I bought a year ago 50 league of legends orbs from a seller that publicized was safe and legal 100% (rps made from twitch prime), after a year i got a mail from the riot support saying i got permabanned because the rps used in the gifting of the 50 orbs were illegal. Writing that to the support while providing screenshots and proofs was useless, they backed the seller saying it's out of their gamer protect policy (and it is not true after reading all of it, in fact in goes in the second point "item description doesn't match") and by responding with prefabricated answers multiple times

Never had any BIG inconvenient issues with any of my orders on this site. There were a handful of times items was out of stock when it said it was in stock. But order cancel takes a few minutes and the best part is that you get it back as store credit instead of needing to wait a bunch of bankdays to get money back to your bankaccount. In other words, you can make another order pretty much right away if you need to cancel orders due to out of stock Been buying items and currency to both WoW and Guild wars 2. Bla bla bla and so on. I recomend of course <3 /John

2 accounts i buy with incorrect login info and support just tells me to deal with seller. No response from seller so i wasted 40 dollars already on this.

I ordered a league of legends account from G2G, the seller locked the account instantly and attempted to recover the information. I Contacted G2G the day of the order about this who responded and told me to contact Riot support first with some security questions they had provided me from the 'Seller' they said that once I got a response from Riot to message them again to follow up. Riot took 3 days to respond and told me that the information that I had sent them was bogus and I would not be recovering the account. I went back to G2G who told me that as it had been longer than 48 hours they will close my ticket regardless of it not being resolved. I made a new ticket on the same issue (at this point it had been 13 days), g2g employees took the opportunity to wait 2 days then responded to me saying since it is now over my 14 day warranty period they would not be looking into the issue further. Absolutely disgusting customer service. Website are just as scammy as the people that sell on it.

Response below from G2G is Ironic as all of my correspondence since messaging RIOT has been more or less ignored "as it was deemed to be resolved as 24 hours had elapsed" with every new ticket/message regarding this issue being instantly closed without investigating the issue, response below just goes to show they really don't look at all..

I bought an account and a few days later they changed the email, they are scammers
