I do not wish to subscribe to this website. There are too many emails that follow. I did however get my scores but it is a difficult process finding ways to dispute items that are incorrect.
It's great, except I want to cancel the monthly subscription after the 7 days free trial and I can not do that online I must do it by a phone call. Inconvenient

Still have concerns about derogatory late payments that was reported from the Midland Mortgage Company/ Mid First Bank. They are saying that they didn't report it.

I don't like the idea of a free annual credit having a $1.oo charge up front with a subscription attached. As a matter of fact I and still waiting for my $1.00 to be credited back to my account.
Got the run-around trying to cancel with multiple less costly options.
It would be simple to setup to website so a simple cancellation could be done without involving anyone on a chat line.

I opened the trial membership from ScoreSense to compare that program's services, features, and costs to those provided under my current Discover Card and Lifelock accounts. Although the services and features provided under the ScoreSense program appear to be comprehensive and in many ways comparable to my Discover Card and Lifelock programs I have found nothing in the way of additional features or benefits which would justify the high (in my opinion) approximate $30/month cost of ScoreSense's offering.
It's was easy to do and not t hard to follow because it was all explained. I just wanted to know what my score was. And now I might be able to clean up some accounts. Thanks
Checking my husband's credit score was easy and painless. However, since we share the same email address (mine), I was unable to get onto the site and register to check my own score, unfortunately!
