I read all the reviews here and i was scared senseless about ordering from them but i took the chance, called them on the phone, they sent me a confirmation number to my address, after that the order took like 3 days to ship, but only took two more days to have it at my front door, inspected everything from head to toe and the camera nikon d5300 was brand new and i had no problem registering it on the nikon site, came with manuals etc etc and the 18-140 lens where brand new also without a single spec of dust, im not receiving anything for this review and since they have very bad reviews here i thought they deserve a thumbs up from my part, and i will be ordering from them again in the future, no problems here whatsoever.

Fumfie is definitely a scam.The low prices are because the salesman upsale you on cheap accessories like memory cards, or external flashes that cost them pennies.
The accessory packages they sell are worthless besides the camera-and if it breaks you'll have a problem getting it serviced- I did.

Warning! Avoid purchasing from this site. I purchased a stove and microwave at a great price then recieved a call from Fumfie trying to upsell delivery, warranty, ect... I was promised a delivery date of 5-10 business days. After 10 days Elliot (seems to be the only guy working there, he always answers the phone) gave me an excuse that the microwave had to be shipped in from there other warehouse. After 14 days he said when the stove was being loaded on the delivery truck they noticed the box was damaged and it was a liability to ship damaged goods. I cancelled my order with Elliot and he told me my cc was credited the full purchase price. My card was never credited the purchase price and I had to dispute charges through my cc company. Seems like the specials on their site are from people cancelling orders. Spend the extra money purchasing elsewhere and save yourself the aggravation of dealing with these crooks!

I don't know how else to put it... Fumfie is a company full of liars. Everyone that works there is a liar. They will say whatever they need to say to string you along. They will make false statements... statements like: "Your order is in shipping about to be picked up by Fed Ex". Liars, all of them. They will also hang up on you whenever they feel like it. The costumer service agents are liars, the managers are liars, and clearly like attracts like so what does that say about the ownership? Liars of course.

Eventually after enough lies and enough complaints they will cancel your order if you are lucky. Instead of fulfilling their end of the agreement and actually shipping out the order, they will just cancel your order after many hours of wasted time, and weeks waiting.

Hey there, I was looking for a DSLR camera, a cheap one and I found serious cheap cameras on fumfie!. I didn't read any of the reviews and ordered my camera to New Zealand. As everyone, I got an email saying there was a problem calling you, please call us back. Being in different time zones I woke up midnight and called them. They verified my address and told me that a shipping fee would be added. The product being good and I eagerly wanted it so I accepted the fee and added about $80 to the total amount,

Later I read the reviews and this started giving me goosebumps and sleepless nights. It was hard earned money and I started worrying and thought of cancelling the order.

So I started waking up every midnight and used to call them for a tracking number of my product and had decided that if I don't get the number i'll tell them to cancel the order.

However to my surprise my product arrived in a week, and is working well. However I don't think I ll recommend to anyone after reading the reviews.

But FUmfie you were good with me, Thanks! :) Feeling sorry for others with bad experience!..

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY

People write bad reviews about Fumfie. I wished I had taken notice before ordering from them.
Very dishonest seller. Once you have paid for your order. They will not return phone calls or emails.

I can forgive the pushy upselling when they force you to call after ordering, that's their business. When I called, I added a few more items to my order. For some reason, they automatically charged my paypal account for this as well, without my authorization. While this wasn't a problem, because I actually ordered the items, it is concerning that they can just charge your paypal account without your authority.

To save themselves money, they undervalue the items for insurance.
This happened to me and my package was missing items (85% of the cost of the total package)

The insurance company was happy to cover the items, however Fumfie had only insured the package for 10% of what I paid. The insurance would have been paid at 10% the value.

I had to lodge a dispute through paypal, who thankfully saw what a shady dishonest seller they were and they refunded 100% of my purchase. Thank you paypal, screw you fumfie.

MAKE SURE YOU READ REVIEWS ABOUT FUMFIE. You have been warned!
If you do decide to purchase from them because you want to save a few dollars
Make sure you request the insurance form they are sending to the courier company, and pay with paypal. Better still, shop somewhere else and pay a few extra dollars. It took me about 5 weeks to have this problem sorted, and now I can go buy a camera from someone else.

Fumfie is total SCAM website.
I recently purchased a camera from this website after few days of carefully reviewing many websites like CNET and Pricegrabber.
Both CNET and Pricegrabber suggested that Fumfie had the lowest price. The camera costed $500 than the actual MSRP.

So I buy the camera thinking I got an awesome camera for a GREAT price.
After waiting for a week and being really excited to open my camera box, the box was not SEALED. The box did not have any good packaging. It was almost as if my new camera was not really new.
Anyway leaving all that aside to confirm if the camera is new or not, I go to the Nikon Website to register my brand new camera. The website could not even detect the serial number. I called up Nikon customer service and they confirm it is from the GRAY Market.
Gray Market products have no warranty.
Next day i call up the Fumfie customer service, the first person who picked the call says they don't sell Gray market products and when i tell them that they have sold one just now.
They try to persuade me saying the camera is brand new and that it has warranty but from fumfie. Not bending down to all these scamsters, i decided to send back my camera and decided to purchase from the suggested retails from Nikon Website.

After I returned the product, they saw my reviews online and started harassing me saying they will not return me my money because I wrote bad reviews online. They started telling me there was a restocking fee online and that they will hold the restocking fee and stuff.

I could never connect to them to get the money back and they said they will review the product and get back and never got back.!
Hoping to get my hard earned money back!

I really had the worst experience in my life with Fumfie. I am mentally drained by the harassment.

I suggest you to go to the Company website to check if they suggest any retails and purchase your electronics from there.

I hope this helps someone trying to buy from FUMFIE. PLEASE DO NOT BUY!

I purchased a refrigerator on 9/10/2014. The next day, I received a call from Fumfie and was upsold express shipping. I was promised the fridge September 21-25. Come September 26th, I still hadn't received nor heard anything. I called them a week later, and they informed me the fridge hadn't shipped yet, that they were having problems with their vendor, but that the fridge "should" ship by the end of that week. The following week I had heard and received nothing, nor any communication. I called the following week and was told the order would "definitely" ship out within a week. A week came and went. I called them to give them a final chance to ship my order, but they didn't answer. They take many Jewish holidays off. I emailed them and told them if my order wasn't on its way to me by October 24th, to cancel my order. The date came and went, and I received no communication from Fumfie. I then called Fumfie the first week of November and they didn't answer, so I left a message telling them to cancel my order and refund me my money. They have done neither and haven't communicated with me for over a month. I was forced to file a claim with my credit card company to dispute the charges.

DO NOT PURCHASE ANY APPLIANCES FROM THIS COMPANY. I HAVEN'T SEEN ANY GOOD REVIEWS OF PEOPLE WHO'VE PURCHASED REFRIGERATORS OR MICROWAVES AND ACTUALLY RECEIVED THE PRODUCT. THIS PLACE IS A SCAM!
