It is a good firm, but quite underrated because people mostly write reviews when they have bad experiences, not good ones. Anyway, I am a part time trader and tried out a couple of firms before funednext. So, I went for the evaluation model and passed all the phases without any problem, and received my funded account. Their website is also clean and it has the important Infos you may need. I can recommend this firm, but please do research before jumping on it.

I passed fair and square my 25k account (after several loses, so i've invested a LOT of money on this business) only for them to send me the most infurating email saying i do "copy trades" so they CANT grant me my account. As everyone mentioned before, this is a scam. I passed fair and square my 25k account (after several loses, so i've invested a LOT of money on this business) only for them to send me the most infurating email saying i do "copy trades" so they CANT grant me my account. I used to be a strong supporter of FundedNext until they recently scammed me. As a conservative news trader, I had been actively trading for over 5 months and was on the verge of passing their challenge. Suddenly, I received an email from FundedNext stating that suspicious activities had been detected in my account. They provided a screenshot showing that another trader had been trading around the same time as me. While it's common for news traders to trade during news events, the trades between me and this other trader were not identical. They differed in terms of open time, close time, lot size, and price. The only similarity was that some trades were opened at the same minute (e.g., 05:29 PM).

I have a very very strong justification and evidence are available upon request, I explained to FundedNext that this similarity is merely because both of us were news traders. Some of the trades were opened slightly before or after mine, but there was no exact match. Additionally, I pointed out that I had successfully passed the first phase of the challenge using my own strategy, so why would I copy someone else's?

Unfortunately, FundedNext failed to provide any further explanation. Instead, they cited their Section 18 of customer service, which allows them to terminate the agreement if a customer fails to comply with the terms. This experience has been extremely disappointing and unethical. Despite referring many customers to FundedNext, they have fallen far short of my expectations. It appears that they terminate contracts as soon as traders become profitable. I am sharing my very honest review and I would like an explanation and re-investigation from FundedNext. I attached some communication snapshots between us for public awareness.

Funded Next Closed my account today due to me supposedly breaching my daily loss limit.

It says that I have had a daily loss of over $35 0000... how is this even possible when I did not have the lot sizes in for that type of loss. My drawdown / Loss was $1140.

Please sort out your issues, How can you close an account without investigating what happened?

After the validation of my two phases and 6 days of real trading, I receive an email saying that I used a strategy based on high frequency trading while all trades before the news are manual. I send an email to the chat, their support and my account manager without any answer since a week.
I will report this kind of scam to the European financial control authorities in order to put them in their blacklists.
To all future users, do not waste your time and energy with them

I open my GU trade at 1.2553 but in the end the platform open my trade at 1.2558. Furthermore, the highest point in that candle is 1.2557,how come can open at 1.2558?I ask customer seelrvice, they said low liquidity and cause the spread large. They cheat blindly because that time I open trade is new release after 20 mins. Scammer.Please go to other prop firms

Please do not use funded next. There server laggedA few of my trades. I have photo evidence of it they admitted it to me and still refuse a refund or redo of my 30 day trial demo I paid $556 for the $100,000 demo. The account manager is only available gmt time so 1 am I'm on east coast it's not a true chat you send a message and have to wait maybe 10-12 hrs for response. Since I did not have pictures of every signal trade that lagged they are disputing if I'm lying or not after it lagged and I took another trade they used that as grounds to deny me a refund. And told me just keep trading. There customer service is terrible and they are not gonna refund you the loss in your trading account or a refund go elsewhere and don't get swindled like me I'm so upset. I truly thought this was a good company. Who's to say they are not purposely making the server lag certain times of the month. So no one is able to pass the 30 day trial I have waited one week and still my loss is being disputed please review pics below I was able to take. Server issues will leave you in the red and the don't care to wait and not refund you that or your money and a redo is also out of question. They wanted me to pay again huh yea right. Go elsewhere! All my pics are losses due to server error. Also them admitting we have server errors

They are not accommodating!

During my challenge, I experienced a bug with my EA (Expert Advisor) on my 15 and 100k Challenge, which resulted in multiple trades being opened and closed within fractions of seconds.

The next day, I received a message stating that I had violated prohibited practices because my account was flagged as HFT (High-Frequency Trading). I clarified, sent screenshots of the journal terminal, explained the issue, and offered to have all trades from yesterday canceled.

However, Fundednext insists on adhering strictly to their terms and conditions. This incident occurred only once throughout the entire challenge. It's a pity they are not willing to compromise. I understand they want to protect their environment, but refusing to budge an inch is just terrible.

Once again, at no point did I violate any rules, as I did not use an HFT bot or engage in HFT. A bug in the EA triggered this.

