I purchased a vintage wood fan with no problems at all. After placing the order I read reviews which made me have buyers remorse. I took the time and called and the young lady told me it will be out within a week which it was. Just received it yesterday and installed it. Nothing shy of beautiful. And this is totally a real review

After ordering two fans that were supposed to be Dark Walnut they arrived and looked nothing like the picture or Dark Walnut. I had to argue to send them back and pay $220 in shipping. If they would have described the item correctly this would not have happen. It took multiple emails and calls to even get a return authorization. One guy hung up on me while I was trying to tell my story.

After ordering two fans that were supposed to be Dark Walnut they arrived and looked nothing like the picture or Dark Walnut. I had to argue to send them back and pay $220 in shipping. If they would have described the item correctly this would not have happen. It took multiple emails and calls to even get a return authorization. One guy hung up on me while I was trying to tell my story.

I bought a 60" chandelier from them. The written instructions were useless. Then they tell you to watch a video of two men in a shack in India putting it together (I kid you not). This is very low quality. My electrician said it was garbage. It worked 8 months and the white wire went out on the whole thing. Their warranty was to send me hundreds of feet of new wire and rewire the whole thing which would have cost me more than the fixture. They don't stand behind their product. Buyer beware you get what you pay for in life.

Unfortunately, this rating service doesn't allow a zero-star rating, which is really what this POS "company" should receive. Ordered a chandelier, which I never received. Was jerked around by several "customer service representatives", all of whom told me different things, hung up on me, or put me on hold and simply never picked up the call again. Run away from this bunch of scammers--don't waste your time, don't throw away your money.

Crooks, and Liars, they kept my money for 2 months and kept lying that you chandelier is coming next week, and will be shipped, finally I gave up and asked them to give me refund, they said ok, and It took me 3 weeks to get money back, when I threatened to charge back on my credit card, no one even called in 3 months to apologize or anything. Run...

Ordered ceiling fans. Delayed due to being out of stock for over 6 weeks. Canceled order. Received no confirmation or refund. Contacted again. No response. Had to go to credit card company to get a refund. They had no intention of returning my money. Total scam. If you order from them you will be so sorry.

Oh my god. This is the worst company I have ever dealt with - their customer service is nonexistent. DO NOT BUY FROM HERE. I ordered a $375 light fixture. It was delivered without the mounting bracket (key for a massive fixture) and without instructions. It requires instructions since it uses two light boxes for mounting. I asked for support and they sent me two youtube videos that did not pertain to my issue. I asked for the part and they said I had to identify the part on my install instructions. I feel like i'm taking crazy pills! Their comments to my emails consisted of "Got it" and other useless phrases. I called several times and was told the "manager was not available". Every time they emailed back that I have to pay the return shipping and insure it or else I will pay for everything. This is the most corrupt, dishonest company. Do not order from here. I order home furnishings online often and have never had such an awful experience. I am still fighting them but I just got a quote to send it back on my own dime and it is $68. I got screwed. All I can do is post this to try and save others. Do your research - they have consistent terrible reviews.

They send you garbage then make it nearly impossible to get your money back. I spent $1,100 and recieved a $100 chandalier! There was nothing but a box of crystals that arrived!
No hardware, no assembly instructions, no chain, no electrical cord or frame or hanging hardware; and shoddy packaging. Then they told me to go to home depot and buy those parts!
Buyer beware.

I had to call Gallery after my product had not shown up after 12 days. The order confirmation promised my order would arrive in 3-10 business days. I was informed that the product was not available and it was on back order. I was never sent an email or notified that there was a problem with my order. Horrible customer service. Do not order from Gallery!

I ordered a chandelier Sept 2023, that was in stock and ready to ship. Three months later it is still not here. I was told it was on backorder for two months in a row and now I am being told it is sitting in customs waiting to be approved. If a company states something is in stock, it should not be sitting in CHINA!
I will update this review if I ever receive my purchase.

Worst experience ever, I was shopping for 2 chandeliers, one 36" and one 60" after I found out the dates of shipping is too far out, I decided not to go for it, the young lady then assured me I would receive the 36" same week and would get a discount 60" chandelier and will ship out next week, it has been almost a month and have not received any, not only that, they have the nerve to tell me well if you don't want it just cancel, I had been calling every week and every time I would be told it's being shipped out In a few days, please do yourself a favor and do not spend a single penny here

Ordered. Said 3-7 days for delivery. Then nothing. Cancelled order. Made complaint with PayPal. Stuck waiting a month for a refund.

