I was a ride-or-die FJ fan until their head of Customer "Care" (read: Terror), *, waged a war against me for unknown reasons. He started by canceling my orders for no reason, saying I requested them to be canceled. Then he would pick items out of my orders that I got a good deal on and say, "Oh sorry, these are out of stock now." He would leave my orders 3-4 weeks until they were fulfilled. He repeatedly canceled my Inner Circle monthly subscription so that I would lose out on member perks and have my access to rares disrupted. He banned me from the Facebook page, where I was one of the most active followers (see screenshot), and kicked me out of the Facebook Inner Circle group, where I was also a top contributor (see screenshot). I won several contests/giveaways and he never fulfilled the prizes and in once instance, Fragrant Jewels deleted all evidence of the giveaway from their FB page. In one of these contests (see screenshots), I spent 5 hours creating a creative photoshoot with their products and dressed my cat up in a pirate costume – which lead to me bleeding. I had the most votes and never got my prize. If I didn't win this contest, who did? It's against FTC regulations to run giveaways and contests without clear rules and without following through with winners and prizes.
These terrorist cat-and-mouse antics went on from April to July 2024 until he finally terminated my account and my entire family's accounts, plus my best friend's account just for fun.
I received the letter posted below that does not give any clear details regarding the termination reasons. (In a response on another site, Fragrant Jewels lied saying the "applicable clauses" were outlined, but that is a big bold lie as you can see from the screenshot no details were given.)
In all that time from April to July, He NEVER communicated anything to me regarding policies or terms or just ANYTHING other than asking for my phone number and NEVER CALLED ME as promised. He just left me to wonder every time I hit the submit button what fresh hell was in store for me. I spent $2700 in less than 1 yr with this company for myself and facilitated/referred/paid for another $7000 for my family and friends. Fragrant Jewels responded to our patronage by banning us all from purchasing ever again.
My last two orders were canceled on July 3rd, 2024 and I never received the refund I was promised of more than $60. In the termination email, they said the outstanding gift cards I was holding would be refunded (see letter), but they have not in two months. Now, all my gift cards are disabled (almost $400 worth, some gifted to others already) and still no refunds from the company for them or my July 3rd, 2024 orders. (Screenshots posted showing my NAME and the order cancelation so that FJ once again cannot claim I was using aliases as they did in another response).
I am owed over $400! Plus, we are owed tons in shipping overcharges on monthly boxes, which were supposed to be shipped free, but we were constantly being charged 6.95 for each box and had to dispute the charges with them. Requested review of all the overcharges and was ignored. Ticket closed.
Really, Fragrant Jewels? GROW UP. You are being incredibly unprofessional, petty and vindictive toward someone who never did anything but hand you piles of money AND support your brand on social media. Everyone who I've shared my story with is downright baffled why this company won't take my money or banned me from buying too much? If the Fragrant Jewels owner, Yassir Elshair is reading this, do you know how much money * has lost your company? For one, he canceled nearly $500 of orders my friend placed for Mother's Day just because she was MY FRIEND and he was on a witch-hunt. (She is a real person, who he claims is another one of my "aliases.") He canceled my entire family's IC subscriptions (at least 8), valued ~$40/month guaranteed revenue. He canceled hundreds more of my own orders and nearly $300 of my mom's orders and gave her the run-around too when she tried to call customer service. She was in the hospital on a heart monitor and the last thing she needed was the stress of Lenny's games and being ghosted by someone who is supposed to be a customer service professional. (Oh, but Fragrant Jewels is just going to claim this was another one of my "aliases," despite having actually spoken to her on the phone.)
A warning to other customers: Yes, the products/rings get addictive and are quite nice, but don't be fooled by all the "my Jewels" nonsense (which is actually quite patronizing) and self-care lip service, this company only causes insane amounts of STRESS with their own special brand of Customer Terrorism.
