Customer Service answered all my questions with concise information and helped me navigate the form. I had questions regarding my name change which happened after the passport was issued and inserted into the back of passport. I wanted to ensure that my married name would appear in the front.
Everything about the process of ordering a passport for my infant daughter was simple. When I arrived at the passport office, the agent commented on how well organized and complete the package was that I had put together with the representative of G3 Passports. I would recommend G3 to my friends and would use the service again.
My experience with G3 was what I used to expect years ago. Nowadays I find very few businesses that give the complete service that G3 provided. Now days very few companies do what they say they are going to do.
The praise I would give to G3 is their word good. I know that idea is an old concept but it still has value to lots of us old guys.

Very pleased overall. My only complaint is that the shipping address was wrong when my passport came back - fortunately the Fed Express driver was able to figure out where I lived or I would have had to deal with non-delivery and getting it at a later time. The shipping address was ******* Amonson and the envelop said ******* Amonson.
Needed my passport ASAP. Had an excellent experience with g3passports. I really liked the emails letting me know where the process was at each stage. Got my passport in a timely manner and didn't cost me a fortune.
I was impressed by the process and expediency.
My only issue- Today I received an email saying that my passport was Step 5 of 5. Not able to recall what step 5 was, I called to ask. The woman who answered said that it meant my passport request was being processed by the government and it would be sent sometimes this week. Imagine my surprise -- very pleasant surprise -- to find it in my mail when I arrived home.
Other than this, I was pleased with every aspect of this.

He took my stressful situation of having only 5 days to get my passport before my next international trip and made it easy. Joe walked me through the forms to make sure all was perfect before I sent in. During the process he kept me in the loop as to the progress.
From start to finish it took less than 4 days and I could not be happier.

Great customer service...received guidance and help with filling in the application, collecting the right documents and getting the FedEx label. Not only were the instructions on the website very clear, an agent walked me through the process on the phone to make certain everything was done correctly on my side. I used their least expensive expediter service ($99), sent them my materials on Saturday, and had my new passport in hand on Friday. Emails along the way kept me informed of the progress throughout the process.

Bridgette E. Yates was so helpful and kept me updated the entire time. She was able to get my passport located when it was not returned to me during the visa process. Though I did not initially use G3 to obtain my visa, they were so helpful when problems occurred and were able to work with the embassy on my behalf to resolve my issues and get my passport returned.
I would also like to mention Clarence Standish, who was the initial person I connected with to explain my needs. He was super helpful and emailed me over the forms that I needed to fill out, then he explain to me what the next steps were to get my request started.
Overall G3 has been a real lifesaver; since the embassy does not answer the phone and has no email contact, there was no way for me to get this back other than flying out to DC myself. G3 stepped in and took care of everything at a very reasonable cost. Thanks!
