FWRD is one of my new go-to sites for hard-to-find luxury brand items. They guarantee authenticity of the items they sell, ship them quickly, and provided an excellent experience that gained my trust in their company.

This gorgeous sweater was on sale, it shipped super quickly, it was packaged beautifully and I received a follow up email to ensure everything went smoothly.

I have purchased from many high end designer brand sites and never once has anyone asked for pictures of the front and back of my ID along with the front and back of my debit card. There was no suspicious activity and you guys say this is for new buyers, why was this prompt not include in the checkout process then? Also I had to call to even be notified of this said process and was told you'd send the verification method of choice once you "security management team" decided what would be sufficient. Waited over 2 hours for a follow up, along with paying for next day shipping. Which then, this process lead that to be irrelevant since next day shipping would not be possible due to your ill handle procedure! No regard for customer time and service! Literally a $#*!tier saks off fifth and yes "saks off" and honestly thats being generous. Literally the worst website and customer service team I've dealt with in regards to anything I've dealt with to be completely honest.

The bag came with a dent and the support team was very helpful in finding me a solution

The 4x4 candle was in a huge box. I unboxed to find another box inside surrounded by peanut packaging. I took the candle out and there was no wax inside! Emptying the peanuts out the larger box the wax candle was loose with the peanuts! I'm glad I found it and not thrown the box away. I noticed an ontario sticker on the box which leads me to believe it went through customs and they took everything out, examined it and prepackaged the item. It's the only explanation I have