There is lots to complain about with Fragrant Jewels: long shipping/processing times, repeated dupes of rings, products sold out after ordering, expired products, critical reviews of products deleted, censorship and the authoritarian administration of the IC Facebook group, etc. the list goes on. These things are annoying but even tolerable sometimes, BUT I have literally had my money stolen from them, which is inexcusable.

These items was supposed to arrive before Christmas but when they did not I checked my account. On December 28th I spoke to customer service regarding my order status that still said it was pending. I was told it was because the Holiday Magic - Bath Bomb was unavailable and was asked if it could be switched out for something different. At first I said no because I didn't want something different. I wanted what I originally ordered, but I finally agreed. The Holiday Magic - Bath Bomb was switched out for the Winter Solstice - Bath Bomb and my complete order was supposed to be shipped out again.
I also was told that my free birthday gift would be included.
Again, I waited patiently for my order and when it didn't come within what I considered a reasonable time I called customer service again. I explained that the tracking listed in my account doesn't work and that there was still no way to track it. I was told I would get my order within 7 to 10 days of the order date. This did not happen. Each time I've called customer service I've been given a different answer and promise with no real solution. I was told at the very latest I would receive my order on January 11th. Today is the 13th and I received one egg shaped bath Bomb and an ugly $#*! ring I didn't even order and still have not received my actual order.
Today, I called to complain and was put on hold and transferred between three different people and ignored. I have started a fraud claim with my bank but was told I needed to be sure I close my account with them so further shipments won't come through. When I called back I reached the same lady I've spoken to a few time before regarding this issue and ended up arguing with her. After me specifically telling her I didn't receive my order and only got a bathbomb I didn't order she tried to say her system says my original order has been delivered and that I need to take pictures to prove it was wrong.
Ok I wish I read some of these reviews before I ordered but I didn't I ordered a ring candle thingy surprise I didn't know it added me into the inner circle and I don't got money for that so I email them 4 times they finally said they canceled it well I hope they actually do and now I'm wondering if I'll ever get my candle sense they took the money out of my card already so sent another email to see cus if not imma be pissed they should really have a way to cancel it online instead of calling or emailing and they should really have a place on ur damn profile that can delete ur card off of it instead of just switching to paypall like wtf kind of website company is this never again I thought I could get a good Christmas gift for a friend didn't think it would $#*! me over in the end STAY AWAY use anything else imma look for a better website ya what girl wouldn't like a nice ring in side w bathbomb or candle but use a different site one way better that doesn't trick you into their stupid inner circle bull$#*! (sorry for swearing) just really makes me mad that they take advantage of the costumers they supposedly love so much

I have been ordering from this company for a little over a year. In the beginning everything was great. Now orders take 30-45 days before being shipped. Notice I said BEFORE being shipped, the issue isn't Fedex or USPS. This company is constantly putting out new products and billing people yet not shipping out orders or shipping out a "replacement" because they oversold something. The quality of the bath bombs has gone down. I have bought higher quality bath bombs from the Dollar Tree. I know what you're thinking, 'but the jewelry'. Yes some of the jewelry is pretty but the quality is like something from you get out of a coin machine at Walmart for a quarter. Half the time it's broken before it even comes out of the product. The candles do not burn clean and will ruin the walls of your house. Even with trimming the walking and only burning for 4 hours you will get soot all over your home. For all of these reasons and more I decided to cancel and sent an email to customer service stating as much. Got a reply that I had to call to cancel and I did... was on hold for an hour. Since calling didn't work I sent another email with a copy of Fragrant Jewels Terms and Conditions:
D. FRAGRANT JEWELS INNER CIRCLE MEMBERSHIP CANCELLATION. You may cancel your Fragrant Jewels Inner Circle Membership at any time. To cancel, please call Customer Support at *******129 or email us at *******@fragrantjewels.com. Cancellation requests received after your monthly charge date shall take effect the following month. Fragrant Jewels requires a reasonable amount of time to process your Fragrant Jewels Inner Circle request. If you cancel your Fragrant Jewels Inner Circle Membership, you will enjoy your Fragrant Jewels Inner Circle Membership benefits until the end of the then-current subscription term, and your subscription benefits will expire at the end of the then-current subscription term for which you have paid. You will not be eligible for a prorated refund of any portion of the subscription fees paid for any unused days of the then-current subscription term.
