I am writing this review to warn others about my very bad experience with FunPay.
Order number: #EBCY6RWJ
I purchased a guide from a seller (Badmoon81) who clearly advertised and implied specific earnings before payment (such as 100M/hour and ~2B per day).
After payment, the explanation changed multiple times. The method suddenly relied on:
Opening gifts instead of direct earnings
Clickers/macros
Indirect drops and theoretical calculations
These critical details were NOT clearly disclosed before purchase.
I opened a dispute that lasted over 3 weeks. During arbitration:
The seller failed to provide continuous, real-time proof matching the advertised results
Only short clips and theoretical math were shown
Even the arbitrator acknowledged the results did NOT fully reach the claimed amount
I was pressured to accept an 80/20 split just to move the case forward.
I did NOT accept it as a final fair resolution.
Without warning or final confirmation, the dispute was suddenly closed, the order was confirmed, and the full payment was released to the seller.
After that:
The dispute handler stopped responding
My appeal was ignored
Support simply said the case was "already resolved"
This experience shows serious issues with buyer protection on FunPay:
Sellers can change terms after payment
Arbitration lacks transparency
Buyers can lose their money without final consent
I strongly do NOT recommend FunPay if you care about fairness or real buyer protection.
Pure Scam, i top up my balance, 5 minutes after i got my account suspended with no reason, they say they will refund my balance in 2026 lol wtf is this
Yes it's a scam website don't purchase anything here !
Nothing because my account was suspended for no reason
I'm writing this review to express my complete and utter disgust towards FunPay's handling of customer relations and financial transactions. In the span of three years, I've suffered the unacceptable rollback of three separate gaming accounts, and to add insult to injury, neither the accounts nor the money were ever returned to me.
Being a loyal customer with four years under my belt and a total turnover of up to $10,000, I would have expected a certain degree of respect, or at the very least, fair treatment. However, this hope was shattered this month when FunPay's support sided with a fraudulent seller instead of standing up for me, a longstanding, reliable customer.
FunPay's actions have been nothing short of a disgrace. It's completely unacceptable that their so-called "customer support" chooses to protect fraudulent activity rather than ensuring the trustworthiness and security of their platform for genuine customers like me.
Furthermore, I have complete evidence of this fiasco in the form of screenshots, which solidify my case and further expose the incompetence and bias of FunPay's support team. Despite this, I've been met with nothing but indifference and dismissal from FunPay.
The fact that FunPay doesn't prioritize the satisfaction and security of its customers is not only disheartening, but it's also an alarming indication of their unethical business practices. I urge potential customers to think twice before spending their hard-earned money on this platform.
To FunPay: It's essential to remember that customers are the backbone of any business. Without us, you have no business. Treating loyal customers with such disregard is not just unprofessional; it's a sure-fire way to ruin your reputation and customer base.
In conclusion, I am thoroughly disappointed with FunPay's lack of concern and action in this matter. I wholeheartedly advise others to steer clear of their services and find a platform that genuinely cares for its customers and upholds high standards of integrity.
My recent encounter with a fraudulent seller has been a horrendous experience. It's already extremely distressing to deal with fraudulent activities, but what was even more appalling was how FunPay's support team chose to handle the situation.
Instead of taking the necessary steps to rectify the issue and penalize the fraudster, FunPay's support started defending the scammer, effectively making excuses for their actions. This level of negligence is both baffling and infuriating. It's a slap in the face to see a company whose services I've trusted and invested in, shield a fraudulent individual and refuse to take accountability.
It's clear to me now that FunPay is more interested in backing scammers than ensuring a fair and secure environment for its legitimate customers. This revelation is deeply disheartening and forces me to reconsider my association with the platform.
I strongly advise anyone considering using FunPay's services to think twice. Your money and time would be better spent on a platform that treats its customers with respect, acts with integrity, and has a zero-tolerance policy towards fraud.
