I use various services to delight my closest people and if I want to buy flowers I order them only here, because I am sure in their quality, so to speak. They are blooming, Tulips can stay for a couple of weeks without any hint on withering. Maybe this is the magic of my care after flowers, but my girlies are always happy to receive some bouquets during various holidays or maybe just on weekends. I am thankful to this service for providing me with such a big assortment of flowers and bouquets.

Couldn't even upgrade the arrangement in fact it was diminished to a barely there nothing like the intended gift. What a highway robbery.! This gift should have been much more for the cost! So mad. I ordered flowers for my wife for Valentine's Day it was supposed to be a surprise but for some reason they decided to send her an email to let her know they might be delayed. Why on earth would you email the recipient. I called the customer service and got a foreigner who I couldn't understand at all. So basically I will not be doing business with them ever again.

Received only baby's breath - literally. I cannot believe it and the company made no attempt to right the wrong that ruined my mother's b-day surprise.
My surprise delivery turned into a disaster. She received the wrong delivery and I did not find out until days later. They delivered someone else's flowers, with their personal message, to my recipient's address. Needless to say she was confused. When I called her a week later to ask her if she received the delivery order, because I was surprised that she didn't call to thank me, that's when we discovered the error. I called From You Flowers to complain and was told that they would waive the delivery fee and redeliver that same day (Saturday). She didn't receive the new / correct delivery until Monday. This ruined the "moment," and they had the nerve to send me an email for $15 off another order--as opposed to deducting that from the order they messed up. Never again. Not even for free!
The Oh Christmas Tree flower arrangement they delivered looks nothing like the advertised picture. It's not Christmas tree shaped, it looks more like an untrimmed garden bush. The amount of roses in it were also far fewer than shown. No red ribbon on top. Just awful.
We ordered a deluxe wicker basket with lots of blue flowers.
The basket used was not what was shown. Only one blue flower and sparely filled. Was very disappointed and embarrassed. Horrible company to deal with. Its a complete waste of money and what you see is not what they deliver.

Should have checked their Facebook page mentions before ordering. You get nowhere near what is sold to you and it appears they will just send whatever after looking at what other people ordered vs what they got. If you care about what you are sending you should give this place a hard pass.
I ordered flowers 4 days in advance. They sent me an invoice and canceled my order without any notification or explanation. I had to call them when I found out the flowers were not delivered. They said it was because of a past dispute. Well if that's the case I guess this will be our 2nd dispute. Supposedly it's company policy to ask 2x to speak to a manager which they keep you on hold for a very long time. They should have sent out a notification so I could order flowers from somewhere else but it seems to be their company policy NOT to notify you. Do not use this company.

One dozen rainbow roses
The Warm Your Heart bouquet I purchased for $96.xx tax included with supposedly 24 stems of red carnations and red roses was a bunch of greenery and maybe 12 stems from the photo I received from the recipient. Not similar at all to the pic and definitely not worth $96!
Tried to celebrate my husband and mine 1st Valentines as a married couple. Ordered the bouquet 5 days in advance... the flowers were never delivered. I asked for a refund... very hurt by this experience.
I ordered flowers for my sister's viewing and they weren't cheap by any means. The day of the viewing what they delivered was horrible, the flowers were dead, leaves were wilting and the arrangement looked cheap and hardly resembled the picture. I also paid extra for a ribbon to say sister and you could hardly see it since it was slapped at the bottom of the arrangement, mixed in with the other ribbon. I sent an email to the company on Friday from the actual viewing and still haven't heard a peep back from them. Don't use this company if you want a beautiful arrangement!
The price that was originally listed on the checkout page is not the price I paid. I totally understand that there is a fee of $14 or what have you and there is a fee for next day delivery however if the website indicates a 20% off based on code, that code was not carried all the way through and I paid more than what was promised. There are many flower delivery sites, and I will proceed with those going forward.
Charges suddenly appeared after Paypal login. Why could we not see them before? Very disingenuous shopping experience. Additionally, checkout price varied when we pressed Paypal checkout("Pay through PayPal" button vs. "continue to billing" button) Would not recommend.
I've used this site several times. I feel you try to trick the customer. This purchase the extra charge for am delivery was automatically selected. And the first time I went to Paypal the delivery fee was included although the site said delivery was free. I likely will not use you again and would discourage others. Be more honest and upfront about charges. Don't use false advertising.
Upon receipt even less satisfied. The flowers are not as nice as what I could get at grocery store for less than $15. The bow around the vase looks like curly ribbon used on gift wrapping. Very disappointed.
Do not order from this company! They lie! They never delivered my order. You will hold for 45 minutes to speak with "customer service" in India. They will lie and tell you that your order is out for delivery, when it isn't. DO NOT USE THEM!

I ordered a bouquet of flowers with a box of chocolates and three balloons. Only to some dead flowers nothing like what I ordered, no chocolates, and one balloon they refunded me for the missing items but no refund on the bouquet or not even another one to replace it. Would not recommend or order ever again.

From you flowers is an absolutely horrible company. I made the mistake of trusting them to deliver Valentines Day flowers to my wife at work. They were never delivered. Nor were they delivered the next day. When I contacted them after the first day they weren't delivered on Valentines Day they lied to me and told me that the reason was because no-one was at the address that they were supposed to be delivered to. This is absolutely impossible being that my wife works at a Nursing home/Post Acute Center. Somebody is always there. I left my wife's phone number when I ordered the flowers for delivery purposes and she was never contacted. That's because no-one ever attempted to deliver the flowers. But they have the audacity to lie to me and tell me that they did. Not cool. Waste of time. Waste of money. And a ruined Valentines Day. Do yourself a favor and order from someone else. This company is full of it and there customer service is rude and helpless.
Flowers arrived two days late. Customer service offered no help. Terrible company that will never get my business again.

Very unhappy. Plan for one price and get hit with huge fees at the end, that completely negate the "coupon" ... will use a different florist next time.
I called twice to make sure the order was correct and to make sure the name of recipient was correct,I was advised both times that it was correct, when the flowers arrived the recipient name was incorrect these flowers were for my neighbors to give my condolences and because the recipient name was myself they were confused and brought them to my house I had to explain the error and gave them back to them over all very embarrassing not satisfied with the delivery at all.
Ordered a pony tail palm for my mom for Mother's Day. The vase arrived so busted up it barely held the plant. I called and the first gal I talked to would only give me a 53% discount and would not ship a new order. Her name was Win. I spoke to Arpana next and she arranged a replacement that has yet to be delivered. Replacement was supposed to be delivered yesterday and never arrived. Arpana also advised I couldn't speak to a manager as they don't give out that info.
I spent over 20 years delivering flowers - if I would of left this for one of my clients I would of been fired or in trouble.

I despise that you don't see shipping and tax charges until everything else is complete! My order lost its discount once you decided to offer 'free' shipping - and charged me for same day / weekend delivery even though the delivery is for tomorrow and its Monday. I will do my best to avoid ordering with you again.
I feel the delivery charges are extremely high. I would rather buy another gift on Amazon and receive free shipping or pay half of what I just did to deliver flowers.
I sent some flowers-and have used your firm before-I went through order completed the credit card details-then $14.99 was added-that came as a shock. I am a lawyer-in the UK that would be illegal-for not putting in T and Cs-and you would face a heavy fine. You have just lost out on a regular customer.
Product has not been seen or delivered yet - impossible to rate something before you get it - I get sick of companies who are obsessed by surveys and take up my time.
