I don't know. I love the candles, but only when they dont pool and go out fast. So far one wick always melts into the wax, and I end up getting a very lopsided burn. I usually scrape the wax up and put it in a warmer. Its a headache. Most of the time, I'm pretty meh about the rings I get. But I know that's part of it so I can't be too upset. The skull candle burned sideways and left a huge mess on my counter. Will I buy again? Yes, the fragrance is great. But thats about it.
This is the only store that I buy my candles from! I've loved every single one. And I've gotten them pretty quickly.

I can say I legitimately have purchased over 20 rings from bath bombs from this company and none of them worth anything more then 25$. If I want high end costume jewelry I'll buy it cheaper on Amazon.
So judging by the statistics of the reviews on FJ at least I know I'm not the only one this disappointed with them. The customer service team is idiotic at best, the quality control is garbage, your ring selection has become a joke but yall have became more greedy
I gave a bad review on a candle after it had bad tunneling. Agent Abraham Juan messaged me and said he would make things right and get me a replacement. I just needed to send order number and photo. I did, and he has ignored me for almost a month now. No help. I tried messaging FJ numerous times and each time they ignore me and it goes right to a "rate service" email. I gave them bad ratings that they ignore me, but they obviously don't care or this would have been fixed. I used to love this company, when it had a different owner. But these new owners don't care at all about customers. They are liars and scammers.
I bought a bath bomb after having received several as gifts and liking them. But the one I bought was horrible. It didn't fizz at all. It stained my hands just from unwrapping it, and it badly stained my tub. That was surprising, considering this was a light-colored bath bomb, when the past ones had been dark. And the dark ones never stained. When I contacted customer support, they were very rude and made stupid comments saying I should dilute the bath bomb in another tank first. Seriously? Then it will be all used up by the time I use it in my tub. Then they accused me of holding onto the bath bomb the whole time, when I made it clear I only touched it directly when unwrapping. They refused to make things right and have completely lost all of my future business. Rudest company ever. I will have to do a chargeback, since they refuse to follow consumer laws about defective products. The rude agents I spoke to are named Mauricio Segura and Leonard Gonzalez. I would fire them, if I were management at fragrant jewels. It is obvious they aren't being paid enough and are deliberately being nasty and unhelpful to scare away customers.
I have never been disappointed with the rings I received. My son loves using the bath bombs. So much more colorful than others.
My order was missing a bath bomb and I also received a damaged ring in a bath bomb, both in the same order. Company refused to replace either one.
Ordered Nov 28th for Christmas gifts. 5-7 day shipping. Two weeks before Christmas, no order. I contacted them, they said "on the way". I waited another week still no delivery. Christmas came and went and no delivery. It's now the 1st week of January and still no delivery. My package is sitting in California "waiting to be picked up" by usps. This company is a scam. I've asked for a refund several times and was told I couldn't have one as it was shipped. I'm filing a fraudulent report tomorrow with my bank.
I ordered a candle gift ages ago and still don't have it and I'm so embarrassed as I told my friends son it was a gift for his mum and would arrive for her Christmas birthday and it's not come and I asked for a refund and I'm being ignored.
I used to be a loyal customer for this brand for years, back in the day they shipped out pretty quickly. But now, shipping out their products takes them months. If they actually ship them at all. I bought 7 bath bombs on November 30th, I had to email them weekly, and then a week before Christmas I got impatient and asked them what's going on? Because these are Xmas gifts. They initially lied and told me it was going to be shipped that Friday and when that Friday came and passed, no update about shipping my order, so once again I reached out, and they told me that there's an issue causing problem with most orders right now, let's not forget they delete comments on their social media when they don't ship out their orders. So I just had to cancel my order and of course I'm without Xmas presents a few days before Xmas. They do not reach out to their customers if there's issues with shipping, they act all apologetic when you can't do anything but cancel, because they're refusing to ship. They lost a long time customer here and I refuse to order from them ever again.
I've received more emails that I can count asking me to purchase more items from your store. Every time I click on something I am sent another email asking if I want to buy it...but you cant fulfil the orders you have. When I called for an update yesterday asking where my order was (that said it was shipped on December 6th but never shipped...and getting no answer...I was asked if I wanted to purchase yet another candle at $10 off. If you continue to offer discounts you should be able to keep up with the demand. You have loyal customers that have purchased items at FULL PRICE for years and instead of making sure they are taken care of you sell more than you could ever make in time for Christmas. I placed my order on November 28th and was told my order shipped on December 6th. Today is December 13th, I would really like to know when my order will ship. I've sent 4-5 emails asking for an update and have been completely ignored...until I called.

Unfortunately, the company has no ability to get who your product in a reasonable amount of time. I placed in order two weeks ago and I still don't have it! This is unfortunately an ongoing problem and has notbeen fixed
Still waiting for an order that was placed on August 28th to actually be processed and shipped. They take anywhere from 4 to 6 weeks to actually deliver any product to you. For the price... it is not worth it...
We now have a wonderful collection of rings and candles.
The scents are marvelous. The candles can be a bit smoky at times.
The jewelry plesant and I have been complemented many times. It is good for short time wearing.
The bath bombs are fun as they change their vibrant colors. They rinse clean from the rub.
I used to love this subscription box but the quality of the rings has really went downhill… I figured I'd give them another few months to try to make it better but if this months box is as bad as the last few, I will be canceling it I tried to cancel previously, but I had to wait on hold for 35 minutes
I can still sign into the site but cannot enter a code into the Vault section of the site. Products are good but the company seems like a scam. I saw an ad on Instagram, bought the collection (Cheshire Cat) and it automatically subscribes you to receive monthly collections. It says you can cancel via EMail but you have to still call (woman on the phone was friendly). It's an automatic subscription that's not worth the product.
I received it as a gift so I put it in my tub and emerged my body it smelled really nice but then I saw that my skin was turning the color 30 pixie dust was pinkish purple so I had to get out of the tub and my skin was stained hot pink / purple!

I ordered a bath bomb and ring from Fragrant Jewels and the ring fell apart the first time I wore it. The photo on the website made the ring look stylish and fun. In real life, it looked like something I would have bought off the Barbie aisle at Wal Mart for my 4 year old niece.
I received a fragrent jewel candle as a Christmas gift. I can't get a value on the ring without signing up and buying something. I don't intend to buy anything. As I said it was a gift. I am just curious as to what price they put on the ring. I don't need to be a member or buyer.
Answer: I personally have not experienced this, but I should say not since they are good quality. (The rings with the bombs and candles not the vault free ones)

Answer: Yes they noticed a big big difference in a good way because every time I use the bath bombs I use my candles as well to have a nice aroma candle lite bath and lay back a just let the stress slip away and when I got out they seen how good I smelt and how much more in a better mood I was in so thank you fragrant jewels I really really needed you back in my life again!