Clearly the ToC states in plain language that yes you can cancel by email. So I included this in my second request to cancel and have heard noting. This company refuses to honor their own terms/conditions and have every intention of illegally charging my card. This company is a scam do not subscribe. If you still want to purchase then I highly suggest using a pre-paid debit card in the payment section.
I first became a member of FJ several years ago but had to leave due to financial reasons but always said I would go back when I was stable again.
Well -- I went back to the company that bears the name FRAGRANT JEWELS but not the heart nor soul!
In a less than a month, I have been treated like pure garbage, lied to endlessly, and deceived with EVERY advertising email from FJ.
Like before, I joined the "INNER CIRCLE" where they are supposed to have EXTRA benefits.! HA!
All I found out was they upcharge you an additional $32.95+tax and charge you the regular price for EVERYTHING else.
Then there are the advertisement emails that come at a rate of one an hour with the tagline "ANOTHER CHANCE AT THE $10,000 RING" which is in their words "NOT TRUE" because any ring not bought as part of the product line stands no chance.
Then there are the supposed ones that "do stand a chance," yeah right.
All of mine were worth a whopping 10 points. They're not even worth money any longer but points. I had a ring from my ORIGINAL time with FJ, said to be worth $25. Still wore it till last month. That ring got me numerous compliments, I'm ashamed of it now.
Tried to contact customer service and I was met with a JONATHAN ROMAN in their CS team who was so derogatory I literally wanted to drive to where he was and give him a serious what for in his face. Then there was IRIS VELEZ who tried hard but was met with UPPER MANAGEMENT who just didn't care about anything but the bottom line let alone a customer making noise.
ALL IN ALL if you want to be ripped off, by all means, buy from FRAGRANT JEWELS.
OTHERWISE, just keep on moving.
The unique attraction of Fragrant Jewels are the ring surprises inside. Now I've been a customer of theirs for over a year now and heres what that means. Every few months I'll buy two or four and those last me a while. The rings and the points are fun but I enjoy a nice candle and bath bomb that will last a while, I have purchaes their wicked bath bomb and the coffin one. Both were nice smell wonderful and have unique rings inside, I only got one duplicate in my order of three bath bombs and two candles of the same themes. So that was my luck of the draw. Granted I'll never get those bath bombs again because they stained my tub and it took me hours to clean it out.
Going on to the only big order of 12 bath bombs right when the new holiday coal and nice bath bombs came out. I got the coal ones which smell like smarites and sorbet fruity sweetness. They look lovely and they dont stain which is a big plus but with all of these there was a dissapointing factor I only got two types of the 6 or 7 types of rings offered. They are pretty dont get me wrong and I wasnt expecting to get that 10,000 dollar ring. But only two types? In an order of 12 and one of my rings was sized wrong. I brought this to their attention and they emailed me back saying I'll be getting another ring that will fit and I am glad they are willing to fix that so quickly.
But i realized big orders will not increase my chances of different kinds of rings even one so big as that which was dissappointing. So I'll probably get smaller orders in the future and just enjoy the candle or bomb since the rings are one in none.
Also the vault prize rings are a big joke dont get anything clear or crystaline, it just looks like a tacky glue and the ring is very low quality, as it is free maybe for a child but definetly not a collectable option.
And saying that, the rings you buy, the celestial cloud bath bomb, the coal and the wicked rings they are good quality and worth the cost but I would not get a lot for the rings, or for the staining properites of the wicked bath bombs.
