When I received the tracking number, I saw that my package would arrive on January 3. The delivery man never rang and left the package on the doorstep (a 32-unit building). Obviously, it was stolen. When I wrote to them, I got a corporate reply to the effect that they had received the delivery note, so no recourse, that's all. They use cheap delivery companies that don't require a signature (even for $225 purchases!). Not secure enough to buy from this company again.