Ordered in June, arrived in August, whatever I'm not unreasonable. It was delivered in pieces, whatever, I can put stuff together. There was a sheet of paper with the most useless "instructions" I've ever seen. My husband is very handy so he got to work. He got it put together, then put one light bulb on it prior to hanging it to be sure it worked. After the initial sparking repairs were managed it was time to hang the light. Got the scaffolding. Could not put the glass pieces on because they basically just delicately sit on the base. With great effort, the light was pullied up to the top of the scaffolding and husband hung the light. Next to delicately place the light bulbs and glass fixtures... crooked, all of them. And don't get me started on how to attach the bottom glass pieces, they give you screws, most fit but 5 did not. So there needed to be some "jerry-rigging" and glue. Then, we turned it on, two lightbulbs do not work. I assumed it was the lightbulbs. Shimmied down the scaffolding, got new lightbulbs, tested them to make sure they worked, shimmied back up. Still didn't work. Husband now shimmies back up to do some electrical work. No go. Need to order parts... scaffolding needs to go back. Now it's October, got the parts, got the scaffolding back and up. Husband fixes the electrical issue. Cool. And works delicately to get the glass fixtures as straight as possible, they still aren't straight, one falls, and shatters of course, then another one. Now waiting for some replacement glass shades we are ordering from Amazon, they won't be the same. For the love of all that is good, DO NOT ever purchase from this company, please. The reviews are true, save yourself hours/days/months of disappointment and regret.

I wish I would have paid more attention to these reviews before ordering, but they had a style of chandelier that I really wanted and couldn't find elsewhere without paying 3 times as much. I ordered 2 matching wrought iron camino wheel chandeliers for my new house. They said they were available and would ship in a week. After two weeks they said they will not ship until the end of the month which was cutting it close for us, so they traded out one of the lights for a smaller one and they were supposed to ship out. Two weeks later we receive one light, but not the other. Two days later a box is dropped off, but it is the wrong light - not even remotely close to what we ordered. It has been over 10 days and still no label or arrangement to ship back the wrong light and no word on what we actually ordered. They said they would give me a credit within 24-48 hours, but I still have not received. I am now going through the process to dispute the charge. We do like the light we did receive, but needed matching lights for our great room/kitchen island space. This company has terrible customer service and I now wish I would have paid extra for the RH lights.

Make no mistake, https://www.galleryhomelighting.com/ has beautiful chandeliers. And, their prices are really good. We should know because we have two large, beautiful chandeliers in our home that we purchased from this company. Even when they did not send instructions or the correct amount of crystals (for either order) they were prompt and sent the cases of crystal.
However, when we ordered a third smaller chandelier to match in a nearby room (same name, same color) the colors were not a close match at all (see picture of both). No problem, right? They will understand and send a shipping label for return. Perhaps we are spoiled from easy returns at Amazon. Gallery Lighting is clearly not Amazon.

We must pay for return shipping with insurance and only after they count every piece will they issue a credit for only the purchase price. This is very hard to understand when we ordered the same chandelier (Maria Theresa) in the same color (gold) as the others that Gallery Chandelier would not make it right and at least send a return shipping label. While this may seem like a small price to pay, after spending several thousand dollars and no mistake on our part, it will cost me to have ordered this light - and now with no light to show for it. After several attempts of reasonable requests and failed negotiation, I wanted to share my experience in hopes that it will help you avoid the same. If your order is not as it is supposed to be, it may leave you without what you wanted and cost you all at the same time.

CROOKS! CHARGED ME TWO TIMES, NO PRODUCT, LADY STATES SHE WILL CALL ME BACK AND NEVER DOES! THEY HAVE MANY COMPANY NAMES AND ARE TOTAL SCAM ARTISTS! HAD MY BANK DISPUTE ALL CHARGES. PAIN IN THE BUTT. STAY AWAY FROM THESE CROOKS!

The nightmare began in early October when I ordered a chandelier from their alias website Gallery802. The quality of the chandelier is so poor - You can easily bent the frame, all the beads are cheap plastics, none crystal as they advertized. Worse yet, you can't return anything you bought from them. Customer service is rude and has no clue. I ordered another light fixture from them in late October. One month later, the order is still sitting there as of today. After countless tries with their customer service, I can't do anything but gave up. They use Spectrum Home Furnishing, Gallery 802, Gallery 87, etc. as aliases. Buyer beware, stay away from these guys!
