Careless...

My wife had gotten me into online shopping a few years back. Being in the service and rarely home for the Holidays just makes it easier to do so. This is the ONLY place I have had issues with. I did NOT receive an email confirming that my shipment was placed... yet my bank statement is saying otherwise (as in they took my money but still no product). I even screen shot a picture of the confirmation on my phone the night I ordered it (do this every time I shop at a new place). I ordered on the 23rd of Aug 2017 it is now 14 Sep 2017 and still nothing. So i searched a number to call, which was a dead end. The lady who finally answered asked for my order number, well ma'am I can not give you one if you guys never sent me an email to begin with. So I go into the website to log in so I can get my "order number" it tells me that my email address is invalid or quote "does not exist". VERY DISAPPOINTED. I was looking forward to these hoodies too, they looked promising.

Do What They Have To Do

Although the items take a long time to arrive and their quality is inferior. But hey, you get what you pay for!
I give 4 stars because they are very responsive, do what they promise to do.

Terrible experience
September 14, 2017

Ordered one item in March and it is now September. I complained a while ago and nothing was done and now I've been told it's too late to do anything about it! Would not recommend to anyone

I thought they were just stalling me with endless emails when I reported that my order was not received. But they did replace the order and I received it. So I think they are not fraudulent, just very long shipping time.

Tried to order few items - but shipping was disgracefull. Ordered for 35 Euro - shipping was the same and not indicated, so useless! Avoid!

Excellent service

I already placed 2 orders in July and another one in August.
I was satisfied with my shopping experience with Gamiss. In one of my order, the package arrived damaged. I contacted Gamiss; their customer service team was very helpful and professional in resolving the issue.
Notice: it would take a while for the product to arrive since they ship them from China.

Liar bot made reviews

I have listened to the most 5 star reviews. Unfortunately.
I have ordered a coat and a shirt (order nr.: R**************), just received them at this moment. Followings are true for both of them:
- arrived in 2 weeks, so delivery is good
- pack unharmed, so post made no mistake
- items however are torn pretty badly
- items have no resemblance or whatsoever to the ones the website shows
- items are really ragged and torn:(
- they were honest with sizing: ordered their XXL size, which is almost smaller than normal european L

In summary, I am very unpleased with Gamiss, and all the clearly bot generated 5 star reviews. :(

Glitchy website

Site doesn't format to tablet or laptop... old tech. Site takes over North American keyboard and replaces@ symbol with European symbols.
Now Can't log back in. Pretty basic functionality oversight. Poor..

Cheap and cheerful

I placed an order to this company. Cheap prices, received the clothes with estimated time scale. Was happy with clothes, not top quality but not top prices. Only criticism check sizes, they come up very small so beware.

This company just doesn't quit! I have followed the link to unsubscribe from getting emails (more than once) and I continue to get multiple emails. Please delete me from your email list. I do not have time to waste on chasing down your products or my money, thus I will not order with you again. I never received my order. Kudos for you for refunding my money two months later. However I'm done.

I placed an order for two swimsuits on June 4,2017 is now July 28,2017. I find it difficult to contact Gamiss online. Their are links to track my order do not work. I wish I would've read the reviews before placing my order. I'm thankful I didn't spend a fortune on the swimsuits because I feel I'll never get them.

Look at the size!
