I purchsed a camera and recive a order error then i tryed again a then both orders get true so i tryed to send back 1 order and get a return label gadget circuit didnt want to send a retun label
After unwrapping my camera and using the viewfinder, I noticed a fair amount of dust on the sensor, which I was not expecting. I sense that it was used before because of this and the numbering on the images (the latter of which I could care less about, as that is no concern), but I would have at least liked a clean sensor before receiving it, as that was the only issue that I ever had with the order.
Worst online. I ordered a camera lense with fast shipping option. According to the dates I should have recieved by Aug 29.Till date they havent shipped the item. Looks like they are selling the items which are not in there stock.

This is my second time buying from Gadget Circuit. Very satisfied with the price. I know that these products have warranties in other countries than the USA but it comes with one year warranty from Gadget Circuit so I think it is very nice and reasonable price!
To be honest I was a little skeptical at first. But I went ahead and bought a Nikon D5300 from circuit gadget. I did not write down my order number because I expected to receive a confirmation email. So I contacted customer service to retrieve that number and they were so compliant and helpful. I went with the free shipping option (5-7 business days) and recieved it in 3! I have only played with the product a little bit, but so far it seems to be a top quality, legitimate product at a bargain price!
To sum up, circuit gadget was very helpful, very fast, and very reliable.

However, they were extremely slow to ship an item out. I purchased four day shipping and just received my item (three weeks later). Apparently the item was out of stock at the time I purchased. There was no indication of this or communication with me regarding the delay. However, when I called in and requested a refund on my shipping cost, I was upgraded to 2-day shipping. Once the item arrived, I was pleased. But the shipping and waiting process was disappointing.
The Targus website has the price much lower for this product. However, it is not available for direct purchase from their site. The product material is not the quality I was expecting, so I am hoping that it will hold up better than it looks.
I never heard of GadgetCircuit prior to this purchase. Therefore, I was initially quite hesitant to submit an order. However, the price was so enticing and the product was exactly what I was looking for, so I took the leap of faith. I have no regrets having done so. The product arrived sooner than expected and all was in good order. I will certainly consider GadgetCircuit again in the future.
It was easy and fast and will shop again. I was so surprised at the great price I received, that the item couldn't get here fast enough. Now that I have it, I still can't believe what a good deal I got.
Very unhappy with the shipping. I paid for 3-4 business days shipping because my wife's birthday was 4 business days after I ordered it. I got a confirmation email stating (AFTER I chose my shipping method) that stated it would take 1-2 days to process the order (with no hint as to whether or not that time was factored into the estimate that I paid for). My order shipped 3 business days after I ordered it and I did not receive it in time for my wife's birthday. When I received the email that the product had shipped 3 business days after I ordered it, I called to complain that the product would not, in fact, arrive for my wife's birthday and I wouldn't have paid for the shipping were that to be the case. I was assured I would be refunded for the shipping and that that would be confirmed in an email to me. 72 hours later, and still no email. Good pricing, terrible shipping policy, terrible response (read: none) by customer service.
The camera is perfect! The price was the best I found anywhere and the camera was delivered in a timely fashion. I haven't had a need to contact GadgetCircuit's customer service, so I can't comment on that aspect of the company, but at this point it's safe to say that I'm a happy customer!

I was a bit disappointed that a Users Manual was not included in the box as listed on the Supplied Accessories list and no mention of this being an imported product untill I read the label on the box. When I purchased my Nikon AW120 a manual was included.
Otherwise product was as advertised.
Shopping with gadgetcircut.com was great. I was hesitant at first because I had never heard of it and wasn't sure if it was reputable, especially since the prices were so incredibly low but I was very pleased with the overall experience and would definitely shop here again and recommend it to others.
The price for the Leica d-Lux was the best price that I had found. The order was handled promptly and there was no shipping. The package arrived a day earlier than estimated. Gadgetcircuit followed up on whether I received the merchandise. Will be a customer in the future.

I constantly received e-mails letting me know the status of the shipment.
I received the tamron 24-70mm f/2.8 on time, well packed, and everything in order.
I tested the lens and was indeed working perfectly and came with all necessary boxes and papers.
I still haven't registered the lens, but everything else has been perfect up to now.

I could not find one and thus inquired about it. I was told that the camera warranty is provided
By the seller for one year. This explanation on the warranty should be on the web site.
Note that I was able to register the camera at Nikon America site without issues.
Had a great overall experience with Gadget Circuit and the price that I got on my Fuji X-T10 was the lowest I found anywhere, however the package I received this week was pretty odd.
I received the camera in a box for one of the factory-packaged body/two lens sets labeled for the Asia/Middle East market and therefore with a charger for that regions plugs. The lenses were just missing from the box set. While I didn't order or pay for the lenses, the camera appears to be new and in perfect working condition, and a US power converter was thrown in the box, it was an odd package to open and made me a bit uneasy about what I had just purchased since it seems the box set was broken apart for sale separately. I was able to successfully register the product with Fuji, though, so hoping all will be fine in the end.
