Mixed toughts

Order was placed and received with zero issues. Items (filters) worked fine. Well packed, etc. However, a couple of hours after placing the order, I recalled that I had forgotten something and wanted to added to my current order, so, reached out the seller through their support web page, providing the details. Unfortunately, they did not provided a response, even as of today. So, in the event I buy again from this merchant, I will have to double-check my items to be sure I am not forgetting anything. Bad customer support experience.

Great info and service...

First contact was seeking some info on parts for an under-sink water filtration unit.
They responded very quickly, gave me the answers i needed, plus some additional info that turned out to be relevant later on. They were fast in processing & shipping my parts order.
I can recommend them

Great Service

Ordered cartridges for my RO System and they were delivered in 5 days. Took 10 minutes to install and everything works as normal. Certainly will use this site again and have recommended to 8 friends so far. Only drawback is that they want me to install them when the arrive.

Working splendidly (so far)

Bought a basic water pitcher from them (forgot the model, brand name, etc...) but it's working well, exactly as advertised. I haven't inspected every nook and cranny of it... but I haven't felt like I really needed to. No obvious signs of anything broken. However, the electronic reader on top is definitely not working. It's just there to measure when you need to replace the filter but that part will be obvious since the contrast between the water unfiltered vs filtered is crystal clear.

Refrigerator Filters

Looked at several websites for this filter. Freshwater had the best price for them. They arrived on schedule. Filters were exactly as promised. I will definitely use Freshwater again when more replacement filters are needed.

Had what I needed at a great price.

The items were easy to find on the website. I have an old Amway filter that has been discontinued. Freshwater Systems had a replacement filter - fits and works just fine. Great service and quick shipping.

Awesome customer service, great pricing

I phoned Freshwater Systems needing filters for an older RO system, but no part numbers as the old filters were unmarked. The customer service rep asked me some questions, then requested that we send photos of the system. Upon receiving the photos, they determined exactly what we needed, and I was able to order and receive them quickly. And the price was lower than any other provider I had considered! Will definitely be a return customer.

Easy to install, great tasting water

Pros'; easy to install and intuitive if you are familiar with plumbing, great tasting water, does not take much space under the counter. (it took me the whole day because I had to remove some adaptors I had from a previous filter.
Cons: lousy instructions, I was better off with intuition (its a simple system), the default water faucet is cheat and ugly, I had to buy a new one (was very nice, but increased price by $30.

Broken parts

I got the filters in a timely manner, but then one was broken, and customer service has been taking their sweet time to send a replacement. I could have ordered somewhere else, and had it replaced and installed by now!

UV Lamp
October 11, 2015

After ordering a transformer & UV light for a freshwater drinking system. I was sadly disappointed in the delivery timetable. What I thought would take a couple of weeks turned into months with constant rescheduling. I could have ordered the same system from China direct and got it faster, but I thought I was going with a reliable company. Even though individuals were warned not to drink from the defective tap, some did and developed intestinal problems. The delay should have been advised with the ability to cancel the order immediately. Now we have a lot of apologizing to do.

Awful

My water guy installed the hot/cold tank and after heating up the grommet at the top leaked and I had to shut the whole thing down. Tried to call the company and they are sending a new grommet, but that was 3 weeks ago! Are you telling me the entire function of the machine rests on one grommet? How can you design something so poorly? Please help as I am waiting for the hot water hose fitting that will not leak…….

Really good customer service

Only four stars instead of five, reason ordered an item kept sending me the wrong item. That being said they are some of the nicest people I have had the privilege to come in contact with. They have worked diligently to solve my problem, at this point it has not been totally resolved but I have great confidence in their ability to satisfy my needs. Would I order from them again even though I've had this problem most definitely YES. Their products are phenomenal for the price.

Ordered the 12 pack 1 year supply of Bio Clean several weeks ago at a cost of $75. I was notified that my package had been delivered. To my surprise, all I received was a fridge magnet. So of course I called to see what the mix up might be. After approximately 30 minutes on hold I finally got a warm body. After holding for additional time, he finally told me he was sorry for the mix up and would promptly ship my product. And a few days later it arrived. Another stupid magnet. Really?

I am happy

I am so pleased with my purchase, although I had to wait about two months as it was out of stock. (I purchased the 1-gallon jug with screw-on pour cap with handle.)
I would have given five stars, but the cap is no longer available to buy alone as a replacement. (In case the original breaks.) The price is EXCELLENT, so I may just order a second one for backup. I prefer this type of jar over the ones with the spigot on the bottom, as they tend to leak after a while. This is an awesome product, and I hope it continues to be offered.

Hard to reach

One fragile item was broken upon arrival. It was very difficult to reach anyone to arrange for replacement. On hold for a long time, left messages, sent e-mails... It's been a couple of weeks and still not completely resolved.
