear manual, sent the part back, unopened and 100% intact and ordered the correct part; after waiting for two weeks, there was no update on shipping and when I checked the attitude was 'we will contact Linear blah blah blah'. I cancelled the order and now 'per their return policy' had to pay 20% on the earlier return. Do read the fine print else you will pay for it!
Access to the website was extremely easy; Lasix an order was very simple and the replacement battery was delivered in a very timely fashion. Instructions with the battery were very simple to follow and installation was quite easy
Answer: I think if you know for sure what part number you need and they ship you the correct part (and it works), then you should be fine. Personally, I wouldn't buy anything from them again,
