My cabinets are great. They came in great condition and we're just as I expected. The delivery stunk. The guy left me with a huge pallet to get rid of and he refused to take it back

No updates, via email or telephone from Garage Giant regarding shipping after purchasing such a large item. I only received an order confirmation, no follow-up. I had to contact the GG by phone and email almost half a dozen times and threaten to reverse the charges on my Cc before it was discovered that the shipper had been trying to contact me at the wrong cell phone number. When it was discovered that was the case, the shipping agent on the phone said she would check to see if I had "accumulated any storage fees" during the 4 weeks my item didn't arrive (although garage giant shipped it out within 3 days of my order and all information provided to GG was accurate). That was egregiously terrible customer service on the part of the shipper. Happy ending though, the cabinet was delivered within a week of the shipping agent being made aware of their error. The item was intact and packaged well although it looked as it it had been stored outside for the 4 weeks... It was filthy.

This was the best experience I've had erecting cabinets the directions were easy to follow the accessories came in the best container I have ever seen. Every thing fit great and the finish product looks GREAT I will be ordering upper cabinets to go with the lower units. The quality of the units was exactly what was advertised

Bought on Sep 28th. I got my order in Nov. Let people know its a 1 month wait. If I knew I would just purchase somewhere else

Delivery was on time brought right outside garage door. Items were packed and boxed so good there were no issues

Product received damaged. Bottom bent by I guess the snipping company. Spent a couple of hours working the sheet metal in order to close the lower drawer.

Price was great, product was everything I expected and more. Packing was unbelievable (perfect). Instructions and assembly was everything you could ask for. Really almost all assembled.

Speedy delivery. Cabinets were packaged securely and received in perfect condition. Delivery person was nice and helpful.

Good experience overall. Found the outdoor cabinets I wanted for less than what the manufacturer was charging. Delivery was quoted as being 2-3 months out due to product shortages, but ended up arriving sooner. The countertop was damaged in transit but was quickly replaced (I believe by the manufacturer). Customer service responded quickly via email and resolved my issues. Would definitely use Garage Giant again.

I shopped around online for these cabinets where I discovered wildly varying prices. Garage Giant beat everyone else's price so I ordered. Shipping was a a little delayed due to COVID, but the company communicated very well with me. Packaging was amazing. Nothing even had a scratch. Only assembly was putting feet on base cabinets. Installation was a breeze. I was able to do it by myself. Cabinets are very well made with high quality materials.

Garage Giant met or exceeded expectations. There was some damage to two lockers but they quickly offered an acceptable solution. I was very impressed with how easy the installation was but some of it required two people.

Great product for enhancing the look of concrete garage floor and I don't have to worry about paint peeling up after a couple of years. Easy to install, even for a 68 year old. My garage now looks terrific.

Ordered the garage system from Lowe's and they messed up delivery. I cancelled the order and reordered with Garage Giant. It was $400 less and customer service was awesome. Communication from the beginning was great through delivery and setup.

Purchase was smooth until we opened the second carton. There was damage sandwiched between the two cartons that was not evident on delivery. We sent pictures and a replacement piece is supposed to be in process. I haven't received a shipping date yet.
