Never ever gotten the money i sold my game account for even after the 14 days they have told me. No protection from scam after 14 days so the original owner can just change the account details and you will be locked out forever with no way of recovering it. Contacting support will just have your ticket closed with no replies or help at all. Won't recommend buying an account from them unless you're buying items.

I bought an Escape from Tarkov account, for this game I need he to give me the email account too, because I need a code to enter the account. When I log in to the Tarkov page, it sends me a verification code to the email, the seller provided me with an email that is not the same as the account one. It is an email created in Firstmail LTD, whose email is useless to me, because not even a code arrives because it is not the email of the account. Then I thought I had made a mistake, and the email account was hotmail, I entered the hotmail email with the same email and password as in Tarkov, but it told me that it was blocked due to multiple login attempts. From this point it seemed very strange to me, I tried to contact the seller for more than a day by sending him messages but he just ignores me, in his profile you can see that he has placed orders. So he is ignoring me or has blocked me. I want my money refunded to the PayPal account I paid with. I have already made many purchases, and this has never happened to me. I ordered some InGame Currency for WoW worth around 150€ and since then my Order needs to be verified. They once tried to call me at around 6am but since i was asleep i didnt pick up the phone in time, i immediately called back, not even a minuten after they called me but i got an automatic voice message saying that no Operators are available at this time. Since them i am trying to reach out to G2G every other hour but no one ever picks up. I already made a Ticket explaining my situation but i just received an automatic generated answer saying that my Order needs verification (You dont say...)

I feel like i am getting scammed for my 150€. Until my case is solved i will leave this rating at 1 Star.

This site supports scammers

Ordered ESO Imperial Edition - received ESO Morrowind edition which is basically a base game that I already own. Reached out to the seller to reply. Escalated to G2G with video proof and they said that since my order has been "delivered" (wrong code was sent) they are "unable to proceed with cancellation". I told them I got the code for the wrong game version, but they don't care. I spent 3 days messaging them but they just ignore your explanation and "are unable" to do anything (yeah right)... Stay away!

The problem is that G2G defends scammers, they dont punish scammers they defend them. I got scammed and they didnt reply to my email at all, I sent them multiple emails and proof showing the scammer changing the email to the account and I also messaged the scammer and he didnt answer my messages even though he saw it. G2G staff and developers 100% used to be scammers before in their life and probably still are. They clearly dont care if you get scammed they will not refund your money and they will not punsih the scammer seller, the scammer seller will not get banned his account will stay on G2G and g2g allows scammers to keep selling.

Don't buy from this website, theres a high chance the seller will take the account back and then you will lose the account and your money because G2G will not help you get your monyey back.

This website neesd to be reported to the cops and get shut down! Its a massive exit scam!

Every email I sent to them was ignored and not answered. They looked at the email they saw it and read it but they did not answer me cuz they are scammers themselves and aren't gonna help you get your money back.

This site is Scammers!

Scammers! Seller: HellenWong
This site is fraudulent. I am also sure that the reviews with 5 stars are cheated. I have personally had experience with them, buying a product from their seller. After 2 weeks, the seller returned the goods and said that I needed to wait, as he returned the goods. I contacted the support service, to which they told me that they could not compensate for the costs. I asked to punish the seller, but I was refused and the case was closed. So you will be deceived 100%, you will be denied help, and the scammers will continue to sell their goods there.

After the sale, after 2 weeks of g2g warranty, she returns the accounts. G2g does support and does not block such sellers.

They stole my money

I was a seller on G2G until they decided that they no longer allow sellers from my country to work there and as a result they suspended my account. They gave me a few days to cash out and I did.
But there was still a few transactions frozen on my account because they were from disputed orders. After a few months I won all those dispute cases and the frozen money was released but they already disabled my payment capabilities.
I contacted them and they told me that I should wait cause they are working on allowing sellers from my country to work again. So I waited, but that was 4 YEARS ago and still no news. So I got finally fed up and asked them to either give me my money or give me store credit so I can use it to purchase items from other sellers. But they refused to do so.
I guess they like free money. The least they could do was to give me store credits and refusing to do that shows how selfish, greedy and uncooperative they are. Stay away from this site!
They will screw you over in every chance they get. It doesn't matter if you're a seller or a buyer.

They scam you on refunds.

If any sale goes wrong and you need a refund. You won't be getting the money back in your bank ever. They give you store credit which you'll likely never use. Absolute joke of a customer support who do not care and will not help you.

The G2G Refund, Return & Cancellation Policy does not work.

I bought a game pass key, the seller delivered to me a redeemed key already and the platform G2G completed the order automatically (it was the first problem)

I tried to contact the seller but had no success, so I opened a ticket at G2G support. It was Friday so at night the support answer me requesting some screenshots and evidence of the problem.

When was Monday in the early morning, my ticket was closed and my request was denied because they did not have the evidence in 48 running hours.

In a nutshell, the support gave me 48 hours during the weekend (Saturday and Sunday) to provide the answer, they did not say anything that they would close the ticket within 48 hours running, and the final decision would be denied for the request and no right to reopen the case.

It is clear that the platform is acting with bad faith, given they cannot contact the seller any more for some reason, and they do not want to take the loss.

It is just my review, think twice before buying on the G2G platform because unlike G2G there are other better platforms that provide security in your purchase. If you agree with me, give me a thumbs-up in this thread and share. Thank you.

Ive been a member since 5 or 6 years, Ive bought and sold stuff on this site. But during the last year the "freelancer" seller on this site trying to scam everywhere. You need to make a video over everything to have some proof that they trying to scam, even if you have made on, it takes up to 4 days to get the case solved.

The CS is non existant and delivers the same Mails over and over again.
Two years ago id rate the site with 4-5 Stars, now Id give a 0 Star if it would be possible. Try to avoid this site.

When you purchase some of there products they will give it to you, but when as soon as when you pay with un refundable currency like Bitcoin they will ban your account and take all the money you sent. It rarely happens though. They will still say that they will refund your money after 1-14, but it's just a lie and make your forget about it. DON'T BUY FROM HERE

Company Uses sellers to make money so they side with sellers, do not care about the Buyer

I Purchased a carrier for Eve echoes on G2G for 145$

The seller lied to my face multiple times have all screens shots of the conversation. The seller realized that the amount that they posted for the item I was purchasing was way below market value and refused to give me my item and forced canceled the purchase. Was also told they then were out of stock, after the cancellation procured the item went back on the market for 175$ even though they told me they had no stock. I reported the seller to G2G They did absolutely nothing to help me in any way shape or form. They shrugged me off as a customer and sided with the seller 100%. G2G as a Company has 0 Customer Service skills I Have since gotten my money back for what I purchased but shouldn't be forced as a buyer to cancel my purchase to benefit a seller. Several tickets were submitted and all were shrugged off with absolutely no response except a closed ticket. G2G Needs a -5 star review, not a 1
Company also did not issue a full refund they kept the processing fee of over 5$

Waiting for more than 5 hours when it clearly says maximum 30 minutes and the transactions are still verifying, how is this possible?
