Seller lied about a 1 hour delivery time, disappeared for 12 hours and never responded so I canceled my order. The currency I bought requires you to be online in the game for delivery, obviously I can't wait around for 12 hours to get delivery from a bad seller.
Payment was made by credit card, refund went to store credit. If support doesn't help I'm going to have to chargeback because what I bought wasn't delivered and, as per G2G's refund policy, what I received was "Not as described".
This seller ripped me off of $166. I bought an EOD account on escape from tarkov account off of this person, they told me over and over that it was not cheated on or boosted but here I am less than a month I get banned permanently. Please they may seem nice but they just want your money, the only response I get from them are "I am working on" or "what do you mean". They don't care about you or your account they boost these accounts and sell them to us. BEWARE of POKEIS
By default all refunds are made as store credit only and your bank or PayPal will not be refunded unless there was a problem with payment verification, they don't care about cash refunds.

Don't be a seller on this site they always ban if the store have a lots of the ballance. You can check my insta Hakimaru if you want to know what kind of scam they do. We only take business opportunities from products that we have not yet reached because our shop is open 24 hours to provide maximum service to customers. We saw that there was a TikTok coin product on g2g and we found out how to sell it on youtube, tiktok, and google, That the only way to sell tiktok coins is to log into the buyer's account which then we are confused about whether g2g allows such products to be sold/added.
A week later we still saw the product still on g2g. Then we participated in selling it, two weeks later we felt bad because to top up TikTok coins the only way was to log in to the buyer's account and top up on TikTok's legal site (official tiktok site). We felt this was very risky that's is when we removed the product in our store at g2g 3-5 days ago. However, it was g2g itself that convicted us of committing a violation. This would sound funny if it went to court.

I was charged 3 times for an error on there side and now they wont return the money. I even showed them the charges. Customer service seems to be automated copy and paste replies.
Like the other reviews says, there are a lot of scammers in this website, and g2g support won't bother helping you refunding your money. If you did get a refund, it'll turn into store credit. But one more thing, it'll only be possible if you talk to the seller to agree with the refund, which is highly unlikely. DO NOT EVER USE THIS SITE. SAVE YOUR TIME AND MONEY. Have a good day.

I bought a few time here but most of it for toram with no issue. But this year when i tried buying for different game some issue happen, first is unresponsive seller, second the seller didnt send the promise. I go to help centre and make a report. Later on i got store credit, i tried to refund but cant since there is no refund button so i keep the money first. Later i see the seller i tried to bought before was remove and new seller come in, since i got store credit so i just use the store credit and it work just fine, the trade was done less than 1 hours. From my personal experience dont buy account since the seller might sold a stolen account but for in game item i dont think there is much scammer at g2g but maybe there a lot of it and i just didnt found them yet. Any way in i been using this alot with with not much problem or hassle but this year got some problem thats it.

So, I bought a League of Legends account from seller "CiulaStore", and when I logged in, the account did not match the listing description. I then contacted the seller and asked him to give me the right account. He said that he did not have one, and I asked him why he does this scam. He answered with "Because I can". I then reported that I hadnt received the account, and only after 48 hours was I able to escalate to G2G because the seller didnt want to cooperate. A couple hours after escalating, they sent me an email saying that the order was already completed and that their decision was final, but when I was escalating to G2G, the order was still not completed. Obviously, G2G is defending sellers, which makes them money, even if they are scamming. This site needs to be looked into and taken legal action as they're clearly a bunch of scammers.
I never had problems getting somtong on path of exile but on wow classic jizz they are so slow to guive me gold and I had one of your service they say to me to refund the money
