I needed clarification on loss limit after reward withdrawal with an example for futures account. And was glad to receive prompt support.
She really understood me on this sensitive point what I got from her is that the overall loss limit stays fixed at 6% from the starting balance no matter if I make profits or losses as long as my balance doesn't drop below that limit

My dashboard was not working and have some questions in my mind but ur excellent support team member who is "mason" gave all good answers that I can feel comfortable.
I recently passed my FundedNext evaluation and overall, I'm happy with my experience. The support team is very responsive and clear. They answered my questions quickly and made the whole process feel smooth. One small thing I think they can improve is allowing traders to edit or resubmit the Agreement form in case of a mistake. Right now, you have to wait for the KYC team to notice and fix it, which can take extra time. Other than that, I really recommend FundedNext for anyone looking for a funded account!
