I've been in the RMT business for years, selling on platforms like G2G, Eldorado, and PlayerAuctions. Support on these sites usually takes 3–7 days to resolve issues. Slow sometimes, but at least they get the job done.
Now let's talk about FunPay.
It's been over a MONTH since I opened a simple case, and their so-called "support team" hasn't done a single thing to fix it. I've sent multiple requests, but their response is either useless or completely absent.
👉 Their fees? Same or even higher than G2G / Eldorado / PlayerAuctions.
👉 Their support? Absolutely worthless.
👉 Their "service"? A total disgrace for any marketplace.
This isn't just "bad customer service" — this is straight-up scam behavior. They take your money, then ignore you. I guarantee I'm not the only seller getting screwed here.

I'm posting this to warn every single seller and buyer: stay away from FunPay unless you want to waste your time, money, and sanity.
FunPay is not just unreliable — it's dangerous. Report them, share your stories, and don't let others fall into the same trap.

Funpay is a. RU Criminal Enterprise Association.
It does work well partly! And is probably the biggest website of its type. Admins use all site funds as their own, so there is a limited amount of money in the system. They mitigate this by having a 48H hold on all withdrawals, and even after it might take hours for enough funds accumulate in the queue. 1.Internal trading is prominent, e.g. someone buys your goods and then you get banned without payment or partial payment. 2.Site is scripted and riddled with custom scripts and spyware against its clean look. The withdraw button doubles as a "ban me" button if your account is flagged as non-cooperative. 3. Political and regional biases, if you are from EU or Western Places, you may be banned without explanation or pay. If you take a look at the reviews all 1 Stars are from EU or USA.

Unfortunately, my experience with this platform has been one of the worst I've ever had. I purchased an account that didn't match the description — it simply didn't work. From the very beginning, I provided clear evidence to both the seller and the site's administrator, including screenshots and a full video showing my very first attempt to log in, where it's obvious the account was unusable. Despite this, the seller refused to issue a refund and even went as far as insulting me and spreading lies to try and discredit me. Completely unacceptable behavior. I reached out to support, and on the 7th of the month, an administrator joined the conversation. I thought things would finally move forward, but since then, I've been completely ignored — today is the 13th and I haven't received a single response or any help at all. It's incredibly disappointing to see this level of neglect from a platform that's supposed to protect its users. Is this really what FunPay wants for its buyers? No support, abusive sellers, and zero accountability? I'm extremely disappointed and absolutely do not recommend this experience to anyone.

Paid for a $160 WoW Wrath account, got to play for 2 months, then the seller recovered the account, he admited that the account was recovered and he could only refund $40, took 6 months to get Funpay to agree then they never game me anything because my account was inactive for 2 months! Use Eldroado.gg they wont scam you.

Don't trust this $#*!ty page, the customer service sucks, most of the time they side with the scammers, even though you're a good customer, wasting more than 300$ in their $#*!ing page, they don't care and won't provide any assistance, use you're cash somewhere else, there's plenty pages better than this $#*! hole.

I sold a lot of gaming services on this platform, mainly in the service category, there are withdrawal fees, but otherwise everything is cool

ON FUNPAY SCAM, SCAMERS! FRAUDERS TRADE FREELY ON FunPay! I BOUGHT THE CHANNEL. THE SELLER WRITTEN THE LOGIN AND PASSWORD IN THE CHAT AND THAT'S ALL. AND THERE IS DUAL AUTHENTICATION. I COMPLAINED AND FUNPAY APPOINTED ARBITRATION! I PAID MY MONEY AND DID NOT RECEIVE ANYTHING AND STILL HAVE TO PROVE SOMETHING?

After buying on this site, my account was banned. They didn't want to return the money for a very long time, they banned me from the site. I spent 492 dollars on the site, after much proof that they were wrong, of all this, only 24 dollars were returned to me. Although my account was 30 times more expensive. The bad review on the seller's page was hidden so as not to spoil his rating. Also, for a week now I have not been given information about the storage of my data on the site (clause 9.3) site of scammers

All reviews on trustpilot are fake. They delete all one star reviews on trustpilot. They are unwilling to refund my money back after they know the seller scammed me.

This's pure scam, stay away from these people 8 month waiting for support team help, bought an acc, and the guy who sold the account some how got it back, the support refuse to make a refund, the excuse they can't guarantee such risk, i will make damn sure someone from the FBI check out your website, cuz im pretty sure there's people selling games and account previously paid by stolen credit cards, like 70% of these websites does, like i said mark my name you will have news from me real soon, the rest who's thinking to on use this trashsite, seriously stay away.

They ban you for "fraudulent activities" once you have funds and you want to withdraw them. Do not engage with this site, especially if you are NOT from the Ukraine or Russia

In many ways this is one of the best services of this kind around (at least for the sellers), but be wary: they are very clingy, and it's reflected in their rules, so read them carefully.

It is mentioned that if you use another trading platform of this kind other than theirs - they will block your account and refuse to allow you to withdraw funds from it, and there is really nothing protecting you from such behavior on their part (it's in the rules after all), so if it happens to you - you're losing the money for the service/goods that you've already provided.

While it is in the rules, it is also akin to your girlfriend threatening to burn your house if you start dating someone else, which is really weird and creepy.

If that still doesn't stop you from using this service at least be cautious, withdraw money as often as possible, so as not to allow them to steal from you.
