I ordered 5 pairs of shoes and a coat all for a little over $100 and even qualified for free shipping! I was so excited; however, it ended up being too good to be true. A few days after I placed my order (which was already paid for), I received an email telling me one of my items was out of stock, and they asked me to either replace it with an item of equal price or cancel it. I decided to cancel just that one item. I was disappointed, but as long as my other items were fine, I didn't have a problem with keeping the rest of my order (as long as I received the refund for the one item, which I haven't gotten yet). Then, a day or two later, I received another email telling me that all of the other items I ordered were out of stock too! Not only were they out of stock, but they were still on the website as "in stock" making picking items of equal price to replace them with impossible (if I don't know which items are available, how can I order anything). I just completely canceled my order. I haven't received any refunds yet, but if they don't refund my money in 1-3 business days (like they claim), I will be talking to my bank.
