I ordered a dress in Nov and still haven't received it

I have ordered at coet for them and I have been waiting a month in half for it and never came so I email them and they told me that it was the holidays and then on it would 12 day after that so I waited never came DON'T BUY FROM THESE PEOPLE THEY WILK TAKE YOU MONEY WON'T GIVE YOU YOUR ORDER THANKS A LOT FVOGUE

After writing a review on fvogue page on facebook, warning people not to buy from them because it is nothing but scam, i found out that i cannot write any more comments on their page. All previous rewiew comments on their page were deleted too!

Paid but never received, and Bad Costumer service.
When I start complain process, I received a mail answer teelling me to wait. 4 months waitting and with 4 mails without answerm nor return, nor resend...
Really a $#*! and not cheap.

I ordered 5 pairs of shoes and a coat all for a little over $100 and even qualified for free shipping! I was so excited; however, it ended up being too good to be true. A few days after I placed my order (which was already paid for), I received an email telling me one of my items was out of stock, and they asked me to either replace it with an item of equal price or cancel it. I decided to cancel just that one item. I was disappointed, but as long as my other items were fine, I didn't have a problem with keeping the rest of my order (as long as I received the refund for the one item, which I haven't gotten yet). Then, a day or two later, I received another email telling me that all of the other items I ordered were out of stock too! Not only were they out of stock, but they were still on the website as "in stock" making picking items of equal price to replace them with impossible (if I don't know which items are available, how can I order anything). I just completely canceled my order. I haven't received any refunds yet, but if they don't refund my money in 1-3 business days (like they claim), I will be talking to my bank.
