I received an email claiming my gift to my brother had been delivered. I checked with him -- nope. I called you to let you know it must have been delivered to the wrong address. I was told that it was still in transit but would be delivered by 8pm that day. It was delivered about 3pm. It would be helpful to have a smaller window than 9am - 7pm for food delivery.
This is AWFUL. THEY JUST SCAM PEOPLE.
Besides the fact that they charged me extra $29 without saying they would ahead of time AND for NO REASON, then saying they would only return me 15% of my order WITHOUT EVEN DELIVERING IT (p.s. I called them 5 minutes after ordering, so they couldn't have already shipped it out) and after, just NOT DELIVERING MY ORDER even though saying it's already delivered on Mother's day, when my mom was waiting for it. HORRENDOUS SERVICE. NEVER BUY FROM THEM, I couldn't even reach out to their customer service after to get a refund.

Original order not delivered to correct recipient. Reordered and not delivered again. They tried to give me a $20 coupon on future orders which they can stick up their $#*!. Never again!

I spoke with Mary whom is a supervisor for this company her employee number #******* because her representative provided the wrong information about the groupons for the bouquets. I was on the phone with him and I had just only the 1 Groupon for $15 I purchased and it was a value of $30. I ask him on the phone since my total was so high if I could purchase another one and redeem it on the same order and he said yes. While I'm purchasing another one he is on the phone waiting I provide him with both and then tells me he's sorry and that I'm going to have to call Groupon to request a refund. ME! Because he was incorrect. I was already on the phone with this man 20 minutes going through the whole order and last minute tells me he can't do it. I'm like okay can I speak to a manager and he transfers me to Mary. She gets on the phone offering no resolution once so ever other then she talk with him and that I'm going to have to contact Groupon. So I am waiting for a call back from there managers because this is just ridiculous now I didn't purchase anything and going to have to request a refund from Groupon for both because now I don't want provide any business to this company! I'll update if I ever receive a phone call from upper management because you know how they get they never really care so well see.
Did not look anything like the picture, I understand that the flowers can vary however it was scant, there was no composition, looked rushed, looked old and was downright ugly. Very disappointing.
I ordered my mother the Lg choc fruit bouquet arrangement and Choc strawberriesw/balloon and it was a surprise and an amazing one apparently:-) she was very impressed and is enjoying this as I write you:-) She said fruit was So fresh, choc strawberries are her favorite. Everything was PERFECT down the balloon and message on her card. I am in New Hampshire so she sent me the pictures:-) THANK YOU again for the A+ service and product, shes had a hard couple weeks she needed a smile:-) EVERYTHING was Perfect!

Extremely disappointed I spend $100 on a fruit bouquet's for a birthday gift looks nothing like the picture chocolate was melted The fruit arrangement was falling apart.
The delivery was not good at all. It took me several time trying to get in touch someone. I could not get to a live person, finally I got to chat with someone
My father received the Fall Arrangement and it was absolutely beautiful. Fruit was very fresh and delicious. He was very please which made me feel extremely satisfied with my choice.
My mom really liked her mini surprise. Thank you so much. I didn't know I was able to put an order in on the same day, and I was surprised how efficient the service was!
I sent a fruit bouquet to my best friend for her birthday, it was horrible. I was so embarrassed when she sent me a pic of it and said ty. Plus no balloon. Pic of what I got and what was ordered.
Bad in delivery time everything else is good not satisfied on what was expected delivery date on special occasion but at least they made up for it as long as they didn't charge me for it.
Let me first start off by saying this company is running a scam. I placed my online order 3 days prior to the delivery date & I noticed there was a double charge to my account! Customer service was near impossible to get ahold of. Long wait times, dropped phone calls, and evasive answers. Basically if you get lucky enough to get a hold of an actual person, customer service is extremely vague and unprofessional! The guy on the phone told me i was unable to cancel my order because their vendor had "confirmed" my order thus validating the double charge. Once i asked to explain why they double charge people, he kept repeating that the second charge is a "valid charge" and would drop off in 3-5 business days and told me to call my bank. I then asked what their vendor was and he was unable to disclose that information to me. How is that even legal. Such practices are appalling and I wish i had never ordered from them and i hope that this review will ruin their reputation and expose the con artists that they are. Do not at all costs order from them unless you want to be lied to and ripped off. I never in my life had taken the time to write a review like this but the people have the right to know.
It was received but I honestly think it was ridiculously expensive and not even close to look as nice and robust as expected. I feel a little ripped off honestly.
My wife loved the arrangement - easy to order, delivered fresh and delicious.
Ordered the large arrangement - thought there might be a little more but nothing to compare it to.

On September 26 th I ordered an arrangement for my mothers birthday to be delivered September 28 th. First time I ever ordered one of these. The day came and I tracked my order all day. Even called my mother and told her something was being delivered and if someone called she didn't know to answer the phone. They stop delivering at 8 pm and at 7:25 pm I looked at my app and it said attempted to deliver. So I called my mother and asked if anyone called her phone and she didn't recognize the number and didn't answer. She and my sister said no. I got on chat with this place and said " hey where's my order. First she says the services wants to know if they can deliver tomorrow, after I said no I want it delivered. She said I can give you 50% off your order and a $20 pass. I said no. Then she tells me they don't have a driver. I said then why does my app say they attempted to deliver it. She just kept saying I am sorry for your I convince. I said that doesn't get my mother her gift, why does your app say that if you didn't have a driver in the first place? She couldn't answer that question even though I pushed harder. Rotten people, I will NEVER do business with them EVER again. Horrible tiny little arrangement

I have young friend in a nursing home post-surgically and isolated from family and friends because of COVID. This little fruit bouquet really brightened her day.
Answer: Once I got a hold of them they put me on hold for a long time and call conveniently hung up I had to call back several times... Had to request a manager and even then they hung up on me..
