I think it was very easy to go through; however, I did this on my VA computer so at the very end, it would not let me see my scores. I finally went to google on my phone and my scores came right up; however, I could not print them out because I used my VA email address instead of my Gmail address that belongs to my smart phone. I am old school and not good with this up to date technology! If I could have a printed copy of my report, that would be so helpful, otherwise, when I run a report again in October, I will be sure to send it to my Gmail account!
Yes, I received the free credit report. I wish it wasn't mandatory to 'subscribe' for services. Now, I have to remember to cancel the subscription before the charge. That seems a bit fraudalent when it's supposed to be FREE once/year.
I was looking to freeze my credit with all three credit service's at one place, I still needed to create an account with each one, so I got it done I was just trying to save time
After reviewing my FREE credit scores, I have asked for the account to be canceled. This is the 3rd month I have been billed.
I have been unable to reach a live agent. This is a terrible le way to assure confidence in your services.
I received my quarterly identity protection report and looked through it carefully. I got hold of Discover Bank and they gave me the phone number to you and the company that I don't have anything to do with. That company refused to tell the credit monitors: Experian, Equifax and TransUnion that I no longer do business with me. Therefore, I called TransUnion and Equifax to straighten their numbers on the report and I also called my credit union in Tampa where I lived and worked for 2 years to make sure my credit card is really closed but my other bank services are still open.
I got my credit scores and report with information. Not sure if it was all inclusive of everything but at least its a start and tells enough information to see what is going on.
Received all the credit scores I needed. Just didn't want to sign up for membership and get billed every month of $29. So I called to cancel. Other than that, thank you
Not sure why but my scores with ScoreSense were lower than Experian and the actual sites.
Regardless, I chose the 7-day trial out of curiosity. Going to cancel the subscription.
My credit score went back up to 100 so I'm hopefully affordable that I'll be able to get my Section 8 apartment that I've always dreamed of thank you guys so much for your kind help giving me my credit score
The whole thing went smooth I had an issue in which I called a customer service agent who kindly walked me through the problem with success! Thank you!
Your title says "FreeScore" but you talk about a "purchase date." I think your message is confusing because I don't expect to charged for the credit score.
I worked with Anita. She was a great resource. She helped explain the credit tools. She also explained how to dispute incorrect information on my report.
I was told to go to this site for a "free credit report" but the report is only offered if you sign up for expensive monthly services ($30+ per month). I consider this a bait and switch operation.
Didn't see a place where I could decline membership. All I need is my report, no extras. Please accept this as my request to cancel any membership fees. Thank you
Easy and reliable and simple. Wish it had better options on helping build credit and a guaranteed approval thru there website like a bond type of thing but it's cool
I was able to see all my scores from Equifax, TransUnion and Experian. This enabled me to purchase a car prior to walking into the dealership because I was armed with information. Thank you.
Good & easy to maneuver
I receive credit schools from all three agencies. I also discovered why my credits Go ahead went down because of a collection.
Scores were a little low. When mortgage broker ran numbers she came up with much higher numbers. It answered a question, I had a bogus delinquency which I was able to have removed
I thought this would be a free service, but had to pay $1.00 and will have to cancel the monthly fee. I do not want a credit report monthly so felt somewhat mislead.
After reviewing all my credit reports from each of the 3 bureaus, I began the complicated process of disputing false information. To do this you must go directly to each of the bureaus website. Well once on the bureau's sites I found out that their credit scores were MUCH LOWER than reported by FreeScoreOnline… I don't know why there is a difference but it was very disappointing and I'm not going to continue with their service after the trial… the same was true with my spouse's reports!
