I ordered flowers 4 days in advance. They sent me an invoice and canceled my order without any notification or explanation. I had to call them when I found out the flowers were not delivered. They said it was because of a past dispute. Well if that's the case I guess this will be our 2nd dispute. Supposedly it's company policy to ask 2x to speak to a manager which they keep you on hold for a very long time. They should have sent out a notification so I could order flowers from somewhere else but it seems to be their company policy NOT to notify you. Do not use this company.
