I love that everything is gluten free. I take meds for acid reflux and need to avoid spicy food. Most of your selections are spicy or have bell peppers as an ingredient which doesn't agree with me. I find I am very limited in the more "bland" selections and have been ordering the chicken with macaroni and cheese and the pepper steak with mashed potatoes which are both good. Please try to add more selections like those for me to order. Thank you.

Placing weekly orders and rating meals is easy. Delivery has been very reliable, and the food stays chilled. The meats, veggies, and other ingredients seem fresh and good quality. Portions are moderate and the tastes are delicious. There have been a few meals that I didn't care for, but I think that's just my own taste buds, not a fault in the food. It has been absolutely fabulous to have heat 'n' eat meals for times when I'm in a hurry!

My service rep through the chat was so quick and helpful. I forgot to skip my delivery I would be on vacation and not have anyone to put the food in the refrigerator. Not only did I not get charged any extra fee for missing my skip deadline but he was able to refund me within minutes. I love all the meals I've gotten from freshly and I will be sticking with them due to their great customer service as well.

Precious helped me with an issue I had with a meal that had not maintained its freshness by the "Fresh By Date". I was very impressed with the speed of service and how quickly my concern was handled. For the amount you pay and the portions, that alone is enough to start at 3 stars. I am 5'1'' and 110 pounds. I don't need that much to fill me up but after every single one of these meals I am still hungry.
The food is bland, mostly dry, and not much too them. I would be better off just cooking my own food.

Freshly provides quick, easy, healthy and fulfilling meals at a reasonable price. I work 10 hour days and I am a single mom. I do not have time to cook full meals most of the time, so being able to put a couple of these in the microwave for my daughter is an easy and healthy option over fast-food. Plus they taste great! Love it!

They use LaserShip for deliveries in certain regions, LaserShip is extremely unreliable. My first order never showed. The quality of the food is equal to a TV dinner. Certainly not worth the cost. Customer service was very helpful, so they get a star for that. I cancelled and would not recommend.

We recently moved and ordered a couple of times to eat well without stress. We enjoyed the meals, kind of like eating out by having choices for all each night.

I really love Freshly! They provide great deals for good food, and even if there's something that needs to be fixed, the customer service is amazing! I love to cook, but it's not as fun cooking just for one. Freshly is both convenient and offers good nutrition for one. I must watch my carbs, so I appreciate the low carb high protein food selection. Price is pretty affordable for a couple of weeks worth of food per month. The other 2 weeks I cook or go out. Overall I enjoy my Freshly subscription very much. Thanks Freshly Team.

All meals with the exception of a couple have been very good. Nice selection, portion size is just right and delivery packaging is perfect for hot Texas summers. Would love to see salmon and more shrimp dishes as well as more breakfast. The ability to pick how many meals per week or skip a week is great.
The food tastes good for the most part but the biggest problem is portion size, way too small and often left still hungry, sometimes missing or skipped ingredients. May move on and try another food service.

Most of the meals I've received are really good and have good portion sizes. I mostly eat them for lunch at work which reduces the uncertainty of what to bring or buy for lunch. Keep coming with me meal options or I'll be repeating the same meals. I'm going on my 4th meal delivery

Deliveries are always on time. Food is very tasty, and I like that it is all natural. The meals stay fresh in refrigerator or in freezer. Prices are reasonable. I would recommend this service to anyone.

We will either remove an item and replace with something new, update the recipe on a current item or just add an item without removing one. As we continue to grow we will have plans to offer even more variety as well!

However, you can select to skip weeks, or cancel your subscription at anytime! Just keep in mind that our meals have a shelf life of about 5 days unless frozen. 3 - Pick your delivery day from the available dates! You can certainly reheat our meals in a conventional oven, however, our current meal containers are not safe for the oven or stove-top, so you'll have to transfer your food to heat it up. Heat for 25-35 minutes, remove foil, and let sit 3-5 minutes, then transfer to your choice of plate or bowl and enjoy! (Keep in mind, heating times are approximate. Answer: I've been getting mine in on time, but I assume as with all packages going through USPS, UPS, and FedEx right now, things have been backed up since COVID and only getting worse. So it's not Freshly's fault even if they aren't delivered on time.
