I have bought for many times with that company AND I ALWAYS HAVE ISSUE WITH THEM AND SINCE 2/3/25 I PURCHASED A PRODUCTS AND TODAY IS 2/11/25 AND I STILL WAITING FOR MY PRODUCTS IF YOU ASK ME IF I WILL BUY WITH THEM AGAIN, I THINK I HAVE IT CLEAR. THIS IS MY LAST TIME SO I ENCOURAGE YOU TO THINK TWISTE BEFORE YOU BUY WITH THEM IF YOU DON'T NEED SOMETHING RIGHT AWAY

I never received my order. FragranceX claims it made the shipment, but has no way to prove that it sent it. There is no way to speak to customer service.

I haven't received my order and when I contacted FragranceX, they told me that we have to nothing to do with your issue since the carrier is equipped with a GPS system and it says delivered.
I've never experienced a delivery issue before especially I usually buy my fragrances from Fragrancenet.com and Amazon

Terrible! You promised to send my product in a few days but up now, I have never received it. You wrote to me to ask if I got it and I told you, I did not get it. Everyone is quiet and here you are with a survey?Really?

I am a 65 year old women who used to be able to wear fragrances. I have not wear any since I retired, Now I find out that I can't wear any fragrance any more, eve my own. It is so sad because I used to love wearing perfumes. Fragrancex has been so gracious in letting me return these orders. So far I had to send all of them back. They are fast shippers, and there fragrances are nicely packaged.

Love the prices on all of Your perfumes. I'm also looking for a Lady Stetson perfume. So if You have one for 20 dollars, I am interested.

I bought Armani Emporio and Antonio Banderas perfumes, and both fragrances are not original. They don't last long, and while Antonio Banderas is cheap, Armani is not. The perfume bottle has sharp edges at the end and sprays in a stream. When I try to use it, the liquid runs down my hands, and the scent lasts only for a moment. I wrote to the seller, and they claim the perfumes are original, offering to accept a return at my expense, but the bottles must not be more than 20% used. How am I supposed to estimate that? How would they? Don't buy from them; these are fake perfumes.
