Had bed less than a year and bedside tables a little bit longer, noticed piles of wood grains under the bed and exit holes from woodworm, despite having bed less than a year I was only credited 75% of the cost of the furniture and the furniture was also collected! Damage also to mattress as a result of this and was offered a measly £20! Avoid this company at all costs! Not even an apology. We are now out of pocket by hundreds.
Waited far longer than promised and then when out did arrive we had a ridiculous amount of of creaking every time we so much as moved our heads. Husband took the mattress off to find our brand new Silva Matters was covered in sta8ns from the oil in the wood. He had to screw the bed and slats together within an inch of its life (this did stop the creaking) they need to keep customers up to speed with delivery dates and not promise dates they know can't be met. Just so much hassle but the bed itself looks lovely.
I ordered a full bedroom set from Welbrook Interiors a couple of months ago and cannot express how happy I am with it. We needed furniture very quickly (usually up to 24 weeks) and Phil helped us with every step. We chose our own fabric and had it delivered within 3 weeks from ordering.
I will next be looking to furnish my daughter's room, can't be more pleased with the service or furniture.
Terrible customer service refused to send a matching fabric to the bed that I paid £600 without charging another £20 in addition to the £20 I had paid for the wrong one all because I asked for white crushed velvet and my bed was flat velvet Apparently? All it said on my picture of the bed before I ordered it was white velvet and I asked for the same. I even offered to send back the original silver one they sent by mistake that I had paid for to swop, but no, they only agreed to drop £5 as a goodwill gesture. Absolutely awful aftercare, I dread to think what would happen if my bed broke and I needed to claim under the guarantee! Avoid this company at all costs!
I'm really disappointed with the bed i have bought, the slats were wet and cracked and short im not even sure if they even belong with that bed i was supposed to gift someone the bed, i'm really embarrased i spent £600 trusting this company thinking they will provide me with the bed i saw on there website its a disgrace i feel as if they are scamming people with second hand wood. Such poor quality i would never purchase from here and i recommend anyone who is looking in to buying a bed or anything from them do not buy!

We purchased a bed through welbrook interiors in November 2019 and could not be happier with the quality and service. We were in a hurry for the bed and they turned our order around within 3 weeks. The delivery man was very helpful and the bed was assembled within 15 minutes by him. Very happy customer

We sent the customer "white crushed velvet" fabric as requested - initially grey crushed velvet had been sent out and we replaced this with the white crushed at no additional cost as per the customer's request. The customer paid £20 including delivery for this fabric (2 metres sent in total, only 1 metre charged for due to the error).
We would gladly accept the metre of white crushed velvet as a return but unfortunately this has already been used to upholster a stool. We have reduced the price as a gesture of goodwill on the flat white velvet as the customer had placed the order for the incorrect fabric (white crushed velvet) that has been completed.
We do operate a fair warrantee and returns policy, in this case however the fabric was non-returnable as it had been used and the grey crushed velvet in question had been left with the customer without a return request as this was processed in error.
