No, they totally failed on my order. Use a more established company

There are much better companies to use. This one no longer cares about its customers

I have no idea but I ordered in ample time for my daughters birthday flowers to be delivered at her work and they were never delivered and I did not receive the first bit of communication from them. Delivery was guaranteed no problem for today. The order was placed early yesterday morning for this afternoon delivery. Will not recommend or do business again. The 20% discount they offer is a mute point if her birthday is already over! No Thank You!

In my case I had to spend lot of my time on phone and emails without clear answers. 2 orders del. On 26th should have been on 23rd and not as ordered. Customer service needs to learn what and how to provide it. Poorly run company as no one did as they said they would to correct issues.
