I needed 2 filters for my salt water /fresh water maker. Looked on line. Found a bunch of places but this company kind of stood out. I'm so glad I ordered from them. Exact replacement filter and the delivery was super fast. 5 stars all the way.

Needed water filter for an older Culligan unit that belongs to my in-laws. Ordered, and it arrived in plenty of time, I had questions as it looked different than the original, so I called and was pleasantly surprised at someone picking up right away. I mentioned my issue and after some checking, was assured that these replacements would work fine. And they did. I'll order from FreshwaterSystems again.
Sent decorative cap and port fitting but no air gap! Called and described problem, told them just send me the white plastic piece in the picture matching the part number. Nothing, silence, took my money. Wish amazon sold it.
Very happy with my replacement Hot & Quick under sink water heater. We really missed it after the previous one started to leak after close to ten years of daily multiple uses for coffee and tea. Had trouble with a competitive product lasting even a year.
I ordered a Waterstone faucet from Freshwater Systems, which stated on their Web site, would ship in 3-4 weeks. EIGHT weeks later, after numerous emails (some never responded to), calls and live chats, lies and stringing along, I was told it would be another 3-4 weeks for the faucet to arrive. At this point an entire kitchen renovation was 99% complete and at a halt because of this faucet. I cancelled the order by phone but received no confirmation nor refund ($867), despite numerous requests by emails(unanswered) and phone. I was also told I could not return the filtered water faucet I had purchased to match this faucet ($300+). This is one of the most unprofessional companies I have ever dealt with.
Order was placed and received with zero issues. Items (filters) worked fine. Well packed, etc. However, a couple of hours after placing the order, I recalled that I had forgotten something and wanted to added to my current order, so, reached out the seller through their support web page, providing the details. Unfortunately, they did not provided a response, even as of today. So, in the event I buy again from this merchant, I will have to double-check my items to be sure I am not forgetting anything. Bad customer support experience.
They waited a week to even process the order. This was after LOTS of auto-generated worthless emails. I suspect an initial non-stock situation causing the delay. This was aggravating. I will now return to my previous supplier. The only good thing to come of this is the very review you are reading now.
Very bad service and worse customer service.
My contract finish and they supposed to refund my deposit every month is required to ordered 5btl most of the month I keep buying 10bottle more than what they required. Been 4 years with this company. When come to refund deposits then all the reasons they said. Just not to give ur deposit, ( outstanding payment for year 2017 which I had pay all coz if u have Credit to clear they stop sending me to my previous ordered and send letter for outstanding amount)
Update:. They refunded my account and allowed me to keep the product. Minus one star for their lack of attention to detail on the original listing.
Original review: They advertise one concentration of a product and deliver another. Additionally, my order had a total of 10 packs, received 9. They honored a return, but at the cost of me having to pay return shipping for their mistake. Poor business practices. Look for a different company to do business with, there are plenty out there.
My experience with Fresh Water and particular with its Technical Sales Manager John Woodard were excellent, services hard to come by these days. John patiently wrote me at least 5 emails, in his attempt to help me solve problems with my Reverse Osmosis system. He pro-actively stopped my order when he thought that I had ordered the wrong spare part, and made sure I got the right part. Excellent services and I can certainly recommend their business, without hesitation.

Only down side was I was promised free shipping within the US but got charged $8 I think.
Product came without installation instruction, though listed on the packing list.

Called back 3 days later, on hold for 10 minutes plus!
Eventually advised to send an email and photo which I did, after that service was good!
Ordered bag of filtration media. Everything was fine - packaging, shipping, product, etc. Took off one star because did not supply safety data sheet with the shipment - I had to call for it. They did respond quickly with the information.
I wanted a three way valve to divert flow from one direction to another. Tech people set me up with a angle stop valve (not the same). If it had worked, needed to adapt fittings to 1/2" OD tubing press fittings. Parts recommended by Tech did not accomplish this goal. Whole purchase returned for refund. Will be penalized for return shipping and restock. Given bad tech advice, and fact I have now learned you don't sell the desired 3-way diversion valve, this penalty does not seem just. Oh well, the total cost of the items was much (~$30).
Not very good. Big banner for free shipping if you spend so many $ My order was well above this and quoted customer. However after I placed order and you read the fine print their major lines of what they sell are excluded. Lost money on this quote to customer.
No issues with installation into the Seagull IV water system. I'm observing the advertised water pressure drop. Water taste is good, as expected. In use only one month. Expensive at $65, but still $50 less than Seagull's OEM filter.
Customer care did not process my request for a return and when I finally received it (after 2 extra calls), the whole process took almost two weeks before I could even get the needed information. They were consistently unfriendly.

Very Satisfied - Learned from manufacturer that Waste King instant hot heater was exact same as units with other names selling for twice the price. Heater arrived on time was easy to swap with old one and has been working well.

Jar of cleaner and water bottle free with free shipping. Came in less than a week. This distiller is so quiet I still check to make sure its running! A cycle runs through in about 3 hours, very quick. Love the gallon glass jar instead of plastic. And best of all, every part can be replaced! Instead of having to buy a new cheaper distiller every couple of years. Love it.
