If there were an opportunity to error proof the DS-82 document before sending that would be helpful. I'm wondering what percentage of these documents need to filled out a second Time (like mine) due to an error.
The process is super easy. The representatives are very thorough and knowledgeable. I received my renewed passport in less time than expected. They kept me updated via email the entire process. Would recommend to anyone and would definitely use them again.
First time retail user of G3, multiple time corporate user. Fast competitively priced service. Getting started was easy and the rates were attractive as G3 offered 18 day service. Contacting G3 with a question was poor and then excellent. I had a long phone hold and then the call dropped. I finally reached G3 and complained. My problem was resolved. Passport arrived in 10 calendar days. Follow up call was answered promptly and my second question resolved.
The process was simple and quick, however it was too expensive. I did not realize that the initial fee I charged to my credit card was actually just for the service, and not the actual passport! My fault for not reading the fine print.
Passport. We realized just three weeks before I was due to travel that my passport had my maiden name, not my married name. We found g3passports.com and started the process of updating my passport. They were very professional, and had excellent customer service that walked us through every detail of the request to change the name. I also received e-mail updates for every step of the during the processing. The passport arrived within 10 business days. The only reason I did not give it 5 stars is that the service is INCREADIBLY expensive, and the fee does NOT include the U.S. Department of State fees for the passport.
We got our passport in time but in I will never use this agency again. Our main point of contact was rude most of the time and not very patient. Every time I called her it sounded like I was bothering her. For a payment of 800 dollars I would have expected far better service and at least someone that pretended to be nice. I have used Rushmypassport.com 5 previous times and a great experience. I rarely write reviews but I though it was necessary to do this one. We are all busy and when we pay for service it should be provided with kindness.

The three service representatives I dealt with (Jess, Antonio, and Sandra) were the best! All were very patient and courteous, answering my many questions via several telephone calls on some days. They made it easy to complete the paperwork I needed to quickly receive my updated passport.

Excellent passport renewal service! And I had my new passport in 4 business days (8 business days BEFORE I expected it). Brad and Carmen (Chicago) are very responsive and proactive with status updates. I would definitely recommend G3 and will use them again when the time comes! Joe was incredibly responsive: he caught an error earlier on in my application process that could've resulted in a delay: he provided reasonable corrective action in the most timely efficient manner possible and literally saved the day in getting my passport back in time for a trip.