UPDATE: 10.01.24
I wrote about the incident under their Instagram posts to warn others. My comments were deleted three times, and now I'm blocked. Why not address the issue and find a solution together?! This is demonstrably provable through screenshots.

Funded Next distinguishes itself with generous discounts on all challenges, offering relatively affordable prices for their challenges compared to other prop firms. The spreads in the challenges are satisfactory, and there is minimal slippage, promoting an efficient trading experience.

However, a difficulty arises when it comes to funding. Four months ago, my girlfriend participated in a challenge on my computer for fun and broke it within a day. Without hesitation, I purchased more challenges. Upon checking my account after successfully completing another challenge, two things were noted. Firstly, the IP addresses had changed, and secondly, a different challenge had been traded from my device months ago. Surprisingly, despite my inability to pass additional challenges, I was not informed of this, and I was allowed to continue trading.

Another critical point is the apparent arbitrariness in applying house rules by Funded Next. This is evident not only in my experience but also in many other reviews mentioning the company's arbitrary application of house rules. This means that the account can be suspended or access denied at any time, and Funded Next regularly exercises this right.

A particularly critical aspect is the rule regarding changing IP addresses, which could be applied to many customers since most internet service providers do not provide fixed IP addresses per customer. This rule appears not only unnecessarily restrictive but also problematic for many users.

In conclusion, I want to emphasize that Funded Next's practices raise significant concerns about credibility and fairness. Despite potential positive reviews, as potential customers, we should be warned that account suspensions seem to occur arbitrarily and can affect up to 10-30% of customers. The rule concerning changing IP addresses, potentially affecting almost every customer, adds to the uncertainties.

It is crucial for customers, when choosing a prop trading firm, to not only focus on potential profits but also carefully examine security and business practices. The risk of being suspended for vaguely defined reasons is significant and should be considered in decision-making. They are completely unprofessional, and they cannot be trusted with their money because they cannot track it and confirm receipt. They are also very stupid and short-sighted, because they cut off communication and refuse to admit their mistakes. You can't trust them for a cent!

Hello everyone, my name is Rustam, I don't like to leave bad reviews, but in this case, I think many people need to be warned against cooperating with this company.

I don't have an open account with this company because they lost my money. On April 5,2024, I decided to purchase a two-step test from them. I paid them with bitcoins on the exchange, and then contacted their support service. They informed me that the money had been credited to their account and asked me to wait a few hours. After that, I waited for 12 hours and then 18, but I was never provided with my trading data. Then they informed me that they had not received my money and asked me to contact the support service of my electronic wallet. The wallet support service provided me with all the evidence that the money was credited to the FundedNext account, this payment can be seen in any browser block, for example, in the blockchain. Where it is written: the receiving address, amount, date and txid. I sent these screenshots and links to FundedNext, but they replied that this evidence was not an argument for them.
I was extremely polite to them, however, when they had nothing to answer my arguments, they closed the dialogue with me. After that, I contacted them again. When I asked if the correct address for receiving money, which I took from their website and sent them money to, they replied that they did not know. Do you understand? They can track the simplest thing - the address where we transfer money to them. How can they be trusted with their money? No wonder they're losing money, they're incompetent!

Their support manager named John just closed the dialogue with me, preventing me from speaking out and giving my evidence. After that, I tried to contact John again, but the support service is not responding to me.

I have failed to achieve one of the trading objectives, and my account is not eligible to continue trading.
I paid to reset my account to start trading again. I've been waiting for a month and my account is still inactive. Customer service is at a very low level.

I hate this company for how they treated me and the time I had to waste trying to get them to fix this mess THEY created.

This unregulated "prop firm" does whatever they like. They closed my live funded account "in error" Their system had a "technical difficulty" and closed all my positions and paused the account. When I reported this to them, they admitted fault right away and reinstated the account but weeks later they still refuse to refund me for the losses on the account from the trades THEY incorrectly closed.

This doesn't even mentioned that the trades they closed went onto be big winners. Not even a sorry from them for that.

Their chat support is mostly AWFUL, it will drive you insane. They are often rude, just send prewritten meaningless messages, hard to tell if they are real humans or AI. They cut you off mid chat, promise you updates that never happen, they straight up refuse to open support tickets so you know you will have to explain an issue multiple times because there is no logs of the issue and there's no way for them to update you.

You have to hand feed support every tiny detail, they wont do anything themselves even when they created the whole issue by incorrectly closing my account and they have all the information and chat logs on their system.

If you managed to get your issue escalated past the awful AI bot chat army, the other support will reply to the ticket with an inaccurate reply, accuse you of trying to benefit from their mistake and close the ticket leaving you no way to respond. I was in shock how rude they are.

