I had ordered an black cat candle for my sister for her birthday. The candle was great, smelled good, good quality. However there wasn't a ring in it(my sister was super bummed). I checked my bank account and saw that i got charged $35 and I was super confused, so I go and look on their website log in and apparently it had automatically signed me up for a monthly subscription. When I look how to cancel it the only way is to call or email them-which is super shady in my opinion- but anyways I then get on the phone. Claudia was super nice and helpful but she kept trying to push products and different things and I just wanted the account cancelled. Overall pretty sad because I originally really liked this company but have no interest after this whole ordeal.
If I could give this company 0 zero stars I would. Fragrant Jewels is a joke. What kind of company will send you incorrect items, damaged items, or not even send your items at all and not fix the issue. They won't send you the correct items you ordered nor will they issue a refund. Their customer service is severely lacking. They have lost so many customers and they literally do not care. I won't be surprised if they shut down in the next 3 to 5 years, if they even last that long. Don't waste your money with this crappy company. Go to Charmed Aroma or Sterling Candle.
I strongly recommend nobody buy anything from this Company! Their Customer Service is AWFUL! I have been a Customer for year's and Year's! But I got sent the Wrong Ring Size, doesn't sound like that big of a problem for them to fix right? Wrong! I was talked down to and mistreated! They refused to send Me the Right size! And not ONE Employee is willing to fix the issue! ALL three Employees I spoke to was RUDE to Me and mistreated Me! So they clearly DON'T RESPECT OR CARE ABOUT THEIR LONG TIME CUSTOMERS! ABSOLUTELY WRONG!

I have been ordering these for quite a while I get the bath bombs mostly a few candles for gifts I had finally saved up enough points to get free jewelry and something glitched and they never sent it to me. They now have sterling silver rings but I will say that they do tell you that the rings can be costume they are pretty but they will turn or dicolor after a while
First of all my products came in yesterday and it has been a month in a half that I ordered. So shipping is definitely one problem of many. When I finally got my products lets just say I was unsatisfied. The perfume smells horrible and the bath bombs dyed my bathtub and myself and ruined a few of my towels. The rings are pretty but does not justify the fact that I paid quite a bit of money for the product and was unsatisfied. And had to use lemon, salt and water to get rid of the blue it dyed my skin! Very unlikely to order from this company again! I'm going back to my Bubblybell and sticking with them at least I know that I will get my order in a timely manner and get a good product!
The candles and the bath bombs work except that the rings all turn my fingers green within an hour of wearing them. I can't wear any of the rings bc they're cheap and tacky!
I got two bath bombs and it was fun seeing what was inside and enjoying the fragrance and color it adds to your bath water. However, one of my rings catches on everything, is so flimsy it has completely bent, and lost a stone the first time I wore it. One of the bath bombs also stained my bathtub and I can't get it out.
On top of that, weeks after I placed my order and it had been confirmed, they emailed me and told me they were out of what I ordered and I needed to pick something else. Probably not purchasing again.
I bought a couple hundred dollars in items from them this last purchase and the shipping said the 18th now fedex is telling me maybe not till the 30th they don't know. The shipping when I order d said 3-7 business days one shipped (the 16th) I'll be using on of the higher reviews similar companies from now on. Wish I could get my shipping costs back go through bubbly belle, literally anyone else.
I ordered several bundle deals from this company and received the candles but not the bath bombs. The order was in a pending status until I reached out to them and then it shows completed. I was then told it was shipped and I needed to contact FedEx for an update/ file a claim.
I bought one bath bomb as a treat to myself for Halloween, and then called to cancel the membership that just auto-goes when you order ANYTHING. November i saw a charge, and my husband i thought had bought one for me or something, because id cancelled it, so i told him to make sure he cancels his, and he said he didnt order anything. So they charged me again and i called. "Due to sanitary reasons" they cant give me my money back. Can't. So i cancelled again. December rolls around and I get charged AGAIN and it's for a scent I cannot even have, because i am highly allergic to Jasmine. Same situation. No refund, manager says no, supervisor says no. So for Halloween, i get a 20$ order and by the end of it i am 120$ in the hole. This website is a scam and I've even done some research and a lot of others feel the same, and even more research reveals that you can get similar rings online for 2-3$ a piece.
