I ordered a pop yourself the bride and groom figures. So you can only pick the colors of skin they have selected etc. So we placed an order with a the correct skin color that matches my fiance. When we got the item it wasn't the right color it was way lighter. They refused to correct it and made excuses that even though you pick the color through them pretty much they can't guarantee it will be the same exact color. I was using them for our wedding toppers on our cake 80 dollars later. Jay from funko stated they couldn't help or exchange etc. Horrible company
I once purchased a used Funko! From someone clearly high on drugs in a parking lot and had a SIGNIFICANTLY better shopping and customer service experience than this company provides. Plus, with the druggie I actually received the Item.
Never ordering from this site again. The company doesn't reply back. Ive been trying to contact them for a week about my package!
I ordered three of my sons a Pop Yourself custom figure for Christmas. The box arrived wet and smashed. One of the figures had the lacrosse stick pressed against its face, leaving a large black mark that is impossible to remove. It also has a weird white square on the leg between the shorts and sock. There is NO customer support phone number. The only option is to submit a "Support Ticket". The automated response said I could expect a reply in "5-7 days" which is completely unacceptable. It's now TWELVE DAYS later and Christmas Eve and I have NEVER gotten a response from this company about the damaged item - no refund, no replacement, no acknowledgement at all. I have never dealt with a company that I was unable to contact and get a response within 24 hours. This is completely unacceptable. I filed a complaint with my credit card company as it seems Funko will not be doing anything. I will never order another Funko product.
False advertising on PROMISED delivery. They claimed to have the product delivered before Christmas if you ordered by a specific date. Which I did. Now I have no tracking update, and product is being delivered AFTER Christmas.
Every single thing I've read about Speed X delivery is negative. They have non existent customer service and are known for losing, stealing or returning packages. Funko dosnt list them in the delivery services list but THEY DO. Havnt heard from Funko after a week. Spent a lot of money on Pop Yourself figures that I will probably never get. Speed X is a scam company I can't believe Funko uses them
Ordered a Pop Yourself Funko, and it arrived broken. They do not give you access to call them, and you get stuck with an A.I. Bot to ask for help. I sent a request 4 days ago, and have not received any response. Pathetic customer support.
This Company ships through DHL Carrier Service. Every one of my packages have arrived destroyed. I have asked them to not use this service. Hopefully in the future they actually listen to there customers.
Made multiple purchases over the course of a year from Funko. Spent hundreds on exclusives and limited release items. For the first few months, they arrived in amazing packaging. Everything was well protected, and arrived in perfect shape.
Then the one off, a flat air-bubble thrown in to the box, resulting in some slight box damage.
Then suddenly we get three large shipments in a row, where the pops are ALL damaged. The boxes are literally taped together. Note associated image, where there is a piece of loose cardboard taped over a giant hole in the box. The label was over the tape, so we know this was done by Funko, and not the shipper.
Funko marks the pops as "Final Sale", so you can't request refund/return/replacement. You get what you get. But you spend hundreds getting it.
If you order one or two standard-sized pops, expect their great packaging. More than two or any of the larger pops, they don't have that. It's poorly wrapped bubble wrap, in a box that's too big. The pops bounce around and into each other. Expect damage.
Better to order from a different vendor, who receives them on a pallet or flat pack, and is likely to ship them in a box that wasn't pieced together from other boxes.
The worst Order Fulfillment ever. 4 days just to get shipping tracking yet still hadn't handed off to UPS on day 5. So basically it will be at least two weeks from order date to receive a simple retail order. That is unacceptable. This company has lost my direct business for good. Not sure how they think what they do is right but maybe they are just too big for their britches. Other companies have no issue shipping next day but Funko... Ordered from a retailer that set up shipping 3.5 hours after my purchase, SMH. Thing is They Do Not Care At All and that is what I translated from the response from customer service. Oh well on to the next thing. Bye Bye Funko.
The website needs an update or overhaul. Its reward program does not always reward points when completing the required tasks. Customer support is seriously lacking and refuses to take responsibility for their mistakes or website errors. Not to mention, trying to log out is a little bit of a hassle.
