I was a seller on G2G until they decided that they no longer allow sellers from my country to work there and as a result they suspended my account. They gave me a few days to cash out and I did.
But there was still a few transactions frozen on my account because they were from disputed orders. After a few months I won all those dispute cases and the frozen money was released but they already disabled my payment capabilities.
I contacted them and they told me that I should wait cause they are working on allowing sellers from my country to work again. So I waited, but that was 4 YEARS ago and still no news. So I got finally fed up and asked them to either give me my money or give me store credit so I can use it to purchase items from other sellers. But they refused to do so.
I guess they like free money. The least they could do was to give me store credits and refusing to do that shows how selfish, greedy and uncooperative they are. Stay away from this site!

So the saler send me the info of the account and not even a month past when I see I wasn't able to log in to the account. That's what they do they sale the account wait for a few weeks than take it back while you have to go through the legal system yo get your money back meanwhile they repost the account praying on new people. I my self got scammed out of a genshin impact account after playing it for over a month also if you didnt know the original email which the account was created can by pass the new emails on that game just by submitting a support ticket on genshin impact website. I bought a game pass key, the seller delivered to me a redeemed key already and the platform G2G completed the order automatically (it was the first problem)
I tried to contact the seller but had no success, so I opened a ticket at G2G support. It was Friday so at night the support answer me requesting some screenshots and evidence of the problem.
When was Monday in the early morning, my ticket was closed and my request was denied because they did not have the evidence in 48 running hours.
In a nutshell, the support gave me 48 hours during the weekend (Saturday and Sunday) to provide the answer, they did not say anything that they would close the ticket within 48 hours running, and the final decision would be denied for the request and no right to reopen the case.
It is clear that the platform is acting with bad faith, given they cannot contact the seller any more for some reason, and they do not want to take the loss.
It is just my review, think twice before buying on the G2G platform because unlike G2G there are other better platforms that provide security in your purchase. If you agree with me, give me a thumbs-up in this thread and share. Thank you.
