Spoke with Alex F. Today using the Freshly App to connect with him. His efficiency in coordinating moving my order from Va. To FL. Was handled extremely well. He quickly understood my skip meal request and responded with the information about the delivery to the new address immediately. Freshly offers this app that is intuitive and now I find the chat option also is well monitored with personnel. Thanks Alex F. And Freshly for maintaining my total satisfaction with your service. Good GF Food

I love that everything is gluten free. I take meds for acid reflux and need to avoid spicy food. Most of your selections are spicy or have bell peppers as an ingredient which doesn't agree with me. I find I am very limited in the more "bland" selections and have been ordering the chicken with macaroni and cheese and the pepper steak with mashed potatoes which are both good. Please try to add more selections like those for me to order. Thank you.

Everything's wonderful

Placing weekly orders and rating meals is easy. Delivery has been very reliable, and the food stays chilled. The meats, veggies, and other ingredients seem fresh and good quality. Portions are moderate and the tastes are delicious. There have been a few meals that I didn't care for, but I think that's just my own taste buds, not a fault in the food. It has been absolutely fabulous to have heat 'n' eat meals for times when I'm in a hurry!

Quickest customer service ever!

My service rep through the chat was so quick and helpful. I forgot to skip my delivery I would be on vacation and not have anyone to put the food in the refrigerator. Not only did I not get charged any extra fee for missing my skip deadline but he was able to refund me within minutes. I love all the meals I've gotten from freshly and I will be sticking with them due to their great customer service as well.

Signed up as reviews were promising.
Mistake #1 - food did not arrive on delivery date.
Mistake #2 - tracking of delivery took a day.
Mistake #3 - Email responses are slow, no phone customer service?
Mistake #4 - Food finally arrived and was inconsistent - some was tasteless and something else was surprisingly spicy (but not promoted as spicy).

Cancelled after 1 week -

Apologies for the delayed response via email--we were a bit short-staffed for a couple of weeks but have since gotten new-hires trained and are getting back up to our standard response time. We do have phone customer service--the phone number is searchable on the Support Center of our website.:-)

I just want to make sure you got the delayed delivery issue resolved with our Customer Experience Team--if for any reason it was not resolved, please reply to my private message as I'd be more than happy to handle that for you!

Delivery issues are typically rare, but with working with third-party carriers we do sometimes see errors occur. We'll always do what we can on our end to resolve it for our customers!:-)

New to at home meals.

I love Freshly. I tried another service, ones that are frozen and in a cup. No comparison! Freshly is like having my own chef at home. I look forward to every meal, making sure to plate as recommended. There are plenty of choices with no disappointments which makes me look forward to picking out the next weeks delivery. The app makes it easy and delivery is a breeze. Thank YOU!

Precious helped me with an issue I had with a meal that had not maintained its freshness by the "Fresh By Date". I was very impressed with the speed of service and how quickly my concern was handled. I received a refund (and then some) for my meal. I am impressed! I love Freshly meals and will continue to receive them! They are the BEST ready to eat meal delivery service I have experienced! Not good

For the amount you pay and the portions, that alone is enough to start at 3 stars. I am 5'1'' and 110 pounds. I don't need that much to fill me up but after every single one of these meals I am still hungry.

The food is bland, mostly dry, and not much too them. I would be better off just cooking my own food.

Great Food!

Freshly provides quick, easy, healthy and fulfilling meals at a reasonable price. I work 10 hour days and I am a single mom. I do not have time to cook full meals most of the time, so being able to put a couple of these in the microwave for my daughter is an easy and healthy option over fast-food. Plus they taste great! Love it!

Not worth it!

They use LaserShip for deliveries in certain regions, LaserShip is extremely unreliable. My first order never showed. The quality of the food is equal to a TV dinner. Certainly not worth the cost. Customer service was very helpful, so they get a star for that. I cancelled and would not recommend.

He/she very nice and helpful. Had question about billing since I am waiting for the arrival of a new credit card through Barclay Bank; my former card had fraudulent activity - sigh.
So, wanting to sign up I didn't know if I could use my debit card until my replacement card arrives.

Great quick service

I typed in my address wrong for my first order and needed help correcting it. Mel swiftly made the adjustment for me and was super helpful and nice. They also reminded me about future delivery dates and deadlines which is helpful to know, as I'm new to this service. High fives!

Charming Assistance

We recently moved and ordered a couple of times to eat well without stress. We enjoyed the meals, kind of like eating out by having choices for all each night.

Delcious Convenience

I love to cook, but it's not as fun cooking just for one. Freshly is both convenient and offers good nutrition for one. I must watch my carbs, so I appreciate the low carb high protein food selection. Price is pretty affordable for a couple of weeks worth of food per month. The other 2 weeks I cook or go out. Overall I enjoy my Freshly subscription very much. Thanks Freshly Team.

Fresh and tasty!

All meals with the exception of a couple have been very good. Nice selection, portion size is just right and delivery packaging is perfect for hot Texas summers. Would love to see salmon and more shrimp dishes as well as more breakfast. The ability to pick how many meals per week or skip a week is great.

The food tastes good for the most part but the biggest problem is portion size, way too small and often left still hungry, sometimes missing or skipped ingredients. May move on and try another food service.

Good food and convenience

Most of the meals I've received are really good and have good portion sizes. I mostly eat them for lunch at work which reduces the uncertainty of what to bring or buy for lunch. Keep coming with me meal options or I'll be repeating the same meals. I'm going on my 4th meal delivery

Perfect for me
