I never received an emailed receipt of my purchase, and when you go on the website it doesn't show you any kind of receipt of your order, just what you ordered. Shipping over $60 is free but they ship by FedEx SmartPost, which takes forever. I ordered well before Christmas to give as gifts and, here it is, after Christmas they still aren't here. Even the tracking showed it should have been here by now, but it's just now being transferred to my local post office for delivery. I wasn't given any other option for shipping at checkout or I definitely would have paid extra to have them expedited. Not happy considering what I paid!

Although the candles and bath bombs are enjoyable and smell nice the customer service is the worst. I emailed the company May 8th to cancel my inner circle membership because you can't do it online, rec'd an email back two days later saying you have to call. I called and spoke to someone who said it was cancelled and I would receive an email confirmation - it is now may 15th and it has not been cancelled or confirmed. I don't see myself ordering from this company again due to lack of customer service.

Processing and shipping about two weeks. I placed my order May 1st It delivered May 12 packaged very well.

I have ordered several Candles from this Company. I think it has Great Candles that Smell Awesome. They hold the scent not like other Candles. Also if you have someone that enjoys Beautiful Rings this is the site for you. You get a Candle plus a Ring, they also have Bath Bombs with Rings. You get a code to find out how much the Ring is worth. I have several Rings. I have been Complemented several times on my Beautiful Rings. Oh they also have Fragrant beads for your closet or anywhere to give a beautiful scent. I thought some Ladies or Guys might want to know. Give a Gift of a Awesome Candle and Beautiful Ring. Just go to there site and shop. The site is FRAGRANTJEWELS.COM. There customer service is very good at calling you for any reason. GIVE IT A TRY I THINK YOU WILL LIKE IT. I KNOW I DID. I tried this company on the advice of a Friend, and am glad I did! Not only are the candles and jars high quality, each one contains a well-wrapped (well-protected!) ring inside. One of my most popular gifts was a natural bar of Lilac scented soap (heavenly!) which I gave to my sister. It turns out there was a ring (i had no idea what it would be but requested her size) just her size in her very favorite gemstone, a green emerald stone! She wears it all the time. I have ordered numerous gifts and they are all very nice.
