I ordered on May 27th and my credit card was charged and I received my gate opener on August 2nd. Didn't cancel the order since I couldn't find the piece anywhere else for sale and it was only $47. However, I feel like I should have been notified that the order would take forever to ship. I have yet to use my gate owner since I'm out of town for work so I hope that it is a quality piece and works correctly.
First the product I wanted was mis-described on the website and was not compatible with my door opener. Two, had to call half a dozen times until I found the representative who was authorized to give me me an RMA. Three, had to call the representative three times over two months and remind her to send the RMA. Each time she apologized. Eventually, I got the RMA and my refund and the website was amended to reflect the compatible door opener.
Part was complete with all needed hardware and lubricants. Packaging was dodgy (just. A bubble mailer for heavy metal parts), but luckily survived.
I had trouble finding this part until I got to your site, was easy from there on. Received the rebuild kit with great instructions, a couple of hours later all fixed and working like new. Thank You

I never received my items. I do not have a problem receiving mail/packages at my address. When i contacted gatehouse they basically said F*** Y**, we mailed it. There is no insurance.

I ordered a part because is showed in stock. 10 days later, still nothing in the mail. They say that they just got the part and will send it, no apology and no offer to improve the shipping. Told me I should have checked on the status on my account.

Paid for a control board and I never received it. I contacted Gate house many times and they told me usps said it was left at the mail box out on the street. So they had no responsibility.

On Google earth it looks like you have a very nice large property, did you talk to the postman to see where he left it?
I see you have a neighbor closer to the street did it get by mistake?
