Just what we were looking for

The tea jars were just what we looking for, tea jar without the side spout. The items arrived unharmed and are now in use. The only problem we had was the jars went on back order and took a bit longer to be received than originally expected, however, FreshwaterSystems did inform us of the initial delay and let us know when they did finally ship.

Good site, I am not happy that orders cant be modified before they ship though. If i wished to return items I would have to pay return shipping and a 15 percent restocking fee, so this is not an appealing option either.

Prompt And Dependable Year After Year

I order my filters for the coming years use in late December to early January. Freshwater Systems always delivers promptly and exactly what I order. Then throughout the year they send reminders for filter change and replacements. Excellent! It's easy to forget about. Periodically they send sale offers and new systems that are available. They don't flood your inbox every week. I love that. Great Supplier for your water filtration needs. And very reasonable economically.

This is my second encounter with this company. The first was when I was trying to find an in-line whole house cartridge for my house. The quote from them was about $100 cheaper than buying locally and the product was received timely. The second time was this week when I ran out of filter cartridges--again no one in town had any. I called them, they gave me advice including discussion about using a pre-filter to help from overloading my cartridges and I received my order the next day. Friendly folks from whom I will continue to buy.

Good products, some communication problems

Ordered a faucet in brushed nickel, but the one sent was polished chrome. Took two e-mails, a message sent through the website "contact us" page, and, finally, a message to their Facebook page, to get someone to answer me back. When they did respond, they did fine, provided a prepaid return label and sent out the replacement faucet at once. I hope the lapse in response was an aberration, because they have a good product line at good prices. Haven't yet received the replacement (only been a day or two) but I expect it to be fine.

False claims of compatibility between replacement filters and the original. Customer service who consistently treated me as if I was trying to cheat them.

All I ended up with after working with them was frustration and piles of shipping costs, but somehow never my reimbursement!

If you're shopping online then a better shopping experience, lower prices, and better customer service are only a click away (anywhere else).

Easiest ordering experience

I have had many bad experiences ordering through other much larger online entities, which may or may not be named after a rainforest. Freshwater systems ordering was easy, pricing was exactly as stated, and delivery was lightning quick. Won't shop with other retailers after the service I received here.

Waiting for backorder

Would like to have installed my new faucet during my vacation which is now over. Didn't realize there was a back ordered item until days later. That was too late to order elsewhere. I do appreciate that the faucet is made in USA, however, which will encourage future orders.

Very pleased withy the filters

The filters were labeled differently than the pics on Amazon. Called customer service and found out that Pura no longer makes the filters and they need to update their pictures. I'd definitely do business with them again.

Mistaken part compatibility.

You sent me a male and female that do not connect. They are are each the wrong size. Meh. Order fulfillment could have seen the problem right away. Ordering online, when you have quarter inch line... then it's easy to make a mistake. The line is all quarter, but then one side of the coupling was totally wrong, which based on the fine print specs. Was hard to spot.

I had a great experience with Freshwater Systems. The item was in stock, easy to find and shipped really quickly. I've ordered from them in the past and that's why I return to this site when I need replacement filters for my refrigerator water system. If it ain't broke, don't fix it. I stick with a good thing!

Connecting my Reverse Osmosis systerm to Fridge

They carry all the items that I needed, the online chat was not as helpful as I wished, but using internet can make anybody an expert of anything! The items arrived as expected. I also wished that they had a cheaper shipping option, currently even if one buys a 0.59 cent item he/she still has to pay 5 dollars for shipping which seems too much, but as I could not find any other online/local store that carries everything that I needed, I used them.

The pump I ordered was back ordered, so I had to wait a week. No big deal. Then I received my pump and it did not come with required fittings. I called Freshwater Systems to see if maybe I made a mistake and needed to order said fittings. After two days of continuous calling and waiting while no one ever answered I left a voice message. Still haven't heard from anyone!

No class company.

I waited two and a half months for a carbon filter and they then send me a regular filter I could have bought two and a half months ago two blocks away. I chose to wait for the less expensive but lasts twice as long carbon 'candle' filter. When I open the package I'm so pissed. No explanation, nothing. Then I call and they only say it's still on back order. I think an established company, who profits from repeat customers coming back to get more filters, would explain in a note, in an email, something? Obviously I'm not a valued customer who's now sending back the filter and getting a better filter system. From a better class of company.

Better than Reverse Psmosis

Easy to use. Looks fine on counter. Not much larger than coffee maker. Have only had one week and have distilled 2 times per day and always once overnight. More than adequate for 2 person household - we use distilled water for cooking, coffee and for drinking. Water is crystal clear and better tasting than RO. My cardiologist recommended distilled as RO does not remove adequate levels of salt from whole house water softener. Love it and recommend without reservation.
