Great customer service. Crazy high amount of shipping fee but I had no choice. After all that, it was the wrong grey and no way can I afford to exchange it.

Great product and very high quality. I read the horror stories about deliveries but we had no problems at all. The shippers were great and delivered it right to our doorstep.

Everything was handled professionally and timely, including a last minute change to the cabinet color because I spec'd the wrong one on the original order.

05/12/20 - The online store is ok. I just placed an order and needed to know the difference between v1 and v2 of a bamboo newage cabinet set, also questions about adding an led light system. There is no way to contact customer service just a voice recording asking to leave a message. Frustrating...

**********Updating my review above. I was contacted by customer service first thing the next morning apologizing for not being available to answer my questions from above. There is/was an error on the website, there are no v1 and v2 of the worktop that I selected. NewAge has been contacted to correct the error. I did write back to support several times today with additional questions and each time my inquiry was replied to quickly and efficiently. I left 4 stars for delivery time and products/services because i have not received the product as there is a 3-4 week delivery window and I have not physically inspected the product. Great job in keeping a customer... Thank you very much for going out of your way to make things right.

Great company, great products! I had a cabinet damaged when it arrived. Garage Giant customer service jumped right in and contacted NewAge and quickly corrected the situation.

Mel was great and responsive to my status requests. Originally ordered this product from Lowes and cancelled it because got no help at all. Garage Giant was great.

Garage Giant was great to work with but our order had been lost with NSD shipping. Newage made a new order and it was sent out to be delivered by R&L Carrier. They were FANTASTIC. Everything was delivered in 3 days!

Where do I start... I ordered some NewAge Pro garage cabinets. First, my order took over a month to ship as some items were out of stock without the website indicating this. I finally received a phone call from a nice mine a few weeks later explaining the situation. He indicated they would ship part of my order first and I would need to wait for the rest of my order later (it's been 10 weeks).

When I finally received the shipment, this is when more issues arose. First, the pallet was dropped off in my driveway with two more pallets on top of it, completely shrink wrapped. There were three visible boxes on the pallet, two large boxes with my NewAge tall cabinets and a small box of parts. Upon removing the shrink wrap, I heard a thud as the worktop fell onto my car, denting the fender. There was no warning label or paperwork indicating there was a worktop located in this position or to take caution. It was also not strapped like the other boxes were. There was no paperwork indicating how many boxes were on this pallet.

In addition, one of the cabinets came in with a perfectly fine box but inside I found the cabinet doors were crushed in. Another cabinet had the hinges drilled in the wrong position which I had to address. It's been taking 4 weeks of back and forth just to get this resolved. I'm told a new cabinet is being sent but nothing will be done about my car and I'm still left with an incomplete set because Garage Giant can no longer get one of the cabinets.

Horrible experience as NewAge and Garage Giant continue to go back and forth with no solution. I should have bought from somewhere else.

Amazing price for quality received, well packaged and it was easily assembled. Delivery time was relatively quick for size and weight of items purchased, definitely would recommend.

Great help through e-mail and chat.My new condo has no inside storage, I love these shelves in my garage. I store Christmas decorations, suit cases coolers and much, much more.

Ordered them and received them so fast, easy set up and best of all cars do not move them when you turn the steering wheel

I feel in love with the look, then the price, and then again during an amazingly easy assembly process - and now I have these beautiful cabinets forever!