What a mess. What a lot of money. I won't ever go here again and I'm telling everyone I know that they dont budge a single bit, They don't work with you, They waste your time, (I was on hold and the call lasted 45 minutes), just don't bother. Anyone wanna buy a bath bomb? I'm not gonna use it, lol.
I ordered one bath bomb from FJ. Filled my bathtub mainly with glitter and that's pretty much it. Reminds me of a kids bath bomb that offers nothing but to pour glitter and food coloring in your tub. Then they charged my credit card unauthorized and sent me another box of their crappy products. When I called multiple times I received no call back. When they emailed me back the person was beyond ignorant while handling my request. I'm still waiting on a call back or email confirming they canceled my membership (which I never signed up for) they just added it to my one order. I will not be using them ever again and highly recommend you take your business elsewhere. A place that's worth it such as Lush.
I originally ordered 8/19/20. I did not receive my initial order until after they charged me for the next month's subscription. A subscription I was unaware of. I emailed customer service to cancel my subscription. Their reply ended up in my junk mail and it stated for me to call them. Everytime I've called them the wait to talk to someone has been about an hour. When I saw they were authorizing my card for another monthly subscription on 10/18/20, I tried calling them to cancel. They didn't answer because they are only open Monday-Friday, but yet they can charge my credit card. When I called on 10/19/20 to cancel my subscription, they were pleasant and I was told they had cancelled my subscription. I was under the understanding that it meant that the 10/18/20 pending transaction would be cancelled. Today, 10/28/20, I received another subscription box in the mail. One I thought I had cancelled. So, I called again. I left my number for them to call me back because they claim it is the same as waiting in line. I waited over an hour for a call back and decided just to call and wait on the line since I hadn't heard from them. I didn't receive a call back until after I had talked to someone by staying on the line. They said that since I did not specifically state I was wanting to cancel the subscription including this month's subscription, there was nothing they could do. I tried cancelling this subscription in September when I complained that I still hadn't received my first order! When I finally received my initial order, I received a monthly subscription order at the same time. This company is difficult to get ahold of and they offer no refunds or returns. So now, over $70 later, I'm stuck with low quality candles that not only do I think smell bad, but I'm allergic to. I do not recommend this company at all. I feel like I have been scammed. I definitely would not give this company your credit card number as they are quick to charge your card, slow to send your initial order, and the wait times are long to talk to a person.
My order took 3 weeks to ship, none of my customer service inquiry emails were answered, part of my order was cancelled without offering me any other options (I was notified that my products were "oversold" weeks after my order was placed), I never received shipping information until I was alerted it was out for delivery that day, and even that was unsuccessful as my address (provided correctly to Fragrant Jewels) was given incorrectly to FedEx and I had to spend three days on the phone with FedEx to get my package to me. Complete scam.
I ordered a product in April and by May had not received it. Went to the BBB site and I finally received my order. Then just now I see Fragrant Jewels just billed $32.95 to my checking account on 6/1/20 and I did not order anything. FRAUD! My next email will be to the BBB again.
I have been using Fragrant Jewels for three years (and admittedly probably will still use them) and normally think their customer service is wonderful. But not right now. It has really never been this hard to get in touch with customer service as it was this time around. Their website had an error which resulted in me stupidly trying four times to run a purchase, because I was informed my credit card information was incorrect. (I know I was in the wrong here.) As soon as I noticed my mistake, I got into contact with them through their website about the error. This was Sunday evening. When I had no reply on Tuesday, I attempted again and went through their FB page as well. It was then I threatened to go to my bank if I had heard nothing since I knew they would ship after today. Someone must have read it because this morning the order was cancelled! But no reply. I had to call their customer service line where the representative I spoke to was SHOCKED I had to contact them so many times and got nothing. He was very kind and helped me out. But as of right now, I have yet to receive no acknowledgement emails or through the Facebook page. It should not be this difficult to contact customer service and correct an issue due to their website. I should also not just be hearing from them only after I post a negative review - which I am sure is the case here. This review was 100% preventable by doing your job. In conclusion - great product, horrible customer service.