They also said if I pursue the issue more they will close my account! Truly awful attitude towards customers.

There is no proper way to make a complaint with this company or contact anyone directly higher than the first level of support.

I tried so hard to get them to just resolve my issue.

Honestly, I hate this company. Truly an awful experience and I would NEVER suggest anyone wastes their time and energy with fundednext.

I already understood how these guys work.
If you pass the challenge, they will come to you telling that you broke some rule, THAT is not true.
After passing my acc200.000$ they said that I did trade 2 accounts ( 100.000$ and 200.000$) what it is allowed. I asked to chat support and they said that Im right but it doesnt depend on them but the support email. I wrote to Isabella ( who told me by email that I breached the acc). NEVER SHE REPLIED.

As good as that, I passed the challenge. Now I received an email telling me I wasn't consistent. Yeah, of course not if I don't want to risk anything in the second week, right? Now I have to start from 0 again - Not going to do that

I have gathered enough evidence to proof that the BID and ASK prices versus the open and close prices of my trades are not the same. The support just ignores the query and says that this is normal. Until I got a real account everything seemed legit. Stay away from them if entry and exit prices are important for you

I paid $59 usd for a $6000 trial n they promised that my registration fee is refundable.after some successful trades I lost the the last 2 with -$287 and they closed my account that I violated loss policies n asked me if I need to redo I register again for 10@%discount.but I asked for my $59 refund.up to now 7days all my emails are un answered and no refund yet
Don't dare use funded next, this props some are out there to raise funds.they say you should not incur 3% loss per day but immediately the trade goes negative which is normal be4reversal they close the account. Is that per day or instantly?

I had a very bad experience with binance
I opened an account at the end of February. I have got over 58K Pounds in my account. I did withdraw successfully over 3K British Pounds. This is how how they trapped me because I thought that it's genuine company. I recommend that everyone looking for a prop firm does not use fundednext. I passed my challenge on Thursday 15 June 2023. Now today 19june 2023 they tell me someone logged into my account from another country so my account is under review. Surely they must have software in place that notifies them if something like this happens so why do they not tell the paying customer that this has happened. They let you pass your exam send you documents through and then they come with excuses as to why they cannot fund you... utter BS

As you all can see, FundedNext has yet suspended another account after phase 2 passed. I have requested for evidences on the "copy trading" or what did I do to violates the rule. Unfortunately they are unable to prove it. Save your money. It is very upsetting they cannot even identify which account was it.

I purchased a challenge from them and made a bank transfer as payment. They are now claiming that they haven't received it. I have provided a screenshot as proof of payment. They just keep marking support tickets as resolved and telling me I need to upload proof of payment. I would never deal with these guys again

Funded next is good at pointing out traders mistake's and very efficient in showcasing how correct they are on traders expense. But failed to address any issues that raised by their very own incompetence. Most of the reviews I filtered I realised that if an issue is real no response is given compared to when a trader breaks any rule. This undermines anything truth about any good claims regarding funded next. The account management is very poor regarding handling clients serious issues as vague responses are given to just avoid responding the client honestly and promptly. The broker which funded next uses, consistently closes trades illegally. In my case is the third month and I have send the issue to my manager and support to respond back. How ever for the period of these two months the respond receive very often is that they will look into it. As soon as you demand response they require the name of the manager and say that same thing, over, that they will look into and issue is the third month now but the issue still continues. At some point my very manager claimed that he couldn't find the trades in question. But They can easily find when you violate any of the precious rules. Now the current manager is a bot with pre-set response to limited questions. As such with this behaviour I really don't advocate funded next prop firm as ideal choice. This doggy behaviour is an indication that it will soon collapse whith client's hard earned monies.

While providing a reply, I try to sit down and talk with that trader's account manager to see through the real issue and if it is resolvable or not. There are a few traders, whose issues are so complicated that, till they are resolved, I do not feel comfortable getting back to them via Trustpilot, as this is not a communication platform. They have their own manager to do that.
Our account managers are some of the highly experts and years of experience in this field to handle issues within minutes. And if you are a trader of ours, you would have known. Yes, they have a lot of traders to take care of—thousands of traders, but when they dive in to resolve an issue, they clean up the mess thoroughly.

Fundednext is a scam. They are thieves. I purchased an evaluation account on December 30,2022, as of today I have not yet been given the correct account. The MT4 credentials provided to me are incorrect, I cannot access my account and trade. They do not give me an answer, my manager does not respond, in customer service they pass the case from one person to another and nothing, only a robot responds, they do not give me a solution. I have been charged the money and have not been provided with the evaluation account.
