Free Curvy

I have to return my order because it did not fit. There is not live person to talk to, it is all done through email. The return policy is very strict and unfair. You have to pay for shipping, again. And they only give you seven days to return. If you work and don't get off until 5, post offices are closed! I don't think I will deal with this company again.

Waited a month for order. Never received. Sent several emails before they finally answered to say all 3 items were out of stock. Had to pick several replacements before finding 3 in stock.

Items came in a size larger than i ordered. I was not happy about the return policy and that i was discouraged from returning both items for replacement and was offered half of what i paid back instead.

Hopefully everything was clear. No, was not able to respond re. Failure to receive my order. Clearly there is a problem!
Regarding the question below, did I try to contact Free Curvy, yes.
Was I able to, no.

I ordered a swim suit. When the suit arrived I really loved the pattern and colors. However I quickly realized I should have ordered a larger size. I have contacted the customer service email (could not find a phone number) 5 different times and have yet to hear back about exchanging the suit!

Apparently you can't return items. I was under the impression as long as not worn, tags on could return. I was told not to return to the address I received from. To return to a different address but was not given that address. Instead asked if I would just settle for $21 dollar credit.

I have not received the item I purchased a month ago, I cannot get in touch with free curvy, they have not sent me a tracking number or invoice. I have sent them emails which keep returning to me so their email address - *******@freecurvy.com - which you provided is incorrect or does not exist.

Ordered and received within 10 days. Leaving me time to have suits altered. These suits do not have any support in the breast area. If your a woman with ample breasts, seek out a good seamstress for additional support and comfort.

I had a great experience purchasing from Meet Curvy. The products are exactly as pictured. I would recommend sizing up unless you want very tight swimwear. I sized up and am very glad I did. Postage can take at least a few weeks as stated but it's worth the wait.

Pleasantly surprised at the fit. Lovely material. All 3 swim suits are very low in the busy showing much cleavage they support but show the chest wall... A little lower than I'm use to but will get used to it I'm sure.
Unfortunately the fish on one top was frayed in 3 places where it just wasn't fished well... but I'll fix it with a needle and thread. Seems over kill to pay postage or return it as I want it to go with the matching skirt. Over all good experience.

The experience of ordering online was easy, but the product I received did not meet my satisfaction. One didn't cover the back like I thought it would and the other was way too small. I need to return both of them, but so far have not heard back from the company about how to do this. Not satisfied with online ordering of swim suits at all.

Handling time not as advertised, emailed CS twice no response. Order will not arrive on time. Will cost money to return. Be careful about ordering form this company

I found the website easy to navigate even though there were sooooo many items to view. I received my order after about 2 weeks. Both of the items fitted well which surprised me because my body measurements and shape did not fit ideally into the sizing chart. I went for the largest of the measurements to be safe and that seemed to work. I haven't used them yet but I am looking forward to giving them a go.

I received my parcel quickly and it was as advertised however it didn't fit me. I contacted Customer service who gave me lots of options and it worked out easier for me to keep the parcel. Fundamentally i don't have an issue with this as i understand being in Australia the cost and time to return the tankini set is probably not worth it however i now have a bathing suit i can't wear and choose to either through away or take up space in a drawer somewhere!

Site easy to use, delivery was speedy. Quality looks good but yet to prove as not worn yet. Sizing on the larger size, even though I followed the size charts I probably will order a size down next time

Website is easy to navigate and ordering was straight forward. I ordered 2 suits but one was out of stock. I didn't receive the email notification, but once I connected with CS, service was quick and easily resolved.

I have had such a good experience with meet curve, I had very fast and helpful responses when emailing about where abouts of my order and boy was it worth the wait, their products quality are amazing I will definitly be ordering much more

Overall, shopping was easy and bathers arrived quickly. One pair fit and look great, the second pair were terrible and poorly made.
I asked to return these bathers, and was quite happy to exchange for a different pair. This is where I became very disappointed with customer service. I live in Australia and the bathers were dispatched from Australia. I was told I needed to return to the USA and have to pay shipping, which I agreed. Another email asked if I was sure I wanted to do this to which I agreed. Another email reply suggested postage would be $20, so I should keep the swimsuit and take $20 as compensation. At this point I thought I should take $20 or receive nothing. At no time did I receive a return address.
So beware if your bathers don't fit. Returns do not seem to be an option.
Sizing runs a bit bigger so when measurements are taken, ensure you opt for snug fit

Took a long time to receive the product. The quality was what I expected for the price. Returns process sucks. You pay return shipping - but first they will try to give you a small amount of cash back in order to just keep the product instead of process a return.
