Every meal I've tried from freshly has been really good. The only problem I have is that there's mushrooms in almost everything. I've had some problems ordering my meals online, but the customer service is very good. They always straighten everything out. Nikki helped me out this last time and was very helpful.
I was skeptical to try this at first, but I'm very glad I did. Not only are the meals healthy, they taste great too! Way better than any frozen TV dinner from the grocery. It's nice to have a healthy option available when you don't have time to cook.
I have tried several different meal delivery services, but Freshly is the first and only one that comes prepared and ready for me to heat up and eat. I love it! There are tons of choices each week, and it saves so much time. Not only is making dinner super quick, but I don't have a sink full of dishes to do! It's definitely worth the price difference of the meals that come with the ingredients for you to combine and cook on your own. Also, their customer service is wonderful! Love you guys, thanks for making my life easier!

I called and spoke with France O. She was great. I do like the service, meals are fine and taste wonderful. However, one week per month would be fine for me. That would be a nice break from cooking all the time. Everyday is far too much.

Like any service they all have occasional hiccups. I can't thank Freshly for outstanding care of their customers. I travel daily for work and am gone 75% of the year, as cabin crew these meals keep me healthy and full!
We love freshly! It provides great tasting, balanced, healthy and fresh meals all ready in 5 minutes. With my husband working full time as the president of his company, us having 1 toddler and 1 baby, and me returning to the workforce at the director of sales for a start up we look forward every week to receiving our meals! Freshly means no guilt served with dinner. We get to focus on spending time together!

This has made our need to grocery shop minimal, and is great for my husband and I who both work long hours and were struggling coming home to cook. The food is decent and while you of course sacrifice a little by not making it, its not much of a sacrifice and it sure beats frozen meals. The only thing I would say as a negative is that there is a limited selection so you end up getting the same things quite often. The sides are not the best- but I assume its their attempt to be healthy and keep calories down.
I've had like 3-4 weeks of deliveries now.
My primarily purpose for freshly is I don't like cooking, and I would like to eat healthier. Thus far I've been thrilled with the selection and quality/portions.
I'm taking off a star, because it does feel just a hair too expensive.

Food is out of this world, portions, size, calories, variety, delivery and taste, it's lights years away from any competition and I may add calories too...
Now as far as the plastic wrapper that seals the co trainers is terrible, not friendly, not easy to open, it comes apart by pieces, it needs better engineering... other than that is extraordinary...

Had to make an update on an order as i was not satisfied with one plate that I ordered earlier and am currently trying out. Jess took care of me and did so quickly, even though my first meal replacement choices were not available. Great care and awesome service!

I love the food, never had a problem with shipping only one time the tracking number was wrong but other time has been good my food delivered cold still pack is frozen also I would eat this at work for lunch so quick 3 mins tops and let it set for 1 min or two but while here and there stir it :) also eat for dinner to if I get a lot

Almost all the meals taste pretty gross, rubbery and greasy, especially all the dishes with beef. Most of the pieces I got were very fatty so I fed them to my dog. Their website states "Lose 5-10 lbs in your first week" but I don't see how when every time I take a bite I have grease all over my lips. Maybe I picked the wrong food but I am not going to order again to try.

We have since improved many of our recipes and even changed meat vendors, because of various customer reports of the lack of quality in the previous meat we were using (much like you stated).

First of all, major kudos to David L. I had received one different item in the box than what I ordered. This has happened only once before, and Freshly caught that one and refunded it before the box even arrived. This time, though, I thought I might've mixed it up on my end. So I used the chat from the App, got connected to David, and he helped square away the bill almost instantly! By far the fastest and most succinct help I've gotten in ages with other companies.

Freshly has great tasting dinners that fit into my healthy nutrition goals! They are satisfying, delicious and fresh! Saves me time and there is no waste of food. I can't buy fresh produce and have it last long enough to prepare unless I plan to eat it several days in a row. I love having the variety made possible by Freshly in my dinners. Having 3 to 4 dinners a week prepared and ready greatly reduces the stress of planning, shopping and cooking and more economical than eating out.
I had my doubts when I began the Freshly Experience but I was soon proved wrong. The food is cooked well and does not taste frozen or artificial in any way like most competitors. There have only been a couple of hiccups where the delivery was incorrect, but the customer service team went above my expectations to correct it both times! The first hand customer service is a big reason I continue to order Freshly. That and it's packed with deliciousness :)

I am a single, retired woman living in an upstairs apartment in my son's home, in the midst of a major remodel that leaves me with limited ability to make anything really grand for dinner. With Freshly I am able to have one really delicious, healthy meal each day very simply, creating almost no mess in my kitchen and at almost a moment's notice. It is like a miracle has occurred! I love it! Try it out if you live alone. Really good food. So convenient. I love it!
I've really enjoyed the last 4 weeks of my meals with Freshly, but unfortunately now i'm at the point that I've tried all of the dishes that sound appetizing, so I have no choice but to repeat. With so many other food delivery options, I'm going to skip the weeks until there are new dishes added. I wish they would add 3-4 new dishes a week - I don't mind a few repeats, but not entire weeks.
Also - one suggestion - if you don't change your default menu, it automatically sends you the menu from the previous week. I missed the cutoff date to edit my menu and got sent the same 3 meals from the week before, which was disappointing. At least send 3 new options!

We will either remove an item and replace with something new, update the recipe on a current item or just add an item without removing one. As we continue to grow we will have plans to offer even more variety as well!

However, you can select to skip weeks, or cancel your subscription at anytime! Just keep in mind that our meals have a shelf life of about 5 days unless frozen. 3 - Pick your delivery day from the available dates! You can certainly reheat our meals in a conventional oven, however, our current meal containers are not safe for the oven or stove-top, so you'll have to transfer your food to heat it up. First, preheat your oven to 350° F. Transfer your food to an oven-safe dish (don't forget to scrape the sauce out of the tray!) and cover the top in tin foil. Heat for 25-35 minutes, remove foil, and let sit 3-5 minutes, then transfer to your choice of plate or bowl and enjoy! (Keep in mind, heating times are approximate. Answer: I've been getting mine in on time, but I assume as with all packages going through USPS, UPS, and FedEx right now, things have been backed up since COVID and only getting worse. So it's not Freshly's fault even if they aren't delivered on time.
