They accepted a substantial investment from me via Techmarket Au. After some "trading" and a healthy profit I attempted to withdraw some funds. My trading was immediately suspended and no money has been returned.

Very happy I tried this platform since after fast verification I did my first trade with no complications it was all simple and easy

This is a scam. Do not invest.
I was vulnerable and was quickly talked into increasing my small investment to something quite substantial. I did request paperwork but stupidly deposited the money wihlst the paperwork was "on the way". Of course it never arrived. They strung me along for a while and made quite substantial "profits". I requested a very modest profit which then caused them to freeze my account. No money has been returned.
I've been chatting with Heather Parker their senior financial manager and I would just like to say THANK YOU for being so helpful and kind!
This platform is user friendly, giving good trading conditions and market analysis, even the pro traders like myself can enjoy trading here
DO NOT PUT YOUR MONEY INTO THIS! Trust this company with your money at your on peril! They will hold on to your money and refuse every withdrawal attempt,instead they will ask you to pay taxes continuously.They are thieves. Fortunately, I was able to make a formal complaint and a complete refund subsequently with the appropriate authorities via Broadoak-capital com contact them if you have a similar problem
Being a novice to trading I really appreciated the assistance of my account manager, he explained all the details to me regarding deposits, opening and closing trades and was always available to answer the big bunch of questions I had, I don't think I would've pursued this if I didn't have such a patient and supportive account manager, I'm very thankful!
As a beginner it took me some time to get there but i am staying here for a long term trade since this platform has it all and they are doing amazing job
Liars they are scammers. Thieves and money laundering. They have done a runner.

They FXI Brokers/ Markets don't return phone calls or emails? Heather Parker and offsides Natasha Koss are either not available or at a "Conference "?
Their Web sites uses honest companies Trading Names and their ACN's (Australian Company Number).
They forward forged contracts.
BE AWARE... not honest people.
My experience here is very good and I must say that they have amazing customer service, very kind employees.

FXI Brokers has a large number of forex options, I recommend them to anyone who enjoys picking and choosing as I do.
Do not trust fxi or Natasha's sweet voice. She is a lying, stealing piece of crap! They will take all your money and disappear
Their senior financial manager Natasha Koss was very polite and helpful. She taught me how to use the platform and is always quick to respond! I'm forever thankful to her!
What I appreciate about FXI is that not for a moment do they pressure me into anything. On the contrary, my acct manager was always quick to respond so I can make my own decisions on time
