Called in on Saturday, not expecting anyone to answer. The nice lady was very helpful. I had bought from Freshwater years before. She cross referenced by account. Finding 2 filters for my main water supply, she offered the one of lesser cost with the same specs. She also cross referenced my smaller sink filter. I ordered a box of 20 of the larger and 3 of the sink model. Thank you very much. I will recommend this business.
I pro iced the replacement Ultraviolet light at several retailers. This will be the fourth replacement bulb I've needed. All the retail stores had increased their pricing to roughly $150-$175 for this bulb. A neighbor, who had helped me install this seasonal home water system seven years ago, suggested FreshwaterSystems. He only shops at Freshwater Systems for his replacement bulls. I went on-line and found your replacement bulb was about $94 and included free shipping. That is about what I paid for my first replacement bulb some seven years ago. I placed the order and had my bulb about four days later. Superb pricing, suburb delivery.
Took over 3 weeks to receive my items. I received an email the day after placing my order saying the products are on back order and would take 2-4 days before they would be shipped. No communication from company, long wait times on phone, only reply from company was that they didn't have them yet.
Wrong parts called to cancel order prior to shipping was told do you know how many packages we would have to go through to find it then told to call when package arrives, called when items arrived prior rep failed to mention fee for restocking and shipping fees were up to me he suggested I should just keep items. Talk about terrible service, your company gets F++
I needed water filters for my Whirlpool refrigerator and discovered FreshwaterSystems via my online search. I had already ordered, received, and tried a "green" generic filter from another online store but it didn't fit even though it was advertised that it would. Lesson learned... I'm sticking with Whirlpool-specific filters. Not only did FreshwaterSystems have the least expensive name brand filters, they had free shipping, too! Thank you FreshwaterSystems. I have been purchasing RO replacement filters from FreshWaterSystems for several years. Their prices are good and service speedy. A slight issue when a filter needed to be substituted was rectified quickly in my favor. I highly recommend their products and friendly service.
It has been three weeks - order was shipped and expensive shipping billed but nothing has turned up. Post office priority mail only takes 4 days.
E-mailed company to ask them what they were doing about it and there was no response.
I'm out $300.00 and received nothing.
Prompt delivery time, product as described, and no hassles at all. The only thing missing is, all the information on how to take care of our new water softener. If I could obtain that information our experience would be perfect!

First I called to clarify, extremely helpful. Then I ordered on line, went smooth as glass and received within a week. Can't beat tat service! Opened the box and all checked out, I am handicapped so can't get under the sink but my buddy that is out of the country until tomorrow promised to change the filters the next day.
Back to my great water. Yay!
Purchasing experience was excellent. Price was also excellent. Product appears to be high quality. If any problems or concerns that would change this rating, I will respond accordingly, though I don't expect it!
Easy to order from Freshwater Systems and it arrived within a week. I've not yet installed it as cleaning usually does the job for about three months, but after five years it is time to replace the filter.
Got exactly what we needed. Will most likely order from these guys again. A bit cheaper than Amazon at the time of ordering. The actual shipment took a lot longer than expected - only reason for docking a star.
I ordered and paid for two cases of filters, which were received. Several months later I received a billing saying that my order was being processed and charged again with no further explanation. I had to call Fresh Water and the man I talked to say, oh, that was a mistake and are hoping that none get processed. It would makes sense to me that all sent this notice should have been told and advised that any errors would be corrected at no cost to the consumer.
The water regulator I received did not function as advertised. I do not believe this was due to a manufacturing defect, rather it is an inferior design. I called a service representative to return the part but was told it could not be returned since water had been run through it. I don't know how I could have verified the functionality of the part in my application without applying water. I am now left with a useless part that will collect dust on the shelf until it is ultimately thrown away. Thanks FreshwaterSystems.

Follow the very complicated return instructions and pay a 15-20%
Restocking fee. Unfortunately I'm now out $55+ dollars and
Will not be using this company again. Such a pain!
Even though my items were back-ordered for several weeks, I am still highly satisfied with Freshwater Systems. Checking on my order did not seem like an inconvenience to their rep and my order arrived all intact. I ordered 24 glass jars and not one of them were cracked or broken.
