Total scam. They sent me the wrong version of the items I ordered and they arrived in an amazon envelope, a month late. I wish I looked this up before ordering. Oh well- I'm here to tell you not to order from Garden & Table. Net haha. Of course they are fraud DOT NET

I ordered GF lefse for a family holiday dinner with the assurance it would arrive on time. I received a shipping notice with a broken link (so it wasn't trackable), and the item never arrived. The company wouldn't refund my money, even though I never received the lefse. Do not order from this company.

Mother's Day Gift….that never arrived!

I ordered my mother several gluten free items and was assured she would receive them by Mother's Day. They never arrived even after several emails told me they would. They will not respond. I contacted my credit card company. DO NOT order from them. They are awful.

I should have done more research on this company to see all of the horrible reviews. I ordered fresh pasta as a gift that probably never would have shipped if I hadn't emailed them every day. There is no phone number and the chat is useless. The status of my order would all of the sudden update after I emailed them to see what was happening. They FINALLY sent me a tracking number and I received a package, which was completely wrong, pasta was not cold and ruined, and packages had busted from shipping. I've disputed the charge with my credit card company. Do not waste your time!

Same Terrible Experience

I ordered an Eiffel Tower replica in 2018 and was given plenty of excuses for delays, but only after spending a lot of time trying to contact them. I finally cancelled over a year later and they said they would issue a refund. I'm still waiting.

I ordered a beautiful bed from this website, they delayed shipping for 10 months then said they needed to issue a refund, I have still not received a refund, now it has been 12 months!. They give all sorts of excuses. They are a scam. If you actually want the item, don't buy from Garden & Table.

Dishonest

Placed an order for a custom metal garden arbor and after about 8 weeks (their production time) I followed up about the custom color they promised they could do. That's when they sent me another invoice, although I had already paid them. They stopped replying to my emails/on line chats for a while then I insisted on a refund, to which they agreed. They did not do it. Since I had their promise to refund in an email, my credit card company refunded me and is going after them.

Would give zero stars

I placed an order on August 17,2022. After not receiving anything for about 3 weeks I contacted them thru ig. They saud they would mail my product by that Friday. 2 weeks later nothing. I canceled my order it's been over 2 months, no one will answer, I've emailed and messaged them several times and no response. I contacted the BBB and they won't respond to them either. I just want my money back. The ig page looks legit but I guess it is a scam company. I wish I would've read these reviews before placing my order. I am now contacting the police in the state where the company is located

I ordered an item to be delivered as a gift, the order was placed a month before Christmas. The item was never delivered, and I can't get anyone to respond to my requests for contact. Now I'm not only out the money that I paid for the item and shipping, but I look like a heel for not sending my elderly relatives a Christmas gift.

Like everyone else, I unfortunately made a purchase through this company, after Anita Holcombe advised me shipping would be $40. After a week or so of no emails and my products not being shipped, I contacted her only to be told that the shipping had now gone up to $84. I then replied again only to be told the shipping had somehow gone right up to $124! I checked with another seller, selling the same items and was told they would ship for less than $20! Upon questioning Anita on this, she then told more lies and immediately advised she was refunding my order. These were nothing more than lies and stalling tactics.
4 and a half weeks later, she no longer replies to my emails and I am out of pocket $185.
My credit card company is currently chasing her for this as I have all the email proof.
Don't buy anything from these people, they don't have any stock, they tell lies and take your money, and you won't receive a thing!
Beware. Anita and Mike Holcombe from Garden & Table are nothing but scammers!

I too agree that this company is a fraud. I placed an order for a brunch basket for my in-laws on December 8. As of December 18 the order still had not shipped so I contacted the company through their online portals-email & chat-asking if it would arrive before Christmas and to cancel the order if not. No response. December 21 I contacted them again through the online portals. Within minutes my order went from pending to awaiting shipment but no communication was made by the company. Finally on December 24th, when my order was still awaiting shipment, I told them to cancel the order since it obviously wouldn't arrive before Christmas (again email & chat). Radio silence. That's when I started researching the company and realized they are scam artists. I checked my credit card statement and had been charged for the full amount the day the order was placed on December 8th, so I filed a dispute with my credit card company. Meanwhile, I found their Instagram account and DM'd them. I was told my basket was on back order (they said they told me through email). That's total BS; no communication had been received from them, and the order still has not been canceled. I once again told them to cancel the order and refund my money immediately. That was 2 days ago and again, radio silence. Hopefully I'll get the money back from my credit card company, but buyer beware. There are no phone numbers and no "proof" of contact through the portals. They also do not allow comments on their Instagram account, which they seem to be very active on. Super shady. Stay away.

Terrible service

I ordered a jar of sweet chili jam back in January, and forgot about it. I found the order form and realized that 3 months later still haven't received it. Looking up the order, the status says waiting to be shipped. I've sent company a request for refund, and will see if they comply. Never order from this company, ever!

It has been 1 month since I placed a 300.00 order and nothing has shown up. They do not respond to e-mail inquiries nor are they there for live chat. They have no working phone number. Order at your own peril. I wish I could leave a negative number in the Star rating.