We ordered online and typed in all of our correct information, address, credit card, etc. Once we submitted the order a screen popped up and asked to used apple pay and we had no choice but to click it. The order charged the correct credit card but used the address from a defunct apple gift card so the item was being sent to the wrong address (why the order wasn't shipped to the current cc is beyond me). I tried calling immediately, only to be routed to an inefficient email system. Funko refused to change the address even though the items had not shipped. It took over 5 days for the item to ship so they had plenty of time to fix the address. We took time to contact the wrong address and had them ship it back to sender. FUNKO never refunded us the money. I had to spend 1.5 hours gathering the information to get back my refund. DO NOT ORDER from their website. If anything goes wrong you are screwed and will be out of money. This company should go down and be done with...go out of business already.
Bought my wife a Loungfly backpack for her 60th Birthday and it arrived with a faulty Zip. They eventually replaced it although I had to do all the work of returning it.
The zip on the replacement has gone faulty again after 10 months and now they say there is nothing they can do as it is outside their 28 days returns policy.
Worst service ever for a product that is not fit for purpose.
Avoid them like the plague.
Ordered the personalized Funko = you create name that goes on box. I thought be On the Box = It is Typed on a label that is stuck on box. Very cheaply package& very cheesy item. Expect less & you won't be disappointed. I have only unpacked 1 of 4 personalized I ordered = box torn at top edge.
These are not worth what they cost/should be $8-10.00.
Also, Customer Service IS terrible. No customer service = they respond 3-4 days after your request. 7-10 day shipping = 14-15 day shipping.
I ordered Four Funko Figures with Personalized names on Box on Dec 13 Before 9am. Website state standard deliver 7-10 days.
One of the Figures is supposedly being delivered on 12/22.
The Other THREE are Not Being delivered until 12/27 supposedly, FOURTEEN days later!
Also, NO Customer Support = Everything is Computerized! Zero Customer help.
I emailed them within 30 minutes to change a Name = FOUR days later I get auto response.

This is the first time I decided to purchase a large quantity of different items from FUNKO most of which were gifts for kids, and Inwas disappointed to say the least. The two Items I reported and tried to get replaced were clearly damaged prior to packing and shipped damaged from the warehouse. This means if they rip your box and or mishandled your item there you may not be able to replace them. They do not guarantee your items will ship undamaged or get replaced and this most definitely is unacceptable
JEFF responded basically talking down to me in an email explaining they would replace the one item but may not in the future as if I was at fault.
This is how you know it was damaged prior to shipping. Physics- boxes don't get ripped inside of sturdy boxed and bubble wrapping. The hard cases like in the comic covers don't get scratches across the FACES of the items plastic case when there is nothing in the box to scratch them. This is a crap company.
Advice: Buy single items or one at a time from another company that sells funko because they will likely exchange your item. Funko makes plenty of money and should change this ridiculous policy.
Collectors items are only valuable if undamaged. Funko lost a customer here and I bought over $500 the first purchase and will never again.
When I placed my order my address was correct but when they sent it out their system failed to put my apt # on it. It states was delivered but no one seems to know where amd when contacted Funko customer service they refuse to help by sending a new one out to the correct address or giving a refund and their emails no matter how many time you reply they all say the same thing, its like there is no one working there and the email is all auto reply.
Will never buy from again.
You cannot reach a person no matter how hard you try. Emails go unanswered. Ordered 3 weeks ago still haven't received my order. It was for a gift but it never got here in time. I think allowing 3 weeks for an order is more than enough time. Was going to get more of their custom figures as gifts but I have zero faith I'll get them in time for Christmas even though it's weeks away. If I could at least talk to a human being, that would help a lot but they know their service is garbage so they don't give you that option. I just want my order.
Non existent customer support; late shipping; no confirmation of orders. Orders arrive half completed and damaged. The bots must run the place. Any positive reviews are from their useless bots. I will never buy from their site or their third parties.
I ordered a funko pop with dog. I didn't get the dog and already labeled the packaging with the dogs name. I messaged and they said sorry we don't see it in the order basically sorry about your luck. I picked all the dogs features I don't know how this occurred. So if this was "user error" I messaged back and asked if I can get the dog and I will pay for it and shipping and they said NO. What? That's crap. Dogs aren't sold separately even if you just ordered your pop.
I recently bought 5 Funkos for my son who collects toys and when I received my confirmation email it stated that it may take up to 2 weeks for my order to ship because they are behind. I feel like that is a bit ridiculous considering they already charged me for my order and there is no way to cancel it. Now, after reading the reviews on here, I am sorry that I ordered from them directly. I should have ordered from Entertainment Earth or Big Bad Toy Store instead. I will update this once the items have shipped. Fingers crossed they arrive in a timely matter and are in mint condition or there will be an issue.
