However, the recent surge in AI-generated submissions in design contests is causing significant distress among both clients and designers. Numerous clients have explicitly stated in their contest descriptions that they do not want AI-generated designs, often using all caps to emphasize their point. This is disheartening for clients who are seeking authentic, human-crafted designs, as well as for designers who invest their time, creativity, and effort into producing original work.
