After i sold an Account my money got stuck because the buyer has Not confirmed that He got this Account. Thats Not the Problem. The Main Problem is, that the Support isn't answering to anything. I'm waiting for 2 (or more) month now. Bad Shop, Bad support.

Definitely do not recommend using their services as they do not honor their buyer's protection where it was stated they would assist with scams.

Later, the BUYER reported that the account was not working and changed the EMAIL of the GAMING account and retrieved it. About a week after the account was delivered, G2G refunded the buyer. Do not sell accounts at g2g, you will lose money and accounts. There are also good buyers. But if an order comes from a thief, the account will be lost 😡😡
Got banned for using this website. BUYER BEWARE! With some luck they only transferred part of the total amount to me, so far they are saying I will get a refund for the remaining amount that was not transferred.
Purcahse some Lost ark currency, seller listed 10 hours as the time to deliver, on the website they said they had over 10million in stock. Waited the 10 hours, no delivery. Ask where the delivery is? They say that the price of gold is fluctuating and that if i want my delivery i have to either cancel it or wait for the price to go back down. What?
So 3 days later with no delivery i was forced to cancel my order. I did not buy again why would I? Why i lodged a complaint with the website all they said was "you will have to cancel your order and buy from someone else" what? Where is the customer support? Basically a big screw you to customers no guarantee if what you actually buy will be delivered. If prices go up within the delivery time window, you won't get anything. What a useless service just save yourself some time and pay the higher price through the ingame store.

So, I bought a game account from a seller whom later reset the account, about 30 days later. This seller then admits in the chat that it's been reset but swears it wasn't him, he also admits that he resold the account and wasn't the original owner. This chat is available for G2G to see. The money is still held in escrow and thus has not been released to the seller. G2G spent 3 weeks to tell me they can't do anything. Essentially, they're making a profit by keeping the money. They wont even be out of pocket by releasing the funds back to me. This is the company you are dealing with, they're making a profit from sellers scamming on their website.
Even if the funds were not still in escrow, G2G has enough evidence in their chat to win a PayPal dispute against the seller. Terrible experience.
Sellers doesn't update the stock of gold avalaible, so when your order you canno't be delivery because the seller doesn't have what you purchase, and you're stuck because if you cancel your order, G2g only refund with credit store.
Disguised and organized scam
Seller will not get a full 100% protection. For other seller, please no matter what, dont give your customer full access to the account. Try to save a way secretly so whenever the customer decide to file a chargeback claim with you, you can still have a way to get into the account or else they will win the case easily unlike paypal.

I bought an expensive order for a small game called Growtopia an order of about $150. They said my monthly limit of payment was exceeded AFTER they charged me, so they charged me and I never got to receive my order. So of course I canceled it and they make you wait 2 days for a refund? Their is no live customer support just random articles on problems that are usually logical to resolve. After I canceled it they COMPLETELY removed the order so now I can't even see when or how I'm getting my refund just says pending in my bank account. It's unsettling having such a bad customer support system. Before completely charging let the customer know their limit is almost exceeded. Something so small and so easy causes such an inconvenience.

The amount taken out from your bank is actually the pre-authorization which is part of the bank process to ensure that you have sufficient balance and your account is in good standing before they let the transaction go through. However, as you have exceeded the purchase limit of your G2G account, the transaction was cancelled and you will just have to wait for the bank to reinstate the pre-authorized amount to your available balance.
I bought 400 robux for £3.11 on there off of a seller called dragonsong, he seemed to highly legit in what he does and I trusted him with my Roblox information, he completed the deal after waiting two days but the wait was worth it and he re-assured me when talking to me, otherwise despite the wait, you have to have patience and the seller completed the deal with nothing tampered on my account, very good service.

A seller scammed me and told them the product was delivered. I had purchased from other sellers in the past never had a issue. I explained to them to check my history to see i am a loyal customer who has never had issues. They refused to assist me with a refund or punishing the seller so i did a charge back i recommend to anyone who has not been taken care of to just do a chargeback with your bank and move on and no longer use the service.

I chated with text supported later the chat my chat with buyer is deleted and offer deleted as well. My money gone account also gone. Buyer card is on hold dont know what that means. The seller YHSUPSTORE will ignore your order even though it states one hour. You then have no choice but to get refund which they will not give, they only give store credit for less than you have actually spent. Do not buy from here until they can properly manage their sellers and offer actual refunds.

Don't buy off this site! They sell accounts what have been taken off people, then will get you to buy them and then contact supercell and say the account has been hacked then they will get the account back! They will keep repeating this method, actually pretty clever as the time you're using the account you're levelling it up and making the account worth more money for when the retrieve it and must make crazy money from it but defiantly don't buy off this website.
When you purchase some of there products they will give it to you, but when as soon as when you pay with un refundable currency like Bitcoin they will ban your account and take all the money you sent.
