I am starting to believe this is a scam (even more now reading your comments). I placed an order at the beginning of September, after 2 days I get the message it was shipped but not in full and if I want they can ship the rest when available.

I say ok and wait for the items - I get no notification, no contact at all so I raise a ticket and ask for the status. The first time they answer they tell me to wait a little bit more as the delivery time may vary and so on - I say ok again and the next day I get another notification telling me the package returned and they can refund me part of the money. I paid 150 USD and they want to refund 78 USD.

I am still waiting on an answer on this as it is unacceptable to place an order and than say that I could not be reached and no send me the photos of the package as I asked. The Romanian shipping company puts stamps on the package to show the reaching attempts - I asked for those photos and the matter was not answer. They keep saying that they can refund partially or as store credits.

Also the returning time does not match and the tracking details are missing from the link they gave for tracking. The order still shows as in transit...

Poor Service
October 5, 2017

I purchased items over a week ago and paid to have "expedited shipping". If you can't tell, the shipping costs are quite inflated but anyway I paid with the hopes of receiving my order in a timely fashion. After a week of no shipping updates, I decide to call to check the status which is a roll of the dice due to the very limited time they actually have staff answering phones. I get someone on the line and was told it would be 3-5 days to ship once the item was in stock... I was floored. How do you sell product that it appears is constantly out of stock and capitalize on inflated shipping charges? Then the lady on the phone had zero compassion and made a totally blanket, well you can just cancel your order statement... No. I want my product that I paid for and I want to have some sort of compensation for the untruthful and dishonest business practice you operate under.

Horrible

I placed an order (Order #R**************) for a total of seven items through this website. After about a week of not seeing it being processed, I sent a message to their support stating that it would be shipped out in 7-15 days. I half read the message at first and when I got a reply stating that I would receive the items when they were back in stock, I was totally floored. This was an order for SEVEN items, not one, not two, not three, but SEVEN and they were out of stock on ALL the items. Oh, but they took my money real quick. They haven't refunded me though even though I have requested it.
Heads up, don't believe a five star review unless they have a picture showing the actual purchase, anyone else is a bot. The customer service has been horrible and I will probably have to call my bank to get this issue resolved since they seem less inclined to do the right thing.
Stay away from this website.

***UPDATE***
They resolved the issue for me by refunding my money, with an apology. I am grateful for the refund, but still feel that the way they practice their business is questionable. They admitted in their response to me that the items seen on their Web page are just items that they offer and that there is no guarantee that the items will be in stock by the time an order is placed. Why would anyone pay full price for item (s) before the items are even stocked? This is my biggest issue with this site. My opinion remains the same; do not bother and if you do, I hope you have a better experience than I did.

Ordered over $200 worth of merchandise, on my first visit to the site. Payment went through... I get a call a few days later by a lady who had a thick Asian accent, who i could hardly understand. Asking me for my CC info, a picture of my drivers license, and more-- OVER THE PHONE. Are you kidding me? Take my money, ship me my products... that simple. Unfortunate as i was hoping to get my cheaply made/costing, cool looking merch Do not go here if you want to be satisfied with customer service

In some cases, online fraud can access people's credit card details or their Paypal accounts. Then they use stolen payment information to purchase products online. When you pay us, your credit card or bank card payment is processed by Paypal and not by Credit card directly.

Everyhing great sofar!

I was skeptical at first, because you never know these days... but I gave it a try. I've been buying clothes since and everytime I got what I expected. Sometimes even better than I expected. The quality of clothes I ordered is very good, especially compared to very reasonable prices. The only thing I'm not very happy about it is shipping - heavier things are more expencive so I'll think twice if I'll ever ordered coat or something like that, but dresses, tops, shirts and lighter apparel I sure will.

Customer Service?

The lack of customer service is mind boggling. They say they cant send the items but yet they are still selling them. They will take your money and send the wrong items along with a bogus ticket. Then they want to give a credit for you to spend more money on shipping. They give you options then after picking an option they tell you they cant do that. So y was that option given in the first place? I told them 1 size then they picked another size and told me they cant ship it out. They wanted me to pay for shipping it back. Mind you shipping was more than the cost of 4 items. 3 out of the 5 items that was ordered was wrong. Been going back and forth with them for 4 days now! This is ridiculous! I'm going to the mall from now on.

This site offers various shipping options. I figured since they are coming from Malaysia I should pay for faster shipping so I paid $17.99 for expedited shipping. I received an email stating my item shipped on 9/3. It's 9/19 and I still have not received my items. Worst experience with customer service as well. They said for me to wait until 10/3 to expect a resolution. Will not be purchasing from this company again.

Order number RR**************

Item listed as made of "cotton blends" on the website, "100% cotton" on the label, while in fact it is a horrible synthetic fabric. I never would've bought it had the description been accurate.

Gamiss refunded the cost of the item but not the shipping.

The worst thing, in my opinion, is that my honest 1-star review was censored out "due to the system problem". The item description hasn't been updated either. This means other customers are still being misled into buying this trash.

Since Gamiss thinks they can conduct business in the Western world like they do in China (by censoring inconvenient customer reviews), I will make it my mission to post reviews on as many independent websites as I can.