Edit: I would like to amend my review from three stars to two stars because they decided to send me FOUR emails asking how they did meaning they closed my issue without talking to me and then had the nerve to send me a FB advertisement despite never addressing my concerns. Finally someone had the nerve to tell me she would gladly assist me. WHERE WERE YOU WHEN I HAD MY INITIAL CONCERN? Are irate customers more important than loyal ones and in order to be heard you have to curse and scream? That a messed up model! Online customer service needs a revamp for failing this spectacularly.
I've been a very good customer for years. I ordered my daughter a dog candle. She opened it and saw a small crack in the holder and after only an hour from notify the company another candle was on its way.
The unique attraction of Fragrant Jewels are the ring surprises inside. Now I've been a customer of theirs for over a year now and heres what that means. Every few months I'll buy two or four and those last me a while. The rings and the points are fun but I enjoy a nice candle and bath bomb that will last a while, I have purchaes their wicked bath bomb and the coffin one. Both were nice smell wonderful and have unique rings inside, I only got one duplicate in my order of three bath bombs and two candles of the same themes. So that was my luck of the draw. Granted I'll never get those bath bombs again because they stained my tub and it took me hours to clean it out.
Going on to the only big order of 12 bath bombs right when the new holiday coal and nice bath bombs came out. I got the coal ones which smell like smarites and sorbet fruity sweetness. They look lovely and they dont stain which is a big plus but with all of these there was a dissapointing factor I only got two types of the 6 or 7 types of rings offered. They are pretty dont get me wrong and I wasnt expecting to get that 10,000 dollar ring. But only two types? In an order of 12 and one of my rings was sized wrong. I brought this to their attention and they emailed me back saying I'll be getting another ring that will fit and I am glad they are willing to fix that so quickly.
But i realized big orders will not increase my chances of different kinds of rings even one so big as that which was dissappointing. So I'll probably get smaller orders in the future and just enjoy the candle or bomb since the rings are one in none.
Also the vault prize rings are a big joke dont get anything clear or crystaline, it just looks like a tacky glue and the ring is very low quality, as it is free maybe for a child but definetly not a collectable option.
And saying that, the rings you buy, the celestial cloud bath bomb, the coal and the wicked rings they are good quality and worth the cost but I would not get a lot for the rings, or for the staining properites of the wicked bath bombs.
The Good: Great smelling stuff, turned the water fun colors and so far I have loved every ring I've gotten from the bath bombs, although they aren't real they're super sparkly and feel like they are good quality. They also have lots of sales and discounts possible, as well as a wide variety of bath bombs to choose from which I dig.
The Bad: As some of the other reviews mentioned they REALLY didn't package their stuff well. Merely shrink wrapped, I opened the box to find bath bomb dust everywhere. When I went to open my first bath bomb it also crumbled EVERYWHERE. They also didn't put labels on anything, which I didn't like.
The Ugly: Both of the bath bombs I've used thus far have stained my tub. The one I just used, Scandalous turned the entire thing pink and it took half an hour of scrubbing with a scouring pad to remove it.
All in all although I do LOVE the rings and the bath bombs themselves, they need to work on a few things in order to make it a great experience.

Answer: Yes they noticed a big big difference in a good way because every time I use the bath bombs I use my candles as well to have a nice aroma candle lite bath and lay back a just let the stress slip away and when I got out they seen how good I smelt and how much more in a better mood I was in so thank you fragrant jewels I really really needed you back in my life again!
